Came here to get a price on some broken necklaces. The man helping me was very rude. He tried to say then the gold was suspect, I guess not real but I mean hes a jeweler he ought to know that or not. Then trying to get me to give him a price of what I was wanting for it. When I dont have a clue what gold even goes for. I finally just told him I would just take it to somewhere else.Then he said I was trying to play games,really. How do you play games about jewelry at a jewelry store where they have test that they can test gold to see if its real stupid idiots.

Love all the inventory of beautiful jewelry they have on display when you walk in! Very warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners are very knowledgeable about jewelry and they can even change your yellow gold pieces into white with a new machine they have. If you ask they can explain it better. They do some repair work too, ask for details. If you cant find what you want they can help you design something that is one of a kind. In fact Ted designed our wedding ring set 39 years ago. I still wear it and love it! People always comment on how unique it is and how my husbands and mine match. Made to look like bamboo bands, very popular at the time but I could not find something unique so Ted designed it! Michael and Holly can also help you, and they are full of energy! We got my custom engagement ring from Crabtree & Crace Jewelers. I couldnt find the exact ring anywhere so they took parts of three different rings and combined them into one ring that we designed from scratch. They provided exceptional service and saved us some money compared to other local jewelry stores. Ted helped educate us on Diamonds and Gold so I was able to custom design the perfect ring. Unlike those chain stores not only do you get higher quality at a better price but you feel like your talking to a friend who is helping you make the right choice for you. Since 2001 Ive been back for an high quality watch and last year for our 15 year anniversary they made me a custom mother daughters ring that cost me 1/3 less then Jarods quoted and I got bigger and better stones!! Currently there searching high and low for a specific Rolex for my wife to give me for Christmas.
