I asked where can I find a drop off location that can accept large packages. 3 people later. ... I got aggravated because they could or would not tell me. Just kept asking me for tracking number then telling me UPS had it when it was in my hand. Duh.

Such great positive atmosphere and attitudes from the employees. Very helpful and attentive in every way. A nice face and representation of a global company

They dont deliver package at address where it goes. I tracked my package down myself an it wasnt even at the address driver said he left it at. How can you mix up house mumbers thats suspose to be an he said he left it at was 322 an he actually left it at 306. Then waved at lady tryi g to tell him to come back an drove off. Lied about where he left it. An not even on correct road.

Cant tell ya couldnt get in. Will say ill always pay extra to avoid ups. Customer service suggested I wait around for a call within the hour.. in the snow.Response to reply, this is part of the problem why not invite me to call customer support instead you want me to tag you in social media, this doesnt take any steps to solving the issue and just adds a other company to your list of growing collaborations that make it impossible to speak with the person in co tool of what you need. Today I have talked to 2 diffrent customer support reps at diffrent numbers provided by diffrent people 1 at the ups outlet store customer support 1 sent me there. And the warehouse number has still not been answered in 3 days even though the warehouse gives updates. So someones there.Again im always glad to have the chance to pay for service other then ups.

When you actually want your shipment to make it to where its going on time, theres no substitute for brown.

Dropped off a pre-paid package to ship back my old phone. Easy place to find, lots of parking. Helpful employee scanned it in & gave me a receipt in less than a minute. I’m a fan!

People are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem, but you do need to check their hours before going there. They are not open on Saturdays or Wednesdays or any mornings. Just plan ahead. 🙂

I have had great service at this location. Many people on here give bad reviews because they dont understand this is a shipping hub with limited services. If you want full service you need to go to the UPS Store in Lebanon.

The customer service here is nonexistent.I was told by AT&T that I can return a product through them. When I arrive there they said they cannot except it because this is not the correct location. The guy at the desk said it has to be a UPS store. When I asked him if he knew where the nearest one was he simply answered “that’s what Google is for ma’am”Wow. It would be better off if he just said he didn’t know to get me out of his way. Just wow.

They were very rude and acted like they wanted to be somewhere else but there. I was wanting to send an Amazon purchase back and was told that they could print label and shop back. He said no. No sorry or anything.

This is the most worthless place you could imagine. You can’t find a local phone number for them. They are never able to help you with anything you need. The desk staff any time I’ve been in were rude and seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. If I had the option to have someone else ship my stuff I would choose them every time.

I have been waiting for a package that barely got the opportunity to be delivered. I hear a knock and by the time I get to my door there is a piece of paper with no name or date on it and nothing marked on it for any action needed on the the door and the driver is hurrying out of my parking lot. I call and they say I can pick it up at 7pm, which is when i am at work, or wait til monday when it will probably happen again. Christmas is a stressful time, I get it, but if you arent able to do your very well paying job, find another one. This is incredibly unprofessional and no one can or will help. They arent open on the weekends and have the most incompetent drivers. Never using them in cookeville again.

This place is so unprofessional, I am a disabled person and I have had multiple heart attacks and strokes ( but thank God I’m still here). I stopped at the service center and went into the office and there were three thirtyish something young males sitting and talking, laughing. I asked them is this the place where they package and ship from, they acted perplexed but said yes. I advised I had a room stand alone air conditioner that I needed packed and shipped back to dealer and it weighed maybe 50 lbs, I asked them for help to remove it from my vehicle as I was crippled up and had a hard time walking. One of the guys yelled into other room to a lady at a computer and asked if they could do that, she looked at me and said Staples in Cookeville will do it for a fee. I told yea but I would have to carry it in and out of store and I couldn’t do that, she just shrugged her shoulders and turned back to the computer. I was then told “oh we’re not open come back later”. I told them thanks and left. I will never do business with these people again! By the way Staples came out and got the air conditioner and carried it in and boxed it up, labeled it and will have it shipped for me! They are professionals and UPS could take notes from them.

I needed an important package, but it had not been delivered in time for me to go to work. I left a note on my door for Russell to bring my package to the restaurant I work at. Next thing I know the host tells me I have a visitor. Russell made my day, and you can tell he enjoys his job.

Had some important IDs shipped to me next day. Low and behold they lost them. Open 3 hours???

Im disabled and cant get around and my friend that lives with me and helps me has a lot of medical issues also. UPS has never delivered anything to my house and I have ordered a lot of things in the past 10 years. They used to call me and let me know when they would be here and I would meet them at the bottom of the road. Now they wont even come to the first trailer and leave packages. They say they left it at the back door or on the porch or other ...but instead they leave it anywhere by the road that they can. I live 1/2 from the road and cant see the road and dont know when something is there. I dont like the way that they do business. Would they like it if there packages where left like that? NO THEY WOULD NOT!!! I cant post this unless I have stars they dont deserve any stars but I will have to give them a 1 star ............A Very Disgruntled Customer

Called because apparently they attempted to deliver my package on a Friday and no one was home. Then the tracking showed it was took back to the UPS facility and would be delivered the following monday. Still hasnt arrived so I talked to customer service and couldnt understand half anything the lady was saying to me and I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes because she couldnt understand the tracking number I was trying to tell her. Then they told me they transferred my package to the USPS so itll be here in 1-3 business days so they didnt have to try to deliver it again. What a joke.

Was suppose to receive my life saving chemo pills in the mail today... I guess I can just take it whenever the **** you decide to bring it though, my life isn’t depending on it, no rush. Pfft fail.New update 09/28/18Reorder the same meds again and they didn’t show up on the delivery date. Instead of ringing or knocking on the door they just stuck a slip in the door and went on their merry way. This place is full of unprofessional idiots, and that’s putting it nicely.

My package was supposed to be delivered 01/30/19. Its now 02/04/19 and my package is NO WHERE to be found. This is why I HATE UPS. I will ALWAYS ship viz FedEx from now on. People at this location are LAZY and do not care about the items that DO NOT belong to them. This location needs to flagged by UPS. This is horrible and not the first item thats gotten lost at the Cookeville, TN location.

Waited all day for a package on its final delivery attempt. The driver didnt knock on the door and just left the failed delivery notice.

Paid for 1 day shipping 4 days ago didnt realize they close on weekends. Said it was out for shipping at 4am and 4:30pm later still no package and they close at 6pm. Ive also bought a PC and had it shipped through them as well in the past and when I got it, it looked like it had been through a dryer. Im writing this review as I feel there is a lack of respect and care when it comes to their customers packages.

Gone on vacation. Delivered 2 packages to my door, left on a camping chair, in the rain. They were XM radios to be delivered to my grandfather who lives behind us. No telling how long they had been there. The labels were bleached by the sun and now Im waiting at their office because they arent open until 3. Just ridiculous!

As a leasing agent, please provide building # as well or name because an apartment number does not help when there are several. Or you could come by when we are open and not leave a note right before we do open

Gave my package to a neighbor supposedly. Something I did not request nor would I ever allow. I called during the THREE HOURS they are open a day and did not receive a call back before closing. Not to mention they aren’t open on Saturdays either. This is a horrible horrible experience and not the first one I have had with the Cookeville UPS location.

I had a delayes delivery and needed to get because i was leaving out of town the next day. Finally got through to the lady and the customer service center and she was very unprofessional and rude. When i got there i wasnt sure if it was the same person but she was very rude and when i told her i could not wait til tomorrow she made a rude remark and left. I waited for awhile maybe 15 mins til she came back and finally helped me. Im not sure why ups doesnt do anything about this branch. They have a very poor rating here.

I have had multlpe Delivers to my home and business and they all always there when they say will be I have the up most reguards for there drivers. I see them making deliverys into the nicht.

Dont ship UPS. I have ordered new auto parts from two different shippers in the Western U.S. UPS delivered an opened package that had obviously been rummaged through AND they broke my part (they did this twice). It was very difficult to get the problem resolved and am still dealing with it. i am never using them again if I can help it.

I have been here waiting on a package and the tracking and it says I am closed today. Been hereand never closed on Fridays I dont know where you get your information but you suck!

Package arrives at 2:05 AM on Saturday at my local UPS store. I wont get it until Monday afternoon. Why? Because theyre closed all weekend. The local Fedex is open 9 -1 on Saturdays. Problem solved. But not by the guy who answered your customer service line in some distant country.

I called ups about a package that I shipped that had not arrived in a week. I was on hold for 20 min and they said the package was lost and they would try to find it as soon as possible. the very next day they sent me a letter saying it was damaged . will not use ups in the future.

Tuesday was my delivery date, Wednesday still not here, Thursday not here....... crappiest service on the planet. Last time they delivered a package it was left on my front porch in apartments, needless to say it was stolen, and 6 months later they still refuse to refund me my purchase.
