I took my BMW M550I for follow up collision warranty work which had been initially provided by a different location. Kevin, and the entire staff were very professional throughout the process. I was provided with daily updates and was provided with a rental car at no cost. The repairs were completed in only four and a half days including a calibration of the computer controlled headlight which was replaced. They buffed out some paint imperfections that they had noticed as well. They also washed and vacuum cleaned the car. This place is amazing and really stand behind their work. Even though they repaired my vehicle a year ago, I had concerns after some issues were pointed out in the same area that the repairs were done. They pulled out all the notes from a year ago, took my vehicle in, put it on lifts and then showed me pictures, diagrams and explained in detail the issue and confirmed what a garage had pointed out. Even though it wasnt anything that originated from the previous repairs, I was treated like a valued customer and all of my concerns were addressed. Kevin did a great job of explaining everything to me and this may be one of the best customer service experiences if my life.

Bought my new 2020 Chevy Colorado in February and in April a deer came out of the dark while I was doing 40 mph and caused $2,450 in damage. Caliber had it fixed and back to me in less than a week; a day earlier than expected even; with no sign the damage even happened. Caliber took care of everything and kept me constantly advised / updated every step of the way. Only a fool would ask for more outstanding service!

Have had 3 vehicles expertly repaired by Caliber collision. Was kept up to date with repairs daily. Word to the wise - do not try to avoid hitting a fawn, you do not know where they will go. Hit curbing, bent control arms and destroyed front air dam on my Genesis. Can not even tell it ever happened. Kuddos to the entire staff.

Ive used Caliber Collision for every car repair except one. They work with many companies and without insurance as well to get you back on your feet. I love how they have a lifetime warranty on the life of the repair. The staff is friendly and the waiting area is inviting for a body shop. The one here in Copperas Cove is my favorite and Ill go the extra distance to get to this particular one from Killeen.

Staff was great to work with and very informative. They stand by their lifetime warranty. My son had a bad accident 7 years ago. Recently I discovered a problem and took it back. Although the date I got my car back was way behind as scheduled and had new issues. But the store manager Mitch he was very helpful to find solutions to these issues even it may not caused by Caliber (my car was transferred to Jeep dealership freedom to get wires fixed and it took lots lots of time till I have it). Firstly to start off the customer service is great. Staff is all friendly and very informative, especially Ms. Raven whom I always see at the front desk. Shes always so polite and kind. Second would be the professionalism that Mr. Mitch Buhr exhibits when dealing with a customer. Very knowledgeable when dealing with any type of paint and damage correction questions. Third would be the extremely fast and excellent repairs done to my vehicle by the staff. They did a wonderful job! The paint was blended perfectly and looks like its brand new. Especially with the fact that its a specialty paint from Volkswagen. Five out of five stars in my book.

Had an appointment today for an estimate for a small dent on my rear bumber. The staff was very nice and friendly and greeted me with a smile. Mitch took very good care of my car and fixed the dent in just a few minutes!!! My car looks great and you cant even tell where the dent was. Ok drop off truck on Tuesday morning and it was done Wednesday afternoon. Drop off for rear bumper replacement. When I look under truck to see they didnt tighten up bolts up top . The guy had the nerve to say we didnt touch those bolts I was like what the f. But I have to credit them they did clean my truck inside and out and it looks great. If they were a detail shop I would give them 5 stars.

Took my Ford F150 in for some minor scratches that occurred when I tried to avoid a fallen in the road. Mitch the manager took time out of his day to take look and I had asked for an estimate for the scratches. He came out with a buffer and buffed the scratches out for me. I ask what I owed him and He said just a review on how I was treated. Who these days does that. I was so blessed. Heres kudos to you Mitch. You made my day. You went above and beyond . The work done was nice but my estimate was lost, causing a portion of the work to be done, since the insurance. co. would no longer do it all in one deductible. If the original estimate wasnt lost or thrown away, I would have had all the work done - like the first (lost) estimate described.

Had a minor bumper issue and fixed it right there on the spot no charge. It was greatly appreciated.

Mitch took great care of me and my car! My car came back looking so good, you will never know where the accident was. To top it off, the work was done ahead of schedule. Im driving my car away the same week someone backed into it!They washed the whole outside of my car AND they did a really good job on the interior also. Make sure you actually remove all your belongings from your vehicle so they can actually clean it. I left a bunch of my junk in the back seat, so guess who gets to clean it himself? Me...

Super unprofessional, got my engine replaced 1 year ago and had nothing but problems with it have had to get it worked several times since then and this time the engine had a big oil leak and i brought it in to them and they have literally had my car now for several weeks without calling me even once to let me know any thing or give me any kind of update. So i finally call to ask and they have zero imformation and say they are working on getting it looked at!!!!!

I am in total agreement with Jeremy & Blake - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE GUYS. They assure you that you can bring your vehicle back to them if you not satisfied with their work. As you can read by the other 2 one star reviews, they had to take their vehicles back multiple times. The rep I worked with got on the phone with my insurance adjuster before I could call him & tell him I was not satisfied with the work. First let me tell you about my accident. It was completely my fault. I pulled out in front of another car that I did not see coming.was not satisfied with the work. First let me tell you about my accident. It was completely my fault. I pulled out in front of another car that I did not see coming . - no idea how that was even possible, but it happened. The other car involved was totalled - yes, totalled. The damage to my vehicle was the drivers side front bumper. The impact was quite significant. Caliber said there was no suspension damage to my vehicle, so they did not do anything to it. This is where I need to tell you that almost exaclty one month before my accident we had brand new tires, brakes & struts put on my car & had it aligned. After Caliber repaired my car, the steering wheel shook when I tried to turn a corner, & it pulled to the right. I took it back to them to explain what was going on. He found a leak & took pics. He told me that the gasket that failed was designed to fail, & it happens all the time. Designed??? No, they are NOT designed to fail. The failure is typically due to the nature of the material the part is made from - rubber. Now the accident impact was hard enough to cause $4,000 in damages to my car & total out the other car. I asked if it was possible for the impact to have caused a chain reaction leading to the failure. The part that failed is on my drivers side of the engine. He said absolutely not. I took my car to another place that showed me the damage was more significant than the Caliber guy said. To the tube of $1500! The second opinion that I got was from a man who has more than 30 years of experience. He said it us entirety possible that the impact caused the failure of the part, because it was shoved to the side - not cracked as Caliber said. He said that it would be nearly impossible to prove, because the Caliber guy had already told the insurance adjuster the failure was a common occurrence. He also said he was very surprised that Caliber did not at least check my alignment due to my accident involved my front bumper. I called my insurance adjuster about this. He said the Caliber guy told him that unless something related to my suspension was bent, it did not happen because of my accident. DO NOT PUT YOUR VEHICLE IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE. They will not admit they might have missed something.

After my accident in my husbands car, Caliber Collision was highly recommended by a friend of mine. She had said that her experience was great and that they did a phenomenal job on her car that her son had crashed...so, I began to do some research on Caliber. As the stories unraveled remarkable restorations and viewed their ratings, I then made my decision to finally get her (AKA Chrysler 300 SRT8) in to be evaluated and worked on. As soon as I pulled up and checked her in with wonderful staff, Rick, the Center Manager, and Michael, my service advisor, took the time to fully answer my concerns and questions. I loved how they walked me through the restoration phases and showed me, through their eyes, the damage done. I shared with them that this was a devastating accident and I wanted to make sure that she was restored to her former glory before my husband came back from his deployment. They were very courteous to send me updates through text messages and phone calls, which made me less anxious to know how she was coming about. As soon as it was time to finally bring her home, Michael and Rick arranged my transportation to the shop and for the first time I viewed her beautiful restoration. I was immediately immersed with joy and felt like I was taking a new car off the lot. It has been a day since she has been back in my possession and she purrs like a kitten...LOL! Using them was the BEST decision made for her and our family. Now, all I want to do is show her off! (-: A million thanks to Rick, Michael and the TEAM! My husband will be so happy to see her in great conditions.

Perhaps a good place if insurance is paying. For out of pocket projects or a minor repair, Id suggest getting at least one other estimate. In my case I saved 50%.

Hit a deer 2 years ago my car was only 2 months old at that time and has been back to the shop 5 times for terrible work they did to my car. Picked it up from them last time and they had ctacked my paint on both fenders. Could see primer showing through the paint on my bumper and the paint on my core support started to peel. All they did was take touch up paint and painted over the peeling paint with no prep work. Could still see paint peeling off under the touch up paint. Called usaa and i am now taking it to another shop. No quality what so ever anymore. They used to do amazing work not sure whats changed.

They kept getting the wrong parts for my Mums truck, so it took a week longer than expected. But they did a good job at least.

Quite easily the worst body shop, ever. Took my vehicle there a few years ago, and after more then seven trips back after it was repaired, we (me and USAA) had to take it to a different body shop altogether to get things even close to right. And the damage wasnt that bad to begin with. Im talking grey primer base color still readily visible in tucked away places, mismatched paint color, overspray all over the frame, glaringly obvious specs and grime in the clear coat, and the list can go on. I took pictures of the crappy work and kept taking it back. No quality control, quality assurance out of this place. Just another corporate machine cutting corners to make a dime. Just dont let them cut corners on you - if you do take it there, take pictures of the damage yourself before hand, and closely inspect their work after words. A good likelihood they are cutting corners somewhere. Wouldnt go there again if someone paid me.

Caliber Collison in Copperas Cove tx was amazing. I needed repairs on my car so that I could go on a half country trip. We had less than 2 weeks and owning a Kia makes ordering parts slower than other makers. It was a tall order I proposed, and Mitch my service coordinator was amazing. Kind, understanding and actually car cared about my dilima. The center really worked hard to get the repairs done in time for me to leave for my trip. Mitch kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions. I really cant put into words how amazing Mitch and the crew was. Thank you.

I unfortunately was in an accident monday, my car was towed to caliber on wednesday. Mitch was the person assigned to my car. He talked me through everything when i went down to sign some papers.He explained everything that he could to me about my car and things he had already found. He called me the minute he was done with the evaluation. Unfortunately not a good outcome but Mitch made sure i understood how everything was evaluated and explained picture by picture everything. He made the whole experience alot less stressful than i expected. He even offered to email the pictures of my car to me so i could have them for my record. I cant thank him enough for all the help and kind words. I for sure will be going to mitch at caliber if i ever need any body work on my new car!
