I have Vicky as my stylist and have no complaints! If Im in Walmart shopping and stop by to see if she can cut my hair, shell do it as long as shes not busy with someone. She was doing a color one day and the client was going under the dryer and she went ahead and cut my hair. Vicky is a very customer service professional, she knows what you want after she has done your hair one time; which is a plus versus explaining what you want time after time. I would definitely recommend Vicky!

This is by far the best Smart Style Ive been to in a long time! Jessica is my go-to girl for my color and she always delivers! Half the time Im going in there with a picture and a thought and she takes that and brings out my inner me! I will continue to see her for as long as I am in driving distance of Cove!

Yvette was sweet and helped me receive a great new hairstyle. Ask for Yvette on the weekends you won’t regret it.

I only give 2 stars because Joann was very friendly. Had my roots done and hated the fact that I had hair dye on my forehead, side of my face and ear. Had to scrub with wet wipes for over 15 mins just to get it off

Linda is a great and very professional manager! I have been recommending her to all my friends here. She has done mine and my daughters hair which is very thick and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how great she did! On top of I have very dry hair and she gave me the best regiment to bring it back to life. I get so many compliments on my hair and I owe it all to her!

Even though I had an appointment time,I was seen 30 min late. The haircut was good and stylist ask a good amount of questions to figure out the best style.

I made an appointment the day before and the stylist was there at nine as promised. Once she began providing the service; my whole outlook changed. She cleaned up the cut I gave myself as well as made conversation that perked me up. JoAnna was polite; professional, efficient and effective.

I took my son to get hair trimmed I was told they learn to cut hair on there own and they just shaved the bottom of his hair put hair gel and didnt not even cut the top of his hair. I will never bring my children back to your location. Very unprofessional even to other people. They shouldnt even be open.

I called and made an appointment a day before for a silk press. I confirmed with Linda that a silk press was something they do often, she assured me I would have no problems. I had to tell the stylist how to do my hair, she didnt straighten it. I definitely hate i wasted $60 dollars. As the stylist was doing my hair her boyfriend walked in they chatted over me. I eventually asked him not to stand behind me. I wasnt pleased with the stylist, style , professionalism. NEVER AGAIN!!

Bad time management. Scheduled appointment at 1230; I arrived at 1227 only to find out that the stylist wants me to come back 3 hours later, as if I don’t have anything planned. Once I left, she talked about me not being aware that one of the customer is a friend. The stylist of the year discussed how dissatisfied I was which I had the right to be.

My daughter and I went to Jessica C for coloring 1 week apart. Unfortunately neither of us got what we wanted and both of us were left feeling uncomfortable. My daughter wanted a bailage color and was given a complete brown hair job. Jessica tried to blame it on a 6 month box job, which if you where to use bleach correctly would have nothing to do with that. Literally her hair is brown and is nothing like the picture. I asked for a blonde hair coloring with brown lowlights and while I did get that I also received over 4 random dots of bleach on the brown in which she did nothing about. I literally can not wear my hair up because I have circles of blonde (random dots) in my hair!!!! Besides the horrible color all Jessica and her coworkers did was complain about the owner of the shop and stated that he did not pay properly or take care of the shop and they are out of so many supplies. She continuously stated that she was only there to help on of her friends (never said the name, but did state she was a manager) and that she did not need to work. It left me feeling awkward and nervous to say anything. I am so disappointed in the service that we received. We spent over $400 for our hair and neither one of us are happy nor will we give them the opportunity to fix it out of fear. Jessica C (can not read her last name on the card she gave me) is not a professional employee and does nothing but damage your reputation and overcharges!

I had my first appointment the other day and Joana was amazing. Not only did my hair look great and cut with steady hands, but she advised me on hair upkeep and Ive never had someone explain hair to me so easily. Especially with natural hair. Id definitely go again.

Linda did an AMAZING job on my hair. My hair was pretty damaged from bleaching it and she recommended the deep conditioning which did wonders for my hair. For my hair cut I told her generally what I wanted but left it in her hands and she did not disappoint! I’ve never had a hairstylist care so much and take the time to do a good job and genuinely enjoy their work! And you can’t beat the price! I will definitely be going back

I am really liking some of the stylists at Smart Style! Crystal cut my hair a while back and did a fantastic job! She listened to everything I said and gave me exactly what I asked for. Plus she was super polite and personable.So I called back recently for my daughter, who has autism. I told them when I made the appointment, to give them a heads up, about her condition. They hooked us up with a stylist (whose name I cant remember - sorry) who has a brother on the spectrum. It was a perfect fit.We will definitely go back!

I went in today to cut my mid back length hair to a bob. I’m military and with being in the field and pulled up it was broken dry and damaged. Jean took me in and was so sweet. She taught me so much about my own hair and she made it beautiful and soft. I got a trim on the ends and some shaping done. AMAZING! I’m so glad I met her. Going back again and again.

My girlfriend wanted ti get her bad perm fixed. We went to Vicki with less than an hours notice and she rolled her hair perfectly, knew exactly what needed to be used and was friendly and so nice. The results: perfect. The best afternoon, the best results! recommend her to all

One of the worker here has been going around Copperas Cove and harrassing small business owners and writing false negative reviews on differing websites. Not only that, but i have as well received poor service from this establishment; Varying from rude to seemingly untrained workers. Definitely not worth a one star rating, and definitely not worth spending your money here.

VERY BAD SALON!!!!!! the employees are friendly, but when THEY see THEY messed up, they will start telling you it looks beautiful and pretty but once they turn that chair around, its bad. I went to go dye my hair and it turned out absolutely different from what I wanted, not even the right color. I would highly recommended not to go there because I surely wont go back there. I had to put a star on this review because If i could, i would of given them no stars.

Made a appointment with Amber the manager for a cut at 9 am when they open. Got there at 9 and they were not open yet, so went and picked up a script and went right back over. Amber decided she didnt want to start cutting til her 9:30 appointment, Well if you Amber dont want to start cutting til 9:30 then dont have your staff book 9 am appointments. Dont recommend them at all! POUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Crystal did my hair. It was nothing like the picture I showed her. It was very choppy and very uneven. One side was way longer than the other side when she was finished. She tried to fix it but I still have long stray hairs every where. It’ll take forever for this bad cut to grow out. I guess I should have waited and went with a stylist I know instead of jumping the gun and getting into anyone’s chair.

Me and my brother have been going here for a while now and we get our highlights done and haircut by Amber and she is really nice and sweet

It’s the day before school and the wait time was nothing compared to the shops in town. My son showed Amber a picture of what he wanted done to his hair and it looks great.

I called ahead of time to make an appointment. I was about 10 mins early, so they went ahead and checked me in. The manager stood around talking to a client she doing highlights for while the other stylist handled another client. A couple mins after my appointment time, after having a conversation with the manager, the stylist came and told me it would be 20 mins past my appointment before they could get to me. I just wanted an eyebrow wax. Very unprofessional today.

The reason I’m putting no starts at all is because the bleached platanom blond hair dresser in here everytime I go in to make an appointment or just to get a 5 minutes hair trim she says she doesn’t have time but there’s absolutely nobody in there but her........I will never go back there ever again bad service! Would not even try.

Its ok, but im sure there are people out there, who remember going to have your hair done & everyone going out with a different style. Today they go out & it seems they go out with the same hair style. There is no creation to them any more.

Please do yourself a favor and never ever go here. I came in last week just to get my hair more blonde (it was already blonde but wanted a little more blonde added to it) I had no intentions on my hair getting cut because I have been letting it grow for almost a year now and finally had it at my shoulders, well let’s just say I left in tears because the girl crystal put so much chemicals and stuff on my hair that it started to break and fall out at the end. I left with a god damn pixie hair cut if that’s even if you want to call it that it looks more like a damn lawnmower cut my hair. She had no idea what the hell she was doing. I ended up having to buy a wig until my hair grows back because it’s that bad. I cried for 3 god damn days. Yes they refunded my money back , but obviously they need more training. Never ever again will I ever go here.

As I went to get my eyebrows done, yes, they were nice. But when I was finished I still had wax in my eyebrows. She tried to use the aloe and a cotton ball to get out the wax but the cotton ball just stuck to the wax. She left it there. And upon looking at my eyebrows when I got home they were not the same shape. Im very disappointed with my experience and the amount of money I paid to have this done!

This place totally messed up my hair !! I asked for blonde highlights and got something totally different and looks so bad ! Do not ever go there for color !! Also service was terrible on issuing a refund!! Do not go here for color.

I came to get my hair wash service and flat iron Patricia is great and the other young ladies have been on point. But spoke to the older big woman with tatoos on both arms she looked at me and completely ignored me she is unprofessional.

Yikes!! When you take your baby to get a hair cut at Walmart in Copperas Cove. I asked for a trim and my babys hair was chopped off.

I have used Amber for years the only person that I’ll trust with my cut and color.

Friendly staff, haircuts tend to need a bit of work still once their done. I usually have at least a few pieces that have to be cut.

Linda refused to do my hair today. She was very rude & also telling me my hair is fried, which it is not. Its very health. I did not like the service. Its was a very bad experience.
