Lexi was the best yoga teacher Ive ever encountered. She was extremely helpful and her class was phenomenal. Being fairly new and inexperienced to yoga, she helped me big time in getting in proper position and helping me perform movements much better. Her class made me join the monthly membership. This is the best Ive felt in a long time.

I am member of Trufusion for more than two years and have been a big fan of TruFusion, even was selected as member of the month. However, then Corvid hit. Despite the close down, they keep charging me and are not willing to refund me. DONT join TruFusion. They act completely unprofessional, dont appreciate your loyalty and try to make money out of you even though they are closed.

Almost day 30 here and I had to sit in my car after hot Pilates and write a review because I have LOVED every single class at this place. Besides the nicest instructors and staff and cleanest and newest facilities... this place has challenged me more in four weeks then any other gym. I’m a usual at barre and love every teacher. YinFused is the perfect yoga that hits all the points I never could thanks to Peter. Any class with Mari and Olivia will be the most fun, sweaty, class you’ll experience.

My review would have been a 5, given that I have attended 3 very different classes which had very good instructors: spinning, bare bootcamp, and hot yoga. Today I attempted to attend hot pilates. I left my parents and passed on brunch plans just to make it to this class which is taught only once today. My friend was walking a block in front of me and we were running a few minutes behind. She walked in 35 seconds before me and they let her in the class, I was told I was past the “5 minute cut off” . I understand there are strict cut offs at certain gyms with classes, you don’t want half of your class getting there late. But, if I am with someone and they came in less than a minute before me and the class is not full on a Sunday afternoon, I don’t see the harm in letting me in. There are rules, and there are exceptions. You have to know how to define those. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, the classes are great. The staff needs to be coached how to be more service oriented, and if mandated from corporate than corporate needs to understand to be more service oriented. The gym has a lot of class options to keep you motivated throughout a month. However, I can do yoga anywhere and for a cheaper price on class pass in other places. Service is what ultimately can help set you apart from competition.

Even though I saw certain red flags from the beginning (charging a fee for towels!! and spinning shoes) I decided to give this place a try. I should have known that a place that nickel and dimes you for towels is not a place I would have wanted to be in. I signed up and did mostly spinning, and their spinning bikes are less than average compared to other studios that charge less than this place. Some of the bikes I would use were not calibrated so one day it would say I did 3.5 miles on a 45 minute class. I would switch to another bike the next class and it would say 10 or 11 miles for the same class. You also have nowhere to look at your totals or stats after class, which is something places like this generally offer.I signed up mainly because they had classes at 7:15 or 7:30 am everyday. Suddenly a few days ago, they arbitrarily changed the schedule, and moved the classes for 3 days out of the week either to 6:15 am or all the way to 8:30 am, so for me, 3 of the days that I used to attend were eliminated, out of the blue. How can a place like this not have classes from 6:15 am to 8:30 am?? They should have several classes at this time, but somehow they ended up with none. This place is for classes only, there are no other gym facilities so how can you simply eliminate classes that members used to attend and move them to an hour when they are unable to?Unfortunately since this removed 3 of the days I would be able to attend. I asked to cancel my membership as it wouldnt be worth it for me since they eliminated the spinning at the times I used for 3 days. When I asked to cancel, they said I had to make the cancellation in person, which of course was never communicated to me and it is a predatory practice to get members to keep their membership longer. Of course they also never asked me to come in to sign up, they were happy to sign me up online. Other gyms have gotten in trouble with state authorities for engaging in such predatory behavior of making it difficult for members to cancel, when they never communicated those rules to their members. I suspect this place will be in similar trouble soon when members begin to complain.I think if you inconvenience an existing member by cancelling some of the classes that they attend, the least you can do is not give them a difficult time when they cancel for that reason. Unfortunately that was not the case here. In my opinion, I would say save your money and go somewhere else.

I have done several Pilates classes at different places and so I decided to try this one out because it was close to me and a friend recommended it. I have never been so disappointed. The class itself was okay. It was intense which I liked and the exercises are what I expected. Why I am so disappointed is by the complete unprofessionalism of the trainer. I’m pretty sure her name was Olivia but I could be wrong. She talked down to every time I asked a question and told me I was doing something wrong and when I asked her to help she refused and just kept going. Unfortunately, this event has made it very unlikely that I’m ever coming back here and I’m very glad I did not sign up for the membership.
