Dealing with Mike was a double edged sword. On the one hand, he was very affordable; and willing to work in extras within my price range. On the other hand, he did not call for confirmation when he was told to, did not keep up with information well, and had the most unpleasant waiting room ever. The job he did actually FIXING my vehicle seems functional, but only just. If you absolutely MUST have the work done, and CANT spend very much; Mike is, at least, versatile and affordable.

Mike Flatts Auto replaced the AC compressor on my wifes car for a price that I believe was a little less than others. One of the bolts was left loose holding the new compressor and worked out leaving only one bolt remaining which broke and left my wife stranded. I contacted Mike and he immediately sent a tow truck for the car, ordered the new parts and fixed it ASAP at no cost to me. Yes, he made a mistake but he owned up to it and apologized like a man should. In todays time when a lot of people blame something or someone else for their mistakes, Mike did not and I commend him for that. He has my business from now on.
