I called 30 minutes before close to see if they had a part in stock that I needed. They said that they did and I told them I would try my best to make it on time as I live 30 minutes away. He asked me if Id been there before then for my name and phone number so he could pull up my account, told me that he would have the part pulled for me just get there. I did arrive 7 minutes before close, they had the part waiting and I asked about a few component items needed. I apologize I didnt mention such on the phone I was trying to hurry and they helped me with that they got me all together took a little bit longer than close but they were still nice and friendly worked with me and gave me a great experience. Customer service at its finest!

I came in to do an alignment 6 months ago. When I got there they said they couldn’t do an alignment because some the suspension parts where bad. This not being a daily drive of mine I chose to do the work when I could over these past months. Before I swiped my card I was told that the money would go towards my next service since I didn’t get an alignment. I made sure to ask if it would go towards an alignment and they said yes. Now finishing everything up I called up there to schedule an alignment with my credit and they said that I paid for a different service to be done and that my credit was no longer valid. I explained to the manager that I didn’t want that service and that I payed to get an alignment done. He then said that the money would only go towards repairs and not an alignment.

Once again they went above and beyond normal service !! I had a coilover suspension halfway installed by a different company and 8 days later they couldn’t get it done . The welding for the coilover brackets was horrific to say the least . Jesse handed it off to his outstanding mechanic and he went to work . He ground out ALL the subpar welding and redone everything!! I cannot day enough great things about this place !! They know what they are doing and their quality control is outstanding! It drives better than it did from the factory. Even though it took a while to fix it was what was needed . I knew when i got it back it would be right . I will never take my vehicles to anyone else that’s for sure . So do yourself a favor and give these guys a call when you want something done to your 4 wheel drive or even two wheel drive vehicle ! I promise when you get it back it will do what it is supposed to do and you will 1000% be happy ! Again i want to thank all the guys that worked on it helped make my Jeep right . Got a quality pickup bed cover at a good price. The installation was a bit long at 3 hours but they were very busy.

Called to get a steering stabilizer for my Hummer that I saw on their website, but the sales associate that answered told me he didn’t think they had one. I asked him to look it up for me and he said he didn’t need to if I had the part number. I was driving at the time and did not have him and asked him to look it up. Again, he said that he didn’t think they had one and refused to look it up. So I asked for a manager. I got hung up on as soon as I asked. So I called back and got ahold of JESSE(the apparent manager). After I told him the situation I could hear him laughing in the background. Would not do business at this location.

Very capable and a great location and speedy service but the counter guys are a bit reserved and as much as my salesperson was very helpful and accommodating I got the feeling the other guys behind the counter were snobs to say the least!!It’s been like that for years.With all the parts in the back they need to get their displays on the ball.4WP needs to get some HR help to take care of the guys that have been there for 20+ years making it the successful business it is!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful of 4WP. Took my truck in to get new tires and have a squeak checked out on the front drivers side. Tech said they tightened all bolts on the suspension and found that I needed to replace basically the whole front steering components. $2500-3000. Didnt feel right since truck was only 4 years old (53,000 miles) and never 4-wheeled much. Took it to another shop and found out the tech never torqued the suspension bolts, and that $2500-3000 work/squeak was only a loose upper control arm bolt. $60 bucks and out the door no squeak at all. Not the first time had a bad experience with 4WP, they had to buy me a whole new set of wheels due to another tech burning grooves in every wheel lug. Was the guys first day, the store manager said. Again shop around. Funny looking at the stores responses, they only reply and address the positive reviews.

Be prepared to waste an entire day for a simple tire installation. Place does not seam to have any organization or they intentionally overbook so they can get as much done while customers sit around with no idea how long they will take to install tires. Anywhere else I’ve ever been for a tire install is a couple hours at most. Great way to waste your Saturday👍🏻

Worked for this place for about 5 months and the experience was very unprofessional they do not know how to train or operate in a professional manner everyone in this warehouse act like children when I was being harassed at work and called to complain I was harassed even more and had people spreading rumors which led to me getting laid off. I purchased airbags and the wireless one system for my F150. Caleb was extremely friendly in getting me all set up and scheduling the install. The products were installed and performed as advertised. I was concerned when I heard the air compressor kick on in the middle of the night or other times when the truck was not running. 2 months later, my battery was dead. When I inspected the problem, the power line for the compressor was connected directly to the battery of my truck instead of through an ignition controlled fuse in the fuse box as is recommended by the manufacturers installation guide. I went back to the store and Caleb was there again to discuss this with me with the same great friendly attitude and he quickly spoke with the service manager to answer the question of why the installation was not consistent with the manufacturers installation guide. I was told that it was due to the fact that if it was installed that way, it would not have enough power to perform properly so instead they always connect it directly to the battery. I voiced my frustration in that in its current configuration, the pump is constantly pulling power from the battery. If their installation technique is indeed better for this product, they should offer installation of toggle switches to allow direct wiring to the battery with the ability to turn it on and off from the cab. There was no effort made to correct the problem and that is where they lost my business. Mistakes happen, and people may not always have a good experience with the services provided, but it is in those situations where organizations can do better to help correct the problem instead of, well this is how we do it. I appreciate your positive attitude Caleb, but as I told you in the store I will not be back.

Tried like hell to get the sales person Joe Bailey to call me back. After 8 times of him saying Ill call you back.. and not doing so.. I just went to All Out Off Road. They worked circles around this place with excellent customer service, flawless communication, got me what I wanted, and never made me feel like I was having to work hard to spend my money. They earned my business, this place did not.

Staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. Item I needed (2FT CB Antenna) was in stock, on the shelf, and I didnt have to look for it.Cashier was very personable and interested in our project. He also gave helpful recommendations.

I wanted (needed??) new wheels for our jeep and to look at a few other things. Jesse took great care of me and had me in and out fast as I yold him I had to be back to work quickly.

I have to give HUGE Kudos to the Coppell 4WP mechanics. I bought my truck lifted form Vandergiff. The lift was done at 4WP (Ft Worth told me by Coppell but I found out it was the Dallas store who did the lift). The front drivers side tire has rubbed the wheel well and frame. I took it back to Vandergriff 6 times. They would take it to 4WP Dallas. I would explain the problem to the service advisor who would relay the complaint to 4WP. 4WP Dallas (who Vandergriff did the lift) would cut a piece of plastic here & there, the cut the body mount and rewelded it to support the body. Each time I would take it back to Vandergriff they would give me another excuse and said it was 4WP that advised them of the excuse.I took this my truck to the Coppell store and got the same excuse I had been getting. I advised them to look at the history in their system and come out to see what was going on with the truck. The 4WP customer service guy said it was obvious even to the naked eye to see the spacing front to back was different.The 4WP tech Ricky fixed it. The wheels are spaced correctly, it is aligned, and though I have tried everything I know to make it rub again, the tires clear now. I am truly impressed with this location and will always take my stuff to them.I used the Dallas store for almost 20 years but never again. From now on, Coppell 4WP is my store!!!Thank you SO MUCH Coppell 4WP!

Purchased a six inch lift with tires and wheels for my F150. Ian was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering questions. Overall, I was impressed with the customer service and quality of the parts & installation.

Beware, if you travel to pick up said parts that you have contacted one of the customer service reps concerning. Male for sure that you check at least twice that they have the parts on hand. Not just what their computer says. Not a good day there. Traveled well over an hour to pick up.parts to.complete a job today. Missing one of the parts they showed to have in stock. It will.be shipped but now delayed my time. Customer service representative, uh well sorry about that. I shouldve dealt with the idiot at OReillys.

Big thanks to Caleb and Jesse for making my second experience with the company even better than the first. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, showed me a couple options and suggested to me the Bilstein 5100 front and back on my Ford F-150. Not only did it improve the ride of the truck, it also allowed them to level the truck front to back for a perfect stance. From suspension to performance these guys can get it done. This is more a review of 4WP in general, not exclusive to this location. 4WP used to be a great place to drive down to, get your parts, and head home to install them. Nowadays, 4WP locations seem to have very little on hand and its more of a delivery drop off spot. Well, Amazon can do that for me, and much more efficiently and for cheaper.Over the last year, the fact that theyre just a drop off spot for your orders has been overshadowed by them not even having access to products to order in the first place. For example, I ordered a sun shade top for my Wrangler Unlimited in April. The website (which is a whole other sad subject) said it was in stock and ready to ship. Late July came around and I gave up and got my money back, and ordered one from Amazon that landed on my doorstep a few days later. Youd think that in late spring, such a commonly needed item would be in stock at every store... the sun is coming out, topless weather is upon us and Jeep sells 150k Wrangler Unlimiteds every year for the last decade.I decided to give 4WP a break as I had seen they released their own series of wheels for Jeeps and trucks that are nice looking with a decent price. Theres a 4WP less than a mile from my favorite Mexican grub spot so I stopped in on my way to lunch last Friday. I found a style I liked, and asked the counter man what it would cost to get a set and also a set of 35 BFG tires installed. So, not only are the BFGs not in stock (it sounded so rehearsed when he said it I got the idea he parrots that line dozens of times a day), but the 4 WHEEL PARTS BRAND of wheels arent available at this time (another canned line Im sure). I tuned around and said so youre telling me your own wheels are on backorder from yourselves? He kinda laughed and said yep so I immediately left.About 4-5 years ago, it looks like 4WP was bought out by the parent company of Polaris. Im starting to think thats when they started to decline. That being said, there are likely plenty of mom and pop stores and facilities that would like to have your business and can likely get your products to you way more efficiently, and have everyday items (like sun shades) on the shelf at their stores right now. It may cost you a few dollars more, but last April Id have gladly paid another 20% in cost to have a shade on my Jeep instead of missing half of topless season.

Purchased $3k in wheels, tires and shocks. Sales person inspected my vehicle and made recommendations. Was NOT good advice! The tires rubbed over bumps big time. Went back next day to have old tires put back on and they wanted to charge me $40!! I WAS STILL KEEPING THE NEW WHEELS AND TIRES I had just purchased! Just wanted to wait until I got a lift kit.Left with new wheels still on Jeep, went online to another retailer and bought my lift kit. Found out later that these guys are on commission so REAL/GOOD advice is out the window. All you get is Sure! Absolutely! When youre buying. If you have a problem with what you bought, its going to cost you.Your local shop will price match so talk with them about your ideas.Its a shame because the guy seemed honest and legit. When I asked him later why he didnt just tell me not to put the wheels on, he said you wanted them. Friend, I assure I went there looking for honest advice on whether or not this size wheel would cause me problems. Had he told me not to put the wheels on, I would have bought them anyway; its what I wanted!Update: Both shocks broke at the upper eyehole mount after two weeks of running. NO off-road use. They have a 1yr warranty from the manufacturer but 4 wheel parts offered to warranty one but not the other?? Said I installed them wrong yet they never even looked at my jeep?? Sales person even said I have never seen that happen before.So, I Called the manufacturer who also found it strange that they would warranty one but not the other when they both had the same problem. The manufacturer is taking care of me. Just another example of the great customer service you can expect at 4 Wheel Parts in Coppell. (Sarcasm!)Further Update: Fox got back and said I just needed a new bar pin and gave me the part number. I was told by 4WP that it could NOT be replaced. Said it was done at the factory. I mean EPIC fail here! Hopefully Polaris will turn this company around but the hole has been dug pretty deep around here...

Top notch customer service at 4WP this morning, fixed the flat tire on my Jeep and got us back to our vacation.

Called at 9:20 am to check inventory on a specific brand / size tire. It was in stock, asked for pricing and it was going to be about $115 more than I could buy from Amazon. The associate said they would price match and asked how much it was online. Also asked if it was “sold and shipped by Amazon” said yes but, they also had some that ran $15 less than Amazon’s price through other tire suppliers. Associate placed me on hold and came back to say they would match Amazon’s price. Scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. Drove over an hour to this specific location (with tire in stock) and arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Once in the store we were told they would not match Amazon’s price but, could sell it for about $30 more than Amazon (still less than full retail). We were already there and the tire being replaced was at risk of blowing out so we said ok. An hour and 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment, they finally got the truck in the back. Still waiting on it to come out but, as I expressed to the associate... I was frustrated at the bait and switch tactic as well as the excess wait beyond my appointment time. In the future Amazon is much cheaper and will ship (free) to an authorized installer to mount and balance for only $14 (vs. $35 4 wheel parts charges). Full price on Amazon with free shipping and installation - $374, Full price at 4wheel parts with installation - $515 (prior to the discount they gave us in place of “price match”. We actually paid $459) - we walked out of there with one tire mounted 2 hours after our appointment. They get two stars cause they had the unique tire size and brand we needed and they gave my son some stickers when we checked out. The staff despite the wait was friendly but, the manager didn’t speak to us directly or offer any apology for wait or refusal to price match.

Wish I could give zero stars. Dropped my truck off at 9am to get tires rotated, balanced and an alignment, and specifically told them that I had work at noon and if I should wait on it or just drop it off and pick it up after my shift. The guy told me no problem should be done around 10 and that he’d let me know when it was done, so I decided to wait on it. Next thing you know 11 o’clock rolls around and I haven’t heard a thing, go up to the front desk and ask, he says I got you all finished up and your all good to go. Wait, I don’t have to pay for my alignment? Didn’t even align my tires which was the main reason I brought it there and he never let me know it was finished, which caused me to be late to my shift. Total lack of care and customer service from this place (not the first bad service I’ve received from them or that I’ve heard of, but this was the last straw) and guarantee that it was my last visit there. Plenty of other places out there that actually deserve business.P.s: I was the only person that was waiting on a truck to get serviced and it didn’t even seem busy that morning. Can’t imagine if they had a lot of trucks that needed to be worked on

Their warehouse is huge so you will never have to worry about them not having an item in Stock. Even if they do have to order what you need it will not take long they get it to you fast!!! This really is the best place to go in DFW for your truck or jeeps needs. This location in particular has a great staff. They dont try and upsell you on things you dont need and they are honest and upfront about their services and products. They have a great layout of their products in the store available to see and touch so youre not just looking at a picture online or in a catalog.

Called several places in DFW looking for a specific rim same day and when I called these guys they had them in stock and put them on same day. I am not the type of consumer that likes to wait so they won my business by having the rims I wanted in stock and the installation done same day. Every other place I called had to order the rims and it was going to be 3 to 4 days. Also the staff are friendly and when you tell them what type of look you are going for on your truck they listen and make good suggestions. Great experience overall.

I purchased a bakflip mx4 bed cover for my pickup with the 4wheelparts extended warranty. The clerk’s selling point for the extended warranty was that if anything happens to your cover, like hail damage, they would replace it no questions asked. Well, this year, a limb fell off a tree in our driveway during a storm and landed on the cover. The limb put several dents and scratches on my cover. I called to get my cover replaced and they told me that the warranty no longer covers acts of vandalism or damage from mother nature. The only reason I purchased the warranty is to protect myself from mother nature-related incidences. Very disappointed because I was deceived into purchasing the warranty on the cover. Buyers beware.

Customer service is definitely not their strength. Upon their recommendations of which step bars would work for our 2017 Jeep, we went home to install them and they didnt fit correctly on our vehicle. One of the sales guys was actually aware of dealerships having issues installing them on our same model/year. They had no intention of helping us make these work and so we we asked for a refund. They did so without an ounce of hesitation and at the same time not once did they try to keep our business, help us find a solution, apologize, point us in the right direction, or do any of the other obvious things a business with good customer service would do in response to the situation.

After to many dollars trying to DYI and after a major failure with a bracket, I finally called 4 wheel Drive parts Coppell even after calling the 800 number at 4 wheel parts and the Jeep dealer with no help!I talked with Kerby Koch at 4 wheel Coppell he said, get it to me and we can help you. After a 50+ mile trip two flat tires on the trailer while hauling it and almost a full Saturday getting it to him. Kerby called me on Tuesday morning and said your Jeep is ready to go. What!! Super service.... Kerby did exactly what he said he would and more.To say my Jeep is fixed is a understatement!If you love your 4x4 this is with out a doubt your place... Big Thank You! These guys look like they have a large selection. They were very excited and pumped to sell me my set of tires. Chose them over Costco because 4Wheel covers off road puntures as Costco does not. Now im regretting it. Both Costco and 4Wheel parts offer free rotations and balancing. But every time I try to set an appointment with 4Wheel Parts, they sound very uninterested in talking to me. Im guessing they work off commision. They are always booked for a whole week every time I call. Costco takes walk ins same day. Buying my KO2s from Costco next time for sure.

The shop is lackidasical and does not want to correct their own issues. I would take my vehicle to any other 4 wheel parts shop or off-road store after this experience.

I bought a 2010 dodge 1500 that already had a 6 lift but who ever installed it didnt do it right so I went to these guys and everyone else said theres nothing i can do to fix it except go back to stock then put a new lift ($4500) worth of work... they had the parts to fix it and told me everything I need to know. I spend a lot on money on my trucks they have earnd my business 100% !!

I paid for my order on 11/9/19 to be deliver.They told me it was gonna take 5 business day well.. today is 11/19/19 and I am still waiting!

Bad customer service, unwilling to help customers.

I guess over the last 10 years I have spent well over $30K with 4 wheel Parts Coppell. What kept me coming back was the gentleman I dealt with. Much of the equipment I purchased could gave been purchased elsewhere but this gentleman new me and took care of me. Once he left the store went downhill. I recently purchased a 2017 F150 and took it to 4 Wheel Parts Coppel for a leveling kit, tires and rims. The sales guy wanted to push what liked vs. what I wanted. Finally got it through his head. We finished the deal which was $3600 and I was the first to say thank you. He felt compelled to say it because he was not happy I disliked his more expensive taste.6 weeks later after driving through uneven pavement in a construction site I ran over a ledge across the road which traffic couuld not avoid. The front end made a somewhat metallic noise and since then the truck steering has been hunting lanes and seems to travel independently. Took it to 4 Wheel Drive Parts and explained the problem. First answer: can you leave it here, no its my only vehicle, next, Were real busy st it might take hours, what happened to customer service andbtske care of folks that gave already demonstrated faith by mak8ng the purchase, well all the bays are full and not sure when we can look at the truck, well Im stuck because I am concerned about safety in the steering, well let me have your keys and sign here.30 minutes later I see them get in my truck and drive away. 10 minutes later sales guy comes back and says, the technician drove it three times and he cant find anything all appears to be tight,I told him I saw them drive the truck away 10 minutes ago, well theyre gonna just double check it. So here I sit until they return the tested and inspected truck.When I walk out those doors it will be the last time. 4 Wheel Parts is just interested in the sale and screw customer support. The sales guy that sold me the leveling kit and the tires just 6 weeks ago didnt even acknowledge my presence or offer to help. Stay Away!!!
