We have had a very bad experience this year. We had to go to the office and file our taxes twice due to errors on the side of HR Block. And once you pay the money they just forget don’t return your calls or mail when you get follow ups from IRS. Been trying to contact them for a week now with no luck!I would not recommend this place

Horrible communication. Left 6 messages for my tax pro over 2 months. No call backs. Front desk woman is very helpful but after 4 years h&r block has indefinitely lost my business

I had my taxes prepared here and the service was awful. It was my first time filing. Understandably, during COVID there are differences in how one interacts. I was never invited to sit down, while other customers had been asked to sit and were nestled in booths. I was not asked for any ID after handing in my tax info. They had to call me back and ask. Although my W2s and such had my name on them my taxes were prepared with the incorrect name. I called and asked for updates and every person who answered was rude. I even had one of them apologize to me after I calmly explained that they were being rude. Horrible office. Horrible staff. Horrible service. Dont go here! Its a waste of time

Well located office in a nice venue. Friendly and accomodating staff. Location gets busy so make sure you have an appointment.If you never been with H&R block:- it will run you $100 an up in fees depending on complexity of your taxes.- visit can last from 1 to 2 hours.- they will do most of the work and you can see their computer screen at all times.- courtesy call before ypur appointment to go over what youll need to bring, they answered all my inquiries.

Poor customer service. We had an appointment at 1330. We arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes to see someone. We were then informed that they were running late and we would have to reschedule. No phone call was made to inform us they were running late or needed to reschedule us. We wasted a portion of our afternoon because h and r block did not keep their appointment with us and did not have the curtesy to inform us ahead of time to reschedule.

I have been doing taxes with H&R for the past 5 years. Every time the customer service is superb. No reason for not returning.
