My car needed some work done on the suspension after Winter Strom Uri. I am so happy I decided to use Gerber Collision and Glass for my repairs. Every person I came into contact with during my experience there was so friendly and helpful. It is their policy to call and update you at least twice a week on the status of our vehicle repairs. I loved this! I never felt like I was in the dark. Ashley at the front desk answered all my questions and was so kind and sweet. I felt so welcomed and cared for. When I got my car back it was shiny and clean! They had even detailed the inside. I would highly recommend Gerber for all your glass and repair needs! :)

Unfortunately excellent service and quality customer care is hard to come across these days. This auto shop provided just that. Not only were they able to CORRECTLY fix our front end damage that 2 other shops failed to do, they did it with top notch care. From accomadating our crazy hectic schedules to taking care of our car rental, they took care of it all. Best of all our truck is like brand new. Kudos to the manager. A+

I tell you what. I have only had to have collision repairs done on a vehicle one time in my life and (not mentioning any names), this place was HANDS DOWN night and day different than the other. I wont go anywhere else in the future if the need arises. They were so professional every step of the way. My vehicle was detailed inside (not even part of the deal) when I picked it up. This team went above and beyond to quickly and expertly provide an estimate, schedule the repair and even completed the repairs 3 days earlier than expected. Not only were the repairs completed but my car was cleaned inside and out. The customer service was exceptional! They even interfaced with the rental car company so I didnt have to!

Called and went in to get a quote done for the replacing of my heat shield, the staff was amazing. Jason took the time to show me what my options were in case a different part of my heat shield needed to be repaired (because it rattles bad when I crank it up). He let me see it so that I could have a clear understanding as to what will be done and even made it just a little quieter for me. Thank you Jason and staff. You all are great. Definitely would recommend.

My son was in an accident the weekend before Halloween, my insurance company gave me a list of Collision centers to go to. We picked Paceline in Coppers Cove, TX. John and his team were very professional, they took the time to explain the process to my son. John later called me and explained the situation to me so I will know what to expect when the insurance company calls me. Paceline gave me the best experience dealing with my first car being totaled. Thanks Paceline for your professionalism and making me feel comfortable with the process.

My passenger side door and quarter panel was badly damaged from a nasty sideswipe, to include a quarter sized hole, where the door meets the quarter panel. It was suggested to me that I should go to this Body Shop (Paceline) after the accident. When I went, they told me that all the damages were repairable. I was quite stunned to hear this, because I figured that they would just outright replace everything. I mean, most of the left side of my car was bashed in. Plus on top of this, the body shop personnel stated that it would take 3 weeks to complete. I didnt want to be away from my car that long, but once again, they assured me that most of the time, they get the work complete much sooner. So needless to say, I was very skeptical, but still rolled with what they have suggested. I received a phone call a week later, and they shop told me that the car was finished and ready to be picked up. I went to the shop the next day to check out the car, and to my amazement, I could not tell at all where any of the damage was. It was like they promised, you wont even tell it was ever in an accident. Whoever did the repairs is a true artist, and Im extremely impressed with the repairers craftsmanship. Whoever painted the vehicle matched the paint colors perfectly, and they also made sure that all the pieces fit back seamlessly. On top of that, I received my car back 2 weeks early! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, hospitable, and most of all, cared about myself and the car as if it were their own. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone, these guys are doing it RIGHT and they ROCK!

Paceline in Copperas Cove provided excellent service! They were even willing to open on a Saturday in order for me to get my car back. The store manager was so friendly and accommodating. They did an excellent job repairing my car. I could not ask for better service. I will most certainly use them again if I am in need of collision repair.

I got an estimate for repairs to the back hatch on my truck. It was a decent estimate, but I decided to go a different route with the repairs.

These guys are wonderful. I have dealt with them 2 times and they have provided excellent service. The first time, they buffered the issue out in the on parking lot without even having to file a claim and even fixed another spot that was unrelated. This most recent time, Corey assisted me in getting an estimate done on my damaged tailgate. He was very professional and it didnt take long at all. Mayra, the young gal that answers the phone is very friendly and helpful in providing solutions to paint issues unrelated to my claim. I have dealt with Caliber Collision one time, for about 5 minutes and those people are rude and very unprofessional. I will never recommend Caliber to anyone. Thank you guys at Paceline for being so helpful in resolving my issues.

They went out of thier way to get my vehicle back on the road. I could not be happier for the care they personally put into my situation. They even gave me a ride when I arrived with the damaged vehicle on the tow truck, to a car rental place in Killeen after I could not get a hold of anyone I knew to help me when I was stranded. I highly recommend. Top quality work, with the highest professionalism and personable people working there. The manager is very and well trained in hospitality.

My car was a victim of a hit-and-run, and I only picked Paceline because it was relatively close to work. Sometimes its best to just be lucky! Paceline provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Their employees were very friendly and kept me up-to-the-moment on my cars status in spite of some insurance hang-ups.The quality and workmanship was just as great. The car came back to me looking better then the day I bought it (bought used of course). They even gave me some good pointers on some do-it-yourself detailing work, and those worked like a charm too.I have some other non-accident damage (chips, dents, ect) that I want to get fixed over time, and my first choice will be to take it back to Paceline!

I really wasnt expecting the level of service I received at Paceline in Copperas Cove. Without exception, all folks there were very helpful and kept me informed of the progress. Poor folks had to put up with my impatience, but they did so very graciously. I more than happy about Paceline.

I called my insurance to report the accident and in no time at all I got a call from Paceline to set up an appointment, they were very professional and worked around my schedule to ensure I had the best care.I brought my car in and they had the paperwork ready and waiting for me. We walked around the car and I showed her the problem, they went right to work getting me an estimate and didnt have to wait a day to find out. At first we just thought it was the bumper but soon as they took it off they found more damage behind which they told me could happen. They called me right away and let me know it would be just 3 more days for the additional work.I had marked that I wanted to be called every 2 days and they did as promised and called me.On the day I picked it up the were just as professional and friendly as they had been from the beginning. I love Paceline and always recommend them to others.

The site manager, Kristina, unlawfully discriminates against those working for the company, would not be surprised if they did so to their own customers. The parent company refuses to examine evidence provided.

My experience with Paceline was outstanding, they truly treat your vehicle as if it were their own.

Did a great job repairing my bumper but it seems like they damaged a tab when removing or installing the bumper, either that or they lost a push pin.

These guys are the best! My truck was not an easy fix, being so reinforced and the damage I did was astronomical. They had me back in basically a new truck! The front end was back to beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend to everybody I know
