I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Super friendly and personable service, Matt and Katherine (may have misspelled the name) were awesome. We got a wedding band and an engagement ring resized and only cost $30 which I was not expecting at all! It only took them 2 days to resize them as well. Do not go anywhere else for your jewelry needs!

I took my grandfathers wedding band (which is now mine) to get resized. They told me it would be ready in one day and cost $20-25. I went to a nearby store for 5 minutes and I got a call that my ring was already available for pickup. Not only did it fit perfectly, but they cleaned it and it cost a total of $10! I highly recommend Jewelry Emporium to anyone for their professionalism and service.

Matt and his team never disappoint! I took my wife’s ring in for it to be resized and while I was there I asked Matt for his opinion on selecting a bigger diamond to go with the bands. Matt quickly pulled out his picks and upon agreement, he went to town. When I surprised my wife with the band it was out of this world. To my own surprise, the ring was what I imagined and then some and my wife was even more blown away. JE has had my business for many years and the service level and professionalism from Matt and his team is beyond any expectations you could have from a local business!

I came in to see about getting a watch fixed. The ladies at the counter were fine and perfectly helpful, but the guy in the back treated me like I didnt know how my own watch worked. I wouldnt have come in if it was working like normal. Then he blew me off and told me to send it to Fossil. Ive been here three times now, but Im not coming back.

These people helped fix my glasses a couple months ago and they’re still holding strong the staff here is very sweet and knowledgeable.

BEWARE, NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!! If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. I went 3 weeks ago to have my 2 diamonds from earing placed into my wedding band were my wedding band had been cut. I took it in on a Saturday and was promised to be called back on Monday to give me a price. Waited all day Monday and no call so I call them and they had forgot about it. They told me a price then said no longer than the end of the week. End of week rolls around with no call again, so once again my husband calls and they say we will call you when its done. Well that kept telling us that oh, just a couple more days or by the end of the week, we had to order another part, or we was just about to call you. Well my husband called again last night, after multiple times calling and even going by the store, and spoke to Matt AGAIN who said I was actually working on it right now and am going to stay late and I should have it done in the morning. Well of course once again we was lied to. We waited all day and my husband called them this evening and they had still not got it done so my husband just went by the store and picked them up because obviously they was just going to feed us more lies and never get it done. they didnt even put my diamonds back onto the earing studs like they was when I brought them in so now I can not even wear my earnings. Hope you all are happy with yourself because that was supposed to be my Christmas present from my husband and now I have nothing because its too late to take it to anyone else before Christmas. YOU HAVE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!!!! When they gave my jewelry back to my husband, my diamonds were separated from my earring posts so now I can not even wear my earrings and then had the audacity to say have a merry christmas. Totally unacceptable!!! Matt just sat, hiding behind his little desk and never looked up at my husband, never appologized are anything. If that isnt the worst customer service then I dont know what is.

I cant begin to say what a wonderful experience we had at the jewelry emporium. we needed repair done on my wedding ring which is a vintage piece we didnt even purchase there. the very kind and helpful man, matthew, doing the work there fixed two rings for me while we waited. one ring had belonged to my grandmother and the other was my vintage wedding ring. my husband was getting it repaired for our 45th wedding anniversary (bent prong). matthew cleaned and repaired it and repaired the other ring while we waited. i had put off having it repaired for five years as i knew the stone was impossible to replace and valuable and i had trust issues about leaving it anywhere. he totally put me at ease and made sure it never left our sight. i cant even begin to thank him for all he did! after all of his kindness and work he didnt charge us a penny. you just dont find many honest and giving people like this. matthew you have our eternal gratitude and we will definitely recommend the jewelry emporium to everyone! thanks again and blessings, cheryl.
