The staff they use is excellent no complaints with regards to the service. My major complaint is that my barber was NOT waring any mask. i noticed at least three people with no masks. I asked for proof of vaccination and she could not provide it! I demanded she put on a mask! It is COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE for Well Groomed Gentlemen not to demand from their staff to provide maximum safety to their customers! The shop deals with older and young people many who have not been vaccinated. By allowing non vaccinated staff to work without masks it provides an unsafe environment to the clients! When you come to the shop you should expect a good service, which they do, but in these pandemic times it is not unreasonable to ask the shop to provide the best and safest possible environment to their clients! It starts with their staff.

Haircut is the best Ive had yet, Ernesto did amazing and was able to style my hair perfectly even with the very vague description of what I wanted because even I didnt know what I want. The stylists make you feel welcomed and comfortable. A haircut there is worth every penny. Wouldnt go anywhere else

I’ve had the same barber for almost 11 years now. I’ve followed him from shop to shop sometimes driving 45 minutes just to get a cut with him. Otto, is at Well Groomed Gentleman now and it’s the best shop he’s worked at in my opinion. It’s clean, it’s nice, the staff is helpful, the barbers are masters at their craft, and there’s nothing like getting your hair cut with a cold drink in your hand. I’ve recommended countless friends and family to this shop, as well as Otto and have never have I gotten a bad review. It just goes to show that Otto and Well Groomed Gentleman put in the work for you to have an overall 5 star experience.

First time at WGG. I received first class service from Xavier. He listened to what I wanted and delivered, exceeding expectations. Everyone at the shop was chill and friendly. Even though it was a busy Saturday, I was able to book online quickly and easily. This is my spot when Im in Miami from now on.

I have been to a few barbershops over the past year and finally found my good friend Alex Perez working at The well groomed gentleman in Coral Gables. I have now been twice to have my haircut by Alex. The location is great, very clean, looks great inside as well. The entire staff along with Alex have made me feel very welcomed every time that I go to have my haircut. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and offered a complimentary beverage. The barber chairs are very comfortable and the service given to me has been top notch. I look forward to continuing to go to the Well Groomed Gentleman to have my haircut once a month and my barber will continue to be Alex Perez. If youre on the fence about a great barber shop, this place is top notch. Yes, you will pay more than a lot of other places. I’ve been going to WGG for the last few months and they don’t disappoint. Taiz is a phenomenal hairdresser and extremely personable and the service is consistently great. It’s definitely a struggle to find a good hairdresser in Miami but Taiz at WGG is the one. 11/10

Love this place. Regular customer. Fabulous humans providing quality services.The staff now wears uniforms which I do not like at all. Reminds me of going to a Sports Clips. I come to get my salon services done by a professional and I think personal style speaks a lot about each stylist and will bring in repeat customers over looking like I came to get my car worked on. With my experience in customer service, there of course needs to be a standard of professionalism in dress which can easily be regulated. Putting everyone in uniforms... 👎.

First time going to this type of establishment. I got a shave and ear/nose wax which was also a first for me. Everything was great from the front desk to the chair, I highly recommend trying the wax for hair removal.

I had a haircut with Xavier today. Recently moved from Chicago and have been looking for a good barber. I have tried a few and Xavier took the time we needed to make me happy. Xavier is not only high quality, but also a great, very nice guy and professional. This place is great and Xavier is definitely top quality service!

First time that I pamper myself and I made a great decision coming here. Staff is super friendly and they know what they are doing. Beatriz is great and puts attention to detail. Johanna is an expert and great. Thank you for taking care of me. I feel great!

The barber wastwas pleasant to deal with and friendly. I let him know that I was getting the shave the morning of my wedding. I received not one, but a handful of nicks. It was disappointing considering the amount of money that I paid for the shave. Furthermore, I paid the same price for an identical shave (rich hot lather) for my father. Imagine my shock when I saw them using a machine instead of a blade. He told me that they used a machine for approximately 80% of the shave.

After going to numerous local barbershops and being dissatisfied with every location, I stumbled across Well Groomed Gentlemen’s and it is the best location in Miami! The service, the attention, and the staff are extremely fabulous, professional and awesome. I’ve been cutting my hair with Beatriz now for over 6 months and every single time; she has been kind and attentive - paying attention to detail and taking care of my hair and me very greatly. She does an incredible job with my skin fade, she gave my confidence and a new haircut!!! You have a life time client as long as Beatriz is there!!!!

This is my first time ever writing a bad review and I feel terrible doing it as I know how much reviews impact small businesses but the service I received was just not up to par. My friend and I went in this morning a shave for myself and a haircut for him. I went in originally looking for a beard trim, during the cut the stylist asked if I had wanted a trim or for her to shave and clean up the lines of my beard without indicating that would cost more. The beard trim was adequate but there were a few issues, we were the only customers at the time and it felt like she paid little to no attention on the shave and it felt lopsided afterwards, additionally I did not feel safe when she shaved my neck which I have never worried about before. My friend, who had been here before and recommended that we go due to his first experience being amazing, however he was left very unsatisfied. It looked and felt like she put very little attention in his haircut and also felt rushed and she didn’t ask any questions until after she was done. There were small patches of hair left on his neck that I had to shave myself after we left. For the price it was disappointing for both of us, especially since his first time was much better.

Got my haircut with Alex today. He’s professional and experienced and knows exactly what you might need! Definitely a top tier barbershop and best one I’ve been to in all of Miami. Highly recommend!

I am extremely picky about my pedicures - do it wrong and it can leave your feet yucky or worst with a toenail infection. Yeline has been the best pedicurist I’ve ever been too. She is cautious, and attentive to my concerns and has years of experience using the right tools. I would recommend Yeline to any guy looking to keep their feet healthy and hydrated.

Been going here as a monthly member for over 3 years. Great place and service usually. However, DO NOT recommend Otto under any circumstances. He is very rude and won’t even take into consideration the clients requests. Best barbers are Osly, Willian and Beatriz. Highly recommend them!

This barbershop just set a whole new standard of what my haircut experience should be like. From the moment I entered the front desk was extremely friendly(yes, they have a front desk at a barber shop, thats how wild their customer service is) and she offered me something to drink while I got ready for my appointment at 11am. I got there at 10:55am and I sat down literally 3 min later!Before I even sat down with my barber Michael, they requested to take a temperature check with a digital scanner which I thought was just awesome! they really went the extra mile to ensure the barbershop was as safe as possible. They also had a small tray for used and unused pens, every barber was wearing a face mask the entire time wether they were cutting hair or not, they provided hand sanitizer bottles to use in the entrance, if you didnt have a mask they would give you one on the spot(medical grade), I mean every little safety measure you can think of they literally did it.I had the great pleasure of getting my haircut by Michael and he was just a wizard with the machine. He took his time, very high attention to detail, he gave me recommendations on what he thinks would look best and because of it I came out a whole new person! If you want to level up your haircut game, get in contact with Michael ASAP and I promise he will take care of you.Overall, incredible experience and I highly recommend anyone to check it out if you really want to get a professional grade haircut!

My husband waited over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment before leaving. The staff were very kind e.g. the manager offered 20% off and refreshments. However I think its absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to wait that long for a scheduled appointment.

My husband goes to the same barbershop since he moved to Miami 8 years ago and we got gift certificates for Christmas. I made him a double appointment for shaving leather hot towels and manicure. The manicure was great but the shaving was a little sloppy. The shape is great and the outcome looks good but they did not give him the service we booked. No hot towels. When I met him after the experience he had little hair all over his shirt and I had to ask for a little brush so I could do it for him.So that is why a give them only 4 and not 5 stars.
