Walked in sat down for two minutes and she was done haircut was a disaster and she said that I will have to be born again to look good. Why is this person allowed to cut hair or even treat customers other lady came. At first she was fine and offered to fixed but then told me she didn’t see anything wrong with it and I had to walk out. With a mullet (nothing against them not my style) and halfway sides. And all I wanted was a traditional comb to the side haircut.

I recently moved to Coral Gables and was looking for a place to cut my hair. I have really curly hair and I know it can be hard to cut and manage but Maria was tremendously capable and left my hair looking amazing!I’m in love with the results I will definitely go again! Thank u Maria

2nd time ever going to supercuts (1st time diff location) and I was nervous on how it would turn out but I can honestly say I love the outcome. Was cut by Ivonne - very nice lady and we had great conversation. I asked for a trim and 90s style layers in the front which is currently in trend, I was hesitant on how the style would come out because it was an older lady but she totally proved me wrong and it came out exactly as the picture ( Showed Rachel Green from friends for reference) Will definitely be returning!

The ladies here are extremely rude. You tell them what you want and they dont care and want to do something else on you like if they paying for your services so rude and the much older lady dont even know how to blow dry hair customer had to fix her hair herself because older lady didnt know how. Run these people will mess up your hair.

Called the day before to ask if the person who does highlights would be in, they told me yes & that everyone there knows how to do highlights. I go in the following day at 9AM, wait until 10AM, Im finally called to tell me they do not know how to do highlights, much less partial highlights (which is what I was requesting). I mean Ive gone before to get them done at this exact location. Why on earth can a salon tell you they dont know how to do highlights, I was shocked😱. I ended up having to leave to a different salon.🤦🏻‍♀️

Walked into this Supercut yesterday, everything was going great at first. Service at the front desk was really good. Then they told me to get a haircut with Maria. I asked for her to give me a haircut similar to the one that the kid in the front desk had, and she completely ruined the haircut. One side had more hair then the other, and the back was an atrocity. The fact that she didn’t notice or care to make it look better says a lot. I asked for a faded 1 or 0 and she said no that a 2 would be good. Then she agreed to do the 1. The haircut was f****** terrible. Do not get a fade haircut with Maria!

They say they close at 6pm on Google, on the store window says they close at 5pm but at 4:15pm they wont let you in, guess they dont want more customers even though it was 90% empty.

I have been faithful to my barber for 10 years now and typically dont stray away from my barber shop ever. Unfortunately my barber was out of town for the weekend and i had an important meeting to attend so I decided to take a chance and ran to this super cuts. Well let me just say that it was the best decision i made. I walked in and was greeted right away and every one there created such an amazing atmosphere. It seems like they all knew each other for years or like a family. I was taken to the seat by what has to be the sweetest lady in that building named Ivonne. She asked what it was that i was looking for her to do, after explaining she doubled back and repeated what i said to her with complete understanding. Ivonne made me me feel very comfortable, and genuinely spoke to me as if i had known her for years! I will most certainly come back to this location next week! I went in for a haircut today and had Maridalia as my hairdresser - and I received one of the best haircuts of my life. She had fantastic attention to detail and went as far as even trimming my eyebrows for me! I came out of the salon looking like a totally new, and better looking, man. I would highly recommend this salon and would definitely recommend making an appointment with Maridalia first. She is definitely going to be my new go-to person for a haircut! Maria washed, cut and blow-dried my hair. She did a fantastic job! We cut well over 6 inches of bad hair. The results are amazing. I highly recommend, and will be returning regularly for a trim.

The lady that did my hair today, made a mess with my hair, I told her when I was there and she said she is going to fix it but that is perfect, so she when over and I can see that she was not cutting my hair she was just putting the machine on my head....I got home my wife went crazy and she try to fix the none fixable mess.NEVER AGAIN

If I could leave no stars I would! I just walked in and showed them a picture of what I wanted and they told be Im better off going to a barber. I could not believe what I was hearing so i proceeded to showed another lady the picture and asked her if she could please cut my hair like that and she couldnt understand a word I was saying. I would have to say this has been one of my worst experiences ever.I went with Ivon which at first seemed nice but I noticed she was a bit inexperienced. I still ended up giving her a Try. And went in for some highlights and ended up with some highlights that was not the color that I Had picked.I specifically told her over and over the color I wanted. I also got a haircut and she ended up cutting off more than what she was suppose to.She ruined my hair. I wasted over 120$ for nothing. So disappointed.I’m Never coming back here again! Beware.

This shop has serious communication issues, I know I did ask for clip zero, but whats you first cut? Right in the middle!? It makes everything no return, even show her pic, but I seriously doubt it she has take a carefully look what I am talking about, Ive only comfort myself it will grow back after a month

This was the worst, most humiliating experience of my life. The stylist pulled my hair so hard that it brought me to tears. I typically have soft hair, but she put product in it and tried to brush too much of it at a time, and when she got mad she would yell at me, or comment to her coworkers in Spanish. I speak fluent Spanish, but I guess my stylist, Jenny, assumed I dont. She began to yell out to her coworkers about how this girls hair is awful. Its gross. I cant do this and certainly dont want to. I tried to offer helpful advice as I do know my own hair. She told me that it was my fault and that I would have to deal with it if it hurt when she brushed or if she couldnt finish my hair. I have straight, long blonde hair. I dont dye it so its quite tame. Ive never had this problem when getting a hair cut. The insults in Spanish continued, including racial slurs. In addition to racism, and the violent treatment of my hair, the stylist did not listen to the cut i wanted and cut it any way she wanted. When I asked her to revise it, she said no. Then in Spanish said she didnt want to. After insisting that I wanted what I wanted, she took a personal call on her cell phone, asked someone else to help me. When no one else did, she reluctantly cut my hair in the style I requested. I asked for her name so I could remember it and she wouldnt give it to me. I asked for the manager and she told me that she is the manager. I ended up paying just to leave and regretted paying immediately. My hair was disgusting it had so much product in it that I couldnt run my fingers through it. I decided to call corporate to report my experience as this kind of treatment is unkind, not just terrible service. I called twice to explain my experience. It has been 6 days with no response. I want my money back and I want Jenny, the manager, fired for her hurtful hateful comments and treatment of me. Dont ever assume that because a blonde girl walks in, she wont understand the trash you say about her in Spanish.

Yes, you can get a haircut, but good luck communicating. You need to speak Spanish, I do. Not only that, though, they dont seem to understand what you say, even in Spanish. It comes off as rude, particularly when the staff is joking around with each other.

Went in for a simple wash and trim and to get my eyebrows waxed. They came out uneven and when I went to pay I was charged extra for the shampoo used to wash my hair. I dared to question the extra fee which I wasn’t told about prior to the cut and was asked if I thought the shampoo was free. How rude. Never going back.

I went to supercuts to get my hair blow dried and flat iron. I have alot of thick hair and I wanted a break from doing it myself. I called ahead and nobody spoke english, I dont mind that except communicating how I want my hair to look. When I got there the lady who did my hair got water all in my ears and on my face when she washed it. Brushing it.. she hurt me and was rough. She scraped my face many times with the round brush and pulled my hair while drying it. Instead of spinning the chair so the section of hair she was working on Was facing her station she wrapped the cord Infront of me and had it in my face and infront of my neck. I am a tall woman so she had me slouch down in the chair and bend my neck backwards wich was verry uncomfortable for me expecially because I have neck and back problems. She did not flat iron my hair and she said it looked fine and sent me out the door with a mess of poofy unattractive hair. A waste of my time and hard earned money. Verry dissapointed!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star to this place because there is an employee who name is Ivon with a very unprofessional and cocky behavior. She doesn’t listen to customers. I had a haircut with her and it was the worst haircut I ever had, my hair is a total disaster now. I wish I can post pictures on these review

I cut my hair today I told the woman to cut my hair probably 2 inches and she literally cut mostly all my hair my hair is up to my shoulder know dont go there they dont know what they are doing
