Exceptional Service!!! Office staff was friendly, the repair was done on a timely basis and at a fair price. I have found a new repair shop for my BMW and I will be back. The problem with my suspension was difficult to diagnose but they nailed it. They were able to find the problem and fix it for less than the initial estimate of a full replacement. If I could give them 100+ stars I would! Thomas and Phillip took care of my check engine issue for less than a 3rd of what the AUDI dealership was going to charge me. Communication was exceptional, they kept me informed every step of the way, told me when my car would be ready, and it was exactly as they said. These guys are geniuses when it comes to European cars and I would never consider taking my AUDI to anyone else!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the tech was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. I brought my 135i in for some diagnostics in fear of needing major repairs. I had a good experience bringing my BMW here. Just came in for a simple oil change on my car, nothing outside of that. You can tell they are a customer service oriented place being a smaller shop, which is what drew me to trying them out, instead of the big dealership in Dallas where sometimes youre just a number on the service lot. I also like to support smaller/local business and like the fact that they are BMW and luxury car experts. So this place was a no brainer. I will definitely use them in the future, I think the prices seem fair from what I got on my receipt for potential future service needs as well. They even gave me an air freshener as a gift when I checked out, which is nice too! Thank you BMS!

Philip was very helpful fixing my faulty amp in my IS250. Very happy with the service I received. I stopped by late in the afternoon to see if they could fix the problem with my Mini Cooper. They said they could and could work on it the next day, and offered to drone home. I decided to bring it back in the morning, and again offered to take me home, but since I live close decided just to walk home. They fixed a heavy engine oil leak on my father in laws 03 BMW X5, 3.0.They also did a comprehensive walk around of other recommended repairs which was very accurate but we had to weigh the value of his old BMW and the price to fix everything. For now we went with the heavy oil leak, which went well.Thomas was professional at greeting, email and text of recommended repairs, timely fixing and follow up phone call to pick it up.No surprises on the bill at all.I would use them in the future for my other cars.

I have been to BMS twice since I moved ti Texas and I have been taken a great care on my 2013 BMW 528i xDrive by Philip. They are so honest, professional and guided me on the service for my car. I asked them to check some electric issues on my car and they told me everything looks great and they don’t want to change them and saved the cost on my repairs. I have been using Bimmer motor specialists for over 5 years to do repairs on two different Bmw vehicles I have owned. They have repaired and taken of everything from the convertible top to the drive shaft and suspension. Phillip and his crew are very professional in what they do.

Good workmanship and trustworthy. Hard to find a service center that can be trusted. Drive a good 30 to 45 minutes to them if I need any quality work done on my 2014 c300 Sport 4 Matic.

The check engine light came on in my 2012 F10 and Bimmer Motor Specialists was the first call I made. I have used them for some previous work (front brakes and rotors, spark plugs, belt and oil changes) and have always been satisfied with the time they take to explain the issues and the timely manner in which they complete the work. They use quality parts (big fan of LiquiMoly Oil) and are reasonably priced.This time I needed the valve cover and gasket replaced (gasket was leaking from previous other shop botch job and the valve BMW integrated in the valve cover went bad). They also detailed the car for me. So to my surprise the car ran like brand new and was super clean when I picked it up. Thanks for doing that! No more oil leak, even on the long trip I took and she is running strong again. Thanks BMS, see you next time.

Being a new BMW owner I was terrified as my FIRST check engine light came on. My family recommended BMS from prior experiences and to no surprise they were just as awesome as I was told. I discovered Bimmer Motor Specialist aboot 3 years ago. Philip, the owner, is trustworthy and dependable and his technicians are friendly and engaging. I have driven my Beamer almost 50 miles to BMS to have my car serviced for two reasons, quality service in their repairs and excellent customer service. Quite honestly, I dont think you could find better service, at a substantially reduced rate when compared to the BMW Dealerships in the DFW - Metroplex, and certainly not when compared to non-dealership European and luxury repair shops. I am currently in another state and had to have my Beamer serviced by the local BMW Dealership and a local repair shop and both experiences had me longing for BIMMER MOTOR SPECIALISTS!

When my BMW has a mechanical problem I perform the troubleshooting and repair. Its a rare occasion when I cant figure out whats wrong. When that happens I turn to Phillip and his mechanics at BMS. I highly recommend them.

So let’s start with that we have Mechanic shop in garland and I took one of our cars for transmission problem they said that it’s gonna cost 1550 $ and we did agreed after few hours and after they couldn’t fix it they’re asking me to pay 1200$ my question is for what we don’t charge customer If the car is not fix We are gonna contact our lower and we are gonna take them to court don’t I don’t Recommend This shop to no one I am not sure what kind of business they are running

Terrible service, go to a real shop or dealership. Servicing your car in a garage at your home is not the way to service a vehicle. The prices are the same price as any other dealer. The technicians are not BMW certified. They will tell you they are and they are at minimum 5 years expired as BMW certified technicians. Pay the extra money, use the dealership.

Stupid service and worst people I have ever seen. They charge without working anything. Even if I get free service I would not go ever to see their face. Bad human. They dont have any business ethic/ morality
