THE WORST!!! Tanya came out looked at my washer for 15 minutes then said the manufacturer would have to send someone else to fix it and it could take weeks! I called the manufacturer to find out she checked off on the repair and said the washer tested good. So he calls her and she said she couldnt repair my problem (that wasnt even in her notes) due to health issues!? Im sorry for whatever health issues she is having but if you cant do the job why did they send her in the first place! Thats the last time I will let them send TNT to my home. Now Im without a washer until Maytag can find another technician! If I couldve left 0 stars I would have. I dont know how they are still being used to do warranty services and I let Maytag know that.

Was satisfied with them in the past but now when I try to reach them they do not return calls or messages. I heard thru grapevine they will do only warranty work now. Will use another company from here on out.(edit: I was told that the husband no longer works for the company and the wife is only taking warranty work. (Could have had the decency to tell their customers instead of just going completely incommunicado.)

Have a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator. Have a couple of issues with bottom freezer door and frost. Also had questions about the French doors I have when opening. Tanya was here today and let me tell yall something. I have dealt with many appliance repair centers and I have never ever been treated with such disrespect the way she had mistreated me. She is on a power trip and I could not explain my concerns to her. It sad that one person could ruin it for the company. I will never have this company in my house ever again. I never write reviews but I had to write this one.

They came out to service our laundry center, they said it was the washer motor that it had burned up and cause the load to stay off centered and wrote that on his report and said someone would be getting in contact with us as to when they would be back to do repairs and they never returned, i had to call frigidaire to ask why tnt appliance repair had not came back they processed to tell the report for the repairs was closed out by tnt do to us overloading the washer which was a false report, i think that they didnt want to do the work that was and is covered under a service agreement with frigidaire, i think that frigidaire should find someone else to do repairs for them , frigidaire are wonderful in trying to help , but need to stop using TNT appliance for repairs

Details of my Experience - First time NO SHOW. Second time, the tech (if you could call it that) came out, did not listen to a word we tried to tell her, ignored us, was extremely rude, told us it was our fault the refrigerator ices up, accused us of leaving the door open , said I hope the manufacturer will pay me for this wasted trip and left in a huff. We will never allow this person on our prem again- I trust they will fail soon. Beware of the bad attitude tech from TNT!

The lady tech that came out 3 times name Tanya was never sure on what to do to fix our range she just kept replacing parts to see if it would work. Now after my wife and I calling and leaving multilple messages she will not call us back

They called the day of the appointment to inform they forgot to order a part and could not remove or reinstall our OTR microwave during the repair. We would have to have it taken down and put back up. Had to call back to Whirlpool and reschedule with Mr Appliance. Mr Appliance was aware of the parts to order and confirmed they could remove and reinstall the microwave.

Helpful, friendly, quick, knowledgeable and informative... they called and showed up when they were supposed to were very polite and friendly. Quickly found and fixed my issue and explained different things to me about soaps and cycles on my dishwasher and washing machine.Very nice couple and I would recommend

Warning!!!! Read the reviews! I normally do not write reviews but others need to be warned against using this company. If you need service Do not use this company!!!! If whirlpool schedules you with them tell them to find another service company.Unfortunately to write this review I had to leave a star. This company does not deserve any kind of star ! HORRIBLE customer service representative!Warranty issue with brand new fridge. Whirlpool contacted the company on our behalf. When the representative informed us of the time the technician would be there we said it would have to be in the afternoon. They gave us 9an am to 5 pm window.. she said she wouldn’t guarantee they would come on the afternoon and was very rude. After the conversation wasn’t going any further the representative then called my husband a swear word.! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!Other reviewers have stated how unprofessional the technicians were. This company should not be in business!

I had an issue with my dryer and my husband called whirlpool as it is a brand new dryer. I had only got it home and plugged up and turned it on. They called TNT and had them scheduled to come out two days later. My number was given as a backup number due to my husband not being home during the day. They call him and leave a message asking if we still need service. He calls back five minutes later and they dont answer. Instead they send him a text and say they are leaving the area to reschedule. They never bother to call me or to return the call they just missed. They also never even came out to the house to even try. I do NOT recommend them to anyone! I think this is very unprofessional.

I read all the reviews here. Should have took them to heart. The people came out today to do a warranty repair on my dishwasher. They started telling me this wasnt a warranty call. Whirlpool had told them it was a cash pay. Why would Whirlpool send them out if it wasnt a warranty problem?? Then they start telling me their not going to fix my dishwasher because the damage was Home Depots fault. Well no kidding. Unfortunately, since I had to pick my dishwasher up because they dont deliver to my location in the boonies, they will not replace it. So, I called Whirlpool and they said they would fix it. So, now here I am with a brand new dishwasher that doesnt work! Calling Whirlpool again!

Very unprofessional! The 2 service technicians argued while in the home. They did replace the stove burner. But when asked to remove the cover on the interior oven light that was stuck on, they said they needed a tool and would bring it on a return visit. Then when the return visit wasnt covered by warranty... they refused to come back. When asked about the oven light, they said sorry, my technician doesnt want to fight with it. This was terribly rude and unprofessional. Will never use this company again.

Called this company 2x with no answer. After waiting 2 days, someone texted me, did not call, and said they would charge $99 to come out and look at it and decide what to do at that point! Very unprofessional and needs to work on their customer service skills!

Very unprofessional. They never return a phone call. They decided to text instead. Showed up once for 5 minutes and did t fix anything. I had to call Maytag to get them scheduled to come again. They didn’t even show this time around. Maytag gave me a time frame of noon to 4 pm when they would be here I sat at home all day waiting not a phone call or anything.

Scheduled them to come and service a refrigerator. Was given a 4 hour time window for when they were supposed to show. They never showed, called, or responded to multiple voicemails left up to a week after they were supposed to come out. Don’t waste your time, call someone else.

I called whirlpool for a warranty claim because my fridge wasn’t cooling. I had an appointment for TNT 4 days out. I tried contacting them for an earlier appointment no answer, no return phone call. I called whirlpool back and they couldn’t get them to answer either. Finally the day of the appointment, I decide to text. They actually replied to that! They showed up at 4 that day. Took my fridge apart and stayed the evap coil had a hole in it. They put it back together and as they were walking out the door they stated they were gonna call whirlpool to see if it was covered. I said ok when will we know? now, tomorrow? They said maybe by the end of the week, they take awhile. Mind you, that was Monday. I’m upset because I know whirlpool told me it was covered and they had told tnt that. I called whirlpool and they said no! That’s not right! We told them you are fully covered and they should’ve fixed it today! So now I have another repair company coming today! This company is unprofessional and needs to be out of business! If I could give 0 stars or negative stars, I would!!!!

So I have the company come out to investigate what was going on with my dishwasher under the extended warranty program with Lowe’s.There were two findings. One was that I had ball bearings that had fallen out of the top drawer and ended up in the bottom of the washer which could have caused the pump to go out. The KitchenAid unit is known for having this issue in the past. But instead of telling the Lowe’s extended warranty people that I had this problem they decided to blame it on me. They said that I have used too much liquid dishwashing soap. I’m sorry but how do use too much dishwashing soap when there is a drawer that opens up and you fill it with dishwashing soap and close it before you start the dishwasher.So obviously the extended warranty group decided they were not going cover the dishwasher because of the service people that came out and said it was all my fault. Please do not use these people for any extended warranty issues and also don’t even go there to purchase new products as they are not out to protect the consumer they were only out for their own interest!

They came once to my home and were rude and treated me lke a fool. What they supposedly repaired did not work properly when they left. I called for service again; they were scheduled to come twice under Lowes Service Advantage and never came, never called. The third time They were scheduled they refused to come, blaming my problem on my household operating systems. It took another appliance repair service 10 minutes to diagnose and fix my problem. TNT apparently needs education in how to do their job more efficiently and professionally. I will never allow them in my house again, and would not recommend them to anyone. Lowes should be ashamed for being associated with them.

Terrible service; I scheduled days in advance, had to call them to confirm the day before. The company confirmed my appt at 2 pm the day before and told me to be at my home from 8 am - 5 pm. After waiting until 3 pm, I find out the appointment was cancelled and the company never called me. I wasted an entire day waiting for service that was confirmed hours before the call and didnt even receive a call to let me know that it was cancelled.

They came out for a Lowes service and I was so insulted. We purchased a floor model that apparently had been damaged, and accused us of breaking the unit which we did not do. The service technician said he was wiping his hands clean as he wouldnt get paid, JUMPED over the top of my dryer, and literally ran out the door. I understand you may not be able to service the unit for concerns you will not be reimbursed, but have a bit of courtesy with the customer. Completely unprofessional. Dont waste your time.

My Whirlpool wall oven was under warranty, and Whirlpool gave the repair work to this company. When they arrived, they had not been told it was warranty work. They complained about the low amount that Whirlpool pays them for warranty work. They determined that the oven needed a part that they were going to have to order. About a week passed and they texted me on a Friday and said that the part was in and they could do the repair the following Wed or Thurs morning or afternoon. I said that it was up to them, so they selected Wednesday morning from 9 to 12. Around 8:00 am on that Wednesday, they texted me and said that had other jobs to do and wanted me to reschedule for 2 days later. So, they had obviously made other appointments after our appointment was made and now they wanted to bump me for the other appointments, probably non-warranty work. I called them and said that I wanted them to keep the appointment. They said that they would try to. They didnt show and didnt call. Then there were 4 more working days were I called them and left messages and I texted. They didnt respond to any of that. This is not an honest, professional way to do business. I called Whirlpool back and they scheduled someone else. Even if you have non-warranty work so that they can get a big fat payday, I would not use this company. If they are unprofessional in one way, they probably are in other ways as well. UPDATE: Whirlpool sent a different repair person who determined in short order that the oven was not receiving the proper voltage and it turned out to be a problem at the breaker box, not the oven. Therefore, TNT missed this fundamental issue and diagnosed it as needing an expensive replacement part. Dont allow these people into your home.

So apparently if you miss the call/text from tech they don’t show up. If I were to do that for ge company I work for I’d get fired. Called in roughly 5 min after missing the call and the woman that answered the phone was horribly rude and didn’t seem to care one way or the other about their customers. Inexcusable!! The insurance constant that uses these people will get a complaint as well.

Came out said Whirlpool striped the screws when they put them in at Manufacture and would order new hinge and be back on Wednesday. I never heard from them so I left 2 messages finally got a txt and it said they wasent gona fix it due to unintentional neglect at store or delivery. It wasent the guys fault who came out to look at it the fault is with the so called company. I wouldent call them ever for anything. If Lowes recommends them to you tell them no way you allready know how worthless they are.

Lowes made an appointment for a repair on my grand-parents refrigerator, they was suppose to show between 8-12 on July 9 2014. They did not show up, they finally called back after several calls to them after a few hours, they said they had rejected the work order from Lowes. I guess my question is why couldnt someone have made a simple call to my grand-parents instead of saying it was Lowes responsibility to do so...in my opinion they both dropped the ball here!To say weather they do good work or not, I cant say, but as far as call backs, you need to be determined to get ahold of them when doing business with them.
