If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for insurance for a high value item to be shipped. FedEx damages it to the destination and doesnt deliver it or send it back. So I start a claim and its been almost two months now when they said it would take no longer than 7 business days. They give me the run around every time. Ive heard someone say there literally isnt a claims department, that you cant call you can only email (I reach them every time except that one call), that its been approved and denied several times. DO NOT waste your money using FedEx. Id drive my packages if they were the last parcel service on earth

My package was suppose to be delivered today. I tracked my order online and it said they attempted to deliver but nobody was home which is a lie. I have cameras and two dogs. Nobody showed. I paid extra to have my item shipped and took off work. I called and they couldnt give me any answers or assistance. Trash service!

I was told by them that my package was at Ship Center for pickup. They couldnt find it. They thought it might be lost. But they didnt know anything about it. Couldnt locate, couldnt provide any information about it. They thought maybe it had never been there. Total incompetence!

Super disappointed after driving from Crossville to the FedEx Ship Center in Cookeville to return a work computer. Was told that there wasnt any professional packagers there, the closest was in Murfreesboro which is 2 hours away.

Every time I have a package come through FedEx, they fail to deliver, and I have to go to the warehouse to pick it up. Ive recieved several different reasons, and today I get an email saying there was a delivery attempt but no one answered. Ive been home all morning and havent heard a single person come to the door or attempt a delivery. This happens every single time my package comes through them. This is beyond ridiculous that I have to pay for their service and they cant manage to do the one job they are supposed to do.

On Monday Aug 3rd, I went here at 8:30am to send a prepaid package with a medical sample to Labcorp. Since they didnt open until 9am, I put it in the drop box right outside the front door. I could see no pickup time listed on the box. Not even inside the door.By 10am there was no information available on tracking this package. So I tried to call them. The only number they supply is the one 800 number which is automated. Because my package was still in the box, they didnt have the tracking number. Without a tracking number, they will not let you talk to a real person. I searched on Google and couldnt find any other number except the 800 number.At 1:10pm, I was finally able to go back there. Before I went in, I checked the tracking info. It said my package was received at 1:04pm. I looked on the drop box again. This time there was a sign on the upper right hand corner that said the box had been picked up already. And the next pickup was at 6pm. The guy inside said they had just picked the box up and wondered why someone would leave a package like that in the box. I said I was there before they opened. He said Its in the back now. My package going to Labcorp sat out in the hot sun for 4 hours.Tried real hard to find any way to complain. I finally found an email address. Sent a complaint email off and got a replay back saying I had reached the UK office. She said to call the same 800 number I already had. And she gave me an email address for the US. Tried that email and got a Webpage not found message 3 times. I emailed the UK office again and asked her to send me a good address or forward my request to a supervisor who could. I got an email back with a standard list off numbers off their website and a Do not reply back to this email, it is auto generated and not monitored.FedEx says on their website they care about their customers. I personally find this very hard to believe with the experience I just had... The problem trying to communicate with them has become way bigger than my package sitting outside in the hot sun for 4 hours...

Staff was not helpful they told me Guam isn’t in the USA so I’d have to pay international shipping almost $2000!!! So I went to the United States Postal Service instead. Definitely don’t recommend.

If I could give FedEx a negative rating they would deserve it. Package shipped out on June 26th to me and still havent received it. Called the customer service number and its a joke. Woman said shed call me back and never did. Called corporate office and Dean said hed call me back and I have him my cell#. He claims he called back and phone was busy...REALLY? A cell phone busy? Another FedEx liar. Called again and spoke to a customer specialist since they dont have supervisors at that location....said I have to wait 48 hrs .....All FedEx employees so far had lied and could care less about the package or me....It disgusts me a big corporation craps all over you. So as of yet....no phone call, no email and still no package....I hate FedEx!!!! You lost my business forever. Oh and some drivers cant read address numbers...got my neighbors package and he got mine...we are 500 numbers apart!!!!

I had never shipped anything before and I went in with just what I wanted to ship. They were so helpful and extremely nice. They did everything for me all I did was give them information when they asked. Awesome experience :)

Dont use FedEx!!!!!! You wont get the product you ordered!!!!!!!!! I had 4 phones ordered from Verizon and the phones made it to cookeville only to be returned!!!!!!! FedEx said they tried to deliver the phones but I have not seen any FedEx truck at my home address since I ordered the phones

When my package was delivered it was delivered to the wrong apt.and wrong building.Not Happy espically when address is on package . getting email was great but having a neighbor start to open a discrete package is unacceptable. Your drivers need to double check where they are delivering to.

This facility has delivered to the wrong location on multiple occasions. Most recently they lied about it over the phone saying it was still at the facility, before calling back to confirm that it had been delivered to the wrong location. I will NEVER use FedEx again, and reccomend you do the same if you prefer to receive your mail.
