I came here with my kid to see Dr Bauer. We were seen after getting paperwork completed and taken into the back offices by one of the nurses. The doctor came in and made a quick evaluation of our specific issue and gave us some options to consider. We received all added paperwork and departed.

Poor communication from office. Asked to replace hearing aids in September when covered.Was never told they had 3 year warranty. Now due to poor explanation of how warrnty and replacement works for parents with first time hearing aid wearer.Now its 5k to replace one. Audiologist is abrasive and seems put out when explaining answers to questions. Great doctor, but not worth an unnecessary 5,000 copay that could have been avoided .

Dr. Paul takes his time with each patient. However, my son required two ear tubes insertions and on the second one recommended adenoid removal too, which fixed the issue. Makes you wonder why that wasnt done during the first procedure to begin with. Also, the staff is horrible!! Maria in the scheduling department is horrible!! Never answers the calls and in my experience, did not return voicemails. Front desk is no better. I agree with other comments in that they need to retrain or replace their administrative staff.

Both my children saw Dr. Bauer for ear tubes and one for adenoidectomy. Every single appointment from the very first with my first child, to the very last with my second child has been above and beyond. Dr. Bauer is so thorough and cares about making the kids feel comfortable as well. Hes very down to earth and leaves nothing to question. I wouldnt take my children any where else for all their E.N.T. needs.

Great doctor and great staff...very kid friendly and makes sure the child is included in the conversations so they understand what they are planning to do...they do a great job of making sure all parties involved are well informed and have a very empathetic feel for any fears

Hes too the point when he talks to you, I like that. But he also doesnt make a snap diagnosis based on a single test. This is great bc you are less likely to be misdiagnosed. He was good with making my son comfortable which made me comfortable. All around I would defenatly recommend.

Dr Bauer is fantastic!!!The staff however should be retrained; especially front desk, billing and scheduling department is inapt, dismissive, and sloppy.

Today i visited the doctor for our 2yrs old ear problem.....he was sooooo rude.....he explained us everything what we want to know but the attitude was horrible......me and my husband both left the hospital with a feeling of never wanting to visit that doctor again
