I have never been to a Sport Clips before and now I will never not go to one! I had an amazing experience here at the Sport Clips in Copperas Cove. Tamera was an amazing stylist and is super friendly and knowledgeable! She gave me a really good haircut, massage, hot towel, and shampoo. The customer service was excellent! I like that they tell you what products they use and they also have them in-store for purchase if you want them. I also enjoyed the fact that they weren’t pushy when promoting the products. Thank you Tamera for all your hard work and I’ll see you soon!

I took my 12 year old son here today. Sadie was his stylist and she was awesome! My son told me that he wants to go there from now on, because she is the first stylist that has been that gentle and made his look really nice. Thank you, Sadie! He usually hates getting his hair cut, but you may have changed his way of thinking now! 😁

Im not new to this location usually they do a decent job but today was the WORST! I get a #1 fade on the sides and back and have them clean up the top. The lady that did my hair today however kept going over the sides and back very rough clipping my ear several times. And she trimmed the top then went back and faded the sides and back yet again, she also went up too high in one spot at the back making it look like Ive got a bald spot and when I said something she tried to say your hair is just wavey as if I dont know what Im talking about! Then she proceeded to let me know I was done instead of asking if I wanted any product for my hair so I fixed it myself as I was leaving. Needless to say I wont be wasting my money at this location ever again.

Was able to walk in, and get my hair cut. Was able to get my 3 y/o hair cut too. When one of the stylist got to a stopping point another went above expectations and continued to cut his hair while I got mine cut. Will definitely be coming back.

Younger lady died my hair I showed pic of color I wanted definitely did not receive the color I wanted first time she died my hair it was green so she asked me if I was okay with coming back the next day so I did come back next day got my hair dyed blue but not the blue I wanted and she knew that I asked her if she would trim my hair and put layers in it but a trim isn’t over a foot of hair my hair was past my butt and now it’s at shoulder bladesVery disappointed in what I asked for and what I gotDefinitely will be going somewhere else next timeBut they were both very kind and gentle

Started off dismissing my request on the measurement. My sons hair was cut to short on sides. So therefore he wanted the top shorter... so it would look decent. she proceeded to tell me that if I “keep changing the hairstyles” that she would have to charge me. When in fact all I was asking was for her to cut the top shorter so my son could leave happy with his hair. There was no one in line either. My son is still left with his hair to short and unhappy. I’ll just make sure not to request that lady again. Or just stick of small business places that definitely seem to care more about the client.

Normally love getting my haircut here. It’s weird now they they’ll cut, wash, dry your hair even out hot towels on your face but will it trim a beard. I’m out

I love this place its the best in Cove i take my kids here and they always do a good job i always walk out satisfied from there. Always friendly staff and always clean. We signed in on line and had 10 min to go before it was my sons turn. We had selected TC to do his hair. TC gets done with the person she was working, after they pay she walk over to a lady in the waiting area and asked her what her sons name was. The lady gave her her sons name and she said ok he is next. I looked up at the TV where they have the names and realized that my son had been skipped. I informed them that they had just skipped my son. Another one of the stylist said, no it was his turn. They came in before you. I said I understand that but we signed in on line and they did not. They signed in as walk ins. I informed them that my sons time has just changed from 5 min to 20 min. They said no its not your sons turn. I said fine do what you want Ill just send in a response. Once TC was done with the other childs hair cut she came out and now she followed the usual cal the names off the screen. My son was next so she called his name. He walked and went to sit down. Will they were doing that I asked another stylist if she could help me with some products that we get there all the time. TC says really your just being rude. No one is cutting your sons hair. I asked why and she said cause you are being rude. I informed her that as a customer I have the right to pick who sales me a product. She said Iam the manager here and you can leave my store. I also noticed she was not wearing her mask over her nose. So I asked her to please wear her mask appropriately when she was speaking to me for my safety. She said I have had a long day I dont have time for this leave my store. Need less to say after all that waiting we left with no hair cut or products that we always get. Feel free to check our records. Never have I experienced someone so disrespectful and unwilling to make a sale for your company.

I have been going to this location for over a year now. I chose it because it was closer to me than my other barber and a bit cheaper. Well you get what you pay for. Over the past year I have been forced to change stylists several times due to staff turnover. Very few of them could correctly give me a high fade. Last time I ended up with a high and tight. They are friendly and professional but have little regard for peoples time. I have wasted hours of my life throughout the year on this check-in system they have. I have constantly checked in online to save time. I would regularly arrive with 5 to 10 minutes wait left on the timer at the store. Only to wait 20 to 30 minutes to actually be called back. Today I arrived, checked in after already checking online, received a message from Sports Clips telling me I had ten minutes left to wait. The stylist I chose was in the midst of a cut and I waited 35 minutes before I got up to leave and she was nowhere near finished with that individual. Also another stylist picked up a walk-in finished and checked them out in the time I sat and waited. After a year of this I am done with this location. An appointment system would be optimal but I dont the caliber of employee at this location could keep up.

One of the employees embarrassed my 16 yr old brother for his acne (not once, throughout the whole visit! ); and didnt cover him from the hair from the haircut (he walked out covered in hair!! ) and didnt make him comfortable during his visit. This place had nothing to say on how an employee can just publicly embarrass a minor and treat him terribly. They were supposed to call but i guess they were too embarrassed to handle the situation. They need to ensure their customers, especially minors are comfortable and not humiliated. Never going back and recommending everyone i know not to go here!

Absolutely the worst fallen off business in Copperas Cove. When it was first put in it was the best place to take my son to have his haircut. However over time service has progressively gotten worse. All of the hairstylist who have left before today, who am sorry to say are very missed, were the few I trusted to have his hair cut by. Today makes the third time we have left there with poor service. I scheduled our appointment online and the check in time was at 3:55 this afternoon. Trying to find a new haircut place. In todays world of time is important and places cant open on time. I was waiting for 15 minutes on 19 February 2019 to get a haircut. At 905 am standing outside and door still not open. I left to a place that can open on time.

My husband and 3 year old get their haircuts here and weve only ever had great experiences. They are quick with my sons haircuts and they give him lots of praise to keep him motivated to stay still. They both always leave looking great!

This is my regular Barber now, the staff is awesome, haircuts are always the way I want it. Only fix is the online check in needs to be a little more accurate. Sometimes it will say 10 min wait, I go in and still wait a half hour. Also Meridyn is absolutely The Best, Keep it up Meridyn and Sports Clips!!

Brought my 2 year old to get a haircut for his birthday. The lady that cut his hair did a real messed up job. For starters, she cut off his sideburns all the way to the top of his ear level. Then, she couldnt fade his hair correctly, and lastly she cut his hair so uneven that he had a bunch of longer patches. I dont recall the name of the employee but my advice to the owner would be to make sure that all of your employees know how to cut hair before hiring them. I will never return or recommend anyone here because of my experience.

This is my new favorite spot for haircuts near Fort Hood. The staff is fun and friendly, my hair always looks great after they style me, and who doesnt love having someone else wash their hair? If you like watching sports, the Tvs are great too, but Im just in it for a great hair cut!

Totally unprofessional, jessie was worried about selling her scissors to a scissor sharpener man that walked in and left her client sitting in the chair for like 20 minutes while she was talking. And then customer waiting sat forever to even been seen. I was super disappointed wasted over an hour just to sit and wait on a haircut for my kid. NEVER AGAIN. Worried about getting e0 bucks cash versus cutting hair...

Third time I have been here. Two of the three haircuts were garbage. You would be better off just cutting your own hair with a butcher knife while high.

Quick wait time and employees were very courteous. Only downside was it was pretty expensive for a normal haircut.
