I wasted time and gasoline to the fact that LOWES does not keep all branches of their business open on the weekends. (Call ahead and make sure the tool rental, paint mixer, lumber yard, ext...are open on weekends, I drove a friend here and they were upset and dissatisfied with the current policy for customer service PAY OPTIONS on the weekend!!) I would specify if I was sure of the transaction name...but it seems he would normally be able to use phone bill payment for his work supplies and never knew they dont offer it on the weekends?!!Also another critique, I noticed a young fellow using the leaf blower at the yard and home garden area...he was blowing trash and leaves towards the walking customers COMING into the Lowes garden center!! (Obviously he was instructed to do this... poorly managed employees!) There was plenty of carts crates and trash out in the parking lot at 4:30 p.m. I cant believe they allowed customers to be greeted with dust and blown trash.

As Ive stated before, I wish all my post could be 5 stars! However, I went to Lowes to get a toilet auger (hope I spelled it right) These devices, can be used to help unstop your toilet and work really well. It took me a minute to learn how to use it. I looked it up on YouTube.Anyway, I found it on line and the price was great, about 10/11.00. much better than a snake.The website told me exactly where to find it in the store and how much it cost.I was frustrated and determined, after leaving Walmart empty-handed.I was thinking, Im going to go right to thisIsle /bay and get what I need.The online reviews were so good for this product, thats why I wanted to try it.Needless to say, it wasnt there; and I just wish, when they say they have something. They actually have it. I ended up going to three stores that day, and finally found it at Home Depot. But I called first. So this is why I couldnt give 5 stars.

The manager Kim and Ayesha, who I believe was the customer service manager was very helpful, accommodating, and kind with assisting us with purchasing an outdoor patio set. Both of them helped with loading the large items on our truck. This is actually the first time I felt valued as a customer at Lowe’s, and I’m there at least twice a week. These two ladies delivered 5 star service.

I ordered some cabinets online to be delivered to the Conyers store. I explained 10 different times that the merchandise that was given to me was not mine and I needed to return it and pick up mine. The Supervisor (upon request), Maria, said she would check to see if my missing cabinet was there. It wasnt, but her compassion and concern went above and beyond to help and satisfy me as a customer!MARIA BATES YOU ROCK!!!

Not many people around to help find things. I also waited in line a long time. There were two people in front of me. The first person was taking a long time so the cashier on the other side had the person directly in front of me to come to the her line line. I thought she was then going to help both lines move along but she stopped helping our line. I waited patiently but really didnt like that the same courtesy was not extended to the rest of us.

I requested to speak with a manager after waiting in the store for 3 hours. They could not locate a part of a order I placed on line. I was there a total of 41/5 hours. A manager was called 7 times. No manager ever showed up. As a retired manager from Costco I feel this is poor way to do business.

Went to pick up some sod but ran into a worker named Becky who worked in the garden center and she was especially rude. Gave us an attitude for parking by the sod instead of asking politely if we could move. Then as we waited to show her our receipt so we could start loading the sod she went on the help others who pulled up after us. Finally she asked us if we needed help with a rude attitude and we made sure she saw our receipt. She told us she didnt need to see it and just walked away. I get that she was alone and her helper was just sitting inside, but that is no reason to be as rude as she was. Its not just her either, we are constantly passed over when we need help. We dont shop here unless we already know where to find things.

The customer service with outdoor needs improvement. Some associates are there to work, others are walking around hiding to avoid work or looking at their phones. I bought a BBQ grill and the associates who helped me may have been having a bad day but, you get over it when you are at work. I had to go get them to help me after they watched me pull up in front of the store. Then were very slothful and dragging like they didn’t want to assist me. Didn’t want to close my hatchback. Bad look Lowe’s.

This is a clean, organized and well stocked Lowe’s store. The staff here are friendly, efficient and very professional. This Lowe’s store carries Homestead Hummingbird nectar, which is one of the few that doesn’t add red dye. Studies have shown red dye to be harmful to their diet. So if you’re not making your own this is the next best thing.

This location is convenient to my home. I normally can pop in & pop out. I went to purchase my annual black mulch which was on sale 5 for $10. Two cashiers in the garden center both lines were down the aisle. OMG. Its that time of the year. Speedy checkout was not an option. The young men at the loading dock (Jay) was very friendly got me in & out even though there was a line there as well.

Im not sure if its the specific location that is to blame for this but we had an appliance delivery fulfilled buy LOWES OF CONYERS, GA. That was never completed. Delivery staff simply left the item in our garage and said they would be back to complete installation after getting something they left at a previous site. They never came back and we are still trying to coordinate a time to compete installation . . . So yea . . . Ill never be doing business with this location again . . .

Treating customers like criminals seems counterintuitive to long term business success. I generally use my reviews to champion companies, managers and employees who do an amazing job regarding customer service. Demanding a customer paying with a debit card and a mask on to show his or her ID sends that customer out the door with a sour taste in his or her mouth. It also guarantees my future purchases will take place elsewhere.Lowes stock price is up (+0.55). But just barely. Even in a pandemic where everyone is at home full time. I imagine better customer service might show a solid return on investment. Especially because kindness is free.We vote with our $ and give great feedback on things that can be improved upon via our reviews.

Dont bother trying to have them install anything. We bought a dishwasher from Lowes Conyers. They told us it would be installed on either Friday or the following Monday. That was 4 weeks ago. The dishwasher is still sitting in the store with our name on it, but they cant get in contact with the installer. My wife has been to the store 3 times and no one knows anything. Even Lowes employees will acknowledge that installation is a joke and theyve never actually talked to the iinstallers.

Let’s start with the good:- They have nicer decor items that provide a great aesthetic to any home- The store is well lit- They always have lumber you may be looking for- Polite staffThe Bad:- Items listed online may not actually be available or in the location listed- While staff is polite it’s not enough to man the lines so there’s typically a wait & you have to use self checkoutOverall, it’s a nice store but you’re better off going to Home Depot unless you know they have what your looking for & are able to go during low volume hrs.

This location has the worst phone customer service in the world. Ive never seen anything like this. Ive been in the store several times for a door install and the doors came and were installed wonderfully but going in to find someone at the door section you wait more than 20 minutes. I purchased the washer and dryer online because I didnt want to go into the store and that did go great. But now Im wanting to buy a dishwasher. I had to have the lowes install team come and do measurements. They did measurements and said someone from this store will contact me once they send my measurements over. The lowes install team took the measurements about the 18th of March, one month passed, two months past, no call from lowes. My dishwasher is not the STANDARD SIZE like all dishwasher sale people say when you go there. So I requested for them to give me measurements and calll me instead of me coming in to get whats recommended and then I can decide and order from lowes. I emailed Lowes installation, they said they would contact the store and the store will contact me. I called store, phone rings and rings and rings, I get routed and routed and routed. For two months I have been calling this location and no one in Appliances ever answers the phone. Today I called again. Selected Appliances, it rang and rang for an hour, then someone came on the phone routed me back to appliances 6 times. I then asked for a manager and the phone rang and rang and rang. And no one ever came to the phone after another day spending an hour on the phone trying to reach someone at this lowes. They almost had a 5 star track record with me but for me paying for installation measurements and no one calling me back, not even a courtesy. Horrible. The installation team even said they will transfer this over to the District Manager and STILL NO RESOLUTION. I need to order a dishwasher, I already paid for measurements, the measurements were sent and NO ONE HAS the courtesy to answer the phone, call, nor email so I can buy a dishwasher Ive been waiting to get since March.

I purchased a new husqvarna zero turn mower online. This would’ve been my third mower purchased online from Lowe’s. When the mower arrived, it came with no paperwork, warranty info, owners manual, etc. no gas. Dead battery. No spare key. No attachment for the deck to be cleaned. Once I charged the battery, put gas in the mower and started it, the lawnmower runtime indicated that the mower already had 36.9 hours on it. That’s a whole summer of cutting my property. The mower is supposed to have an oil change at 10 hours. I realized I was sold a used mower, so I immediately turned the mower off and contacted Lowe’s. When I called to have the mower picked up, I was told that I would not be refunded until I drove to the store. I don’t have time to drive to the store; that’s why I ordered the mower online. I want Lowe’s to undo everything they did and return my money. I will not purchase mowers from Lowe’s in the future or other expensive items from the online. I pass tractor supply and Home Depot to buy items from Lowe’s. I don’t think I will use Lowe’s anymore. I would like for the person who tried to sell me a used mower to be held accountable.

They usually have a good sale on a variety of items like lawn mowers and other lawn care equipment, which makes shopping for big items like that a little less terrifying. The Lowes Home Improvement Store at Hwy 138 in Conyers, Georgia needs improved management. This is the second time that I have visited the store in a month to purchase garden products in the garden shop. The lines are very very long, only one cashier, and once you purchase your heavy garden items there is no one available to load your vehicle. You have long wait times and you have to keep asking for help.Sad part is there are a lot of senior citizens waiting to check out in the hot sun. I personally went to find a manager, no where to be located, but the worse part of the experience is that there were a lot of younger associates just walking around inside the store, personal phone in hand, doing nothing and appearing to be hiding from work. One employee tried paging 4 times for someone to assist me and after waiting for 39 minutes, I went to the front and told the person behind the counter my experience and that I would not be purchasing our bathtub from their location due to such awful customer service. The employees at this location is not very helpful and sometimes can be borderline rude. On one occasion I spent hours in there just trying to get help on what I needed to repair a wall. The guy was in the middle of helping us then he left and went on a lunch break. The lady who replaced him had absolutely no knowledge on what I was inquiring about. When I tried to show her the part I needed she insisted that they didn’t have it (which I went and found on my own). If this Lowe’s was not close to me, I would not go. Sometimes I go the extra miles to Home Depot just to get the better service. However, they do tend to have the products that I need.

The Lowes in Conyers, GA needs to tighten up on their customer service skills. I waited over am hour to speak with a manager. When the manager finally came out to help me he stated he needed to make a phone call to resolve my issues. Apparently the call took an additional 30 mintues. The Lowes store in Conyers, Georgia is the worst place to go for appliances and customer service. I purchased a dishwasher and washing machine on Thursday and was scheduled for delivery of IN STOCK (I was told by their salesman) appliances on the next Saturday. I was notified on Saturday morning that I was NOT going to get my delivery because they did not have the appliances that I had ordered and paid for. I was rescheduled for a week later on the next Saturday. SURPRISE...NO delivery and I was rescheduled for the next Wednesday and then rescheduled for the 4th time to Monday. At this point I canceled my order with Lowes and purchased my appliances from Southeastern Appliances in Covington, Georgia. I was able to purchase, pick up my appliances and have them installed in a couple of hours.

Nothing like calling the store five days in a row, at different times each day, to multiple departments each time, only to be shuffled around and put on hold IF you can even get someone to pick up the phone. Or, you specifically say to the customer service rep, dont transfer me to that department because they havent been picking up the phone, and they put you on hold for a few minutes before transferring you anyway. Then, when the department youve been trying to contact finally does pick up, its to literally pick up the phone and then drop it back down and hang up on you. Very unprofessional. She was extremely kind and helpful in finding what I needed and wanted to to get me a flat trolley to place the grill,in box, on. She had to search the whole store and parking lot until she found one and brought it back. Not many places have employees like Ms. Ellawrence. Give this lady a promotion.

This particular store I dont have any ill will towards. It was a ghost town that was nice. My ill-will goes to towards the corporation of Lowes. Its deep-seated too much to get into why hate them so bad and I will spend more money at Home Depot given the same convenience in locations.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order online and scheduled a delivery date, confirmed the date and time of delivery and order never showed. No notice from the store about delayed delivery. Been calling every day for the last 2 weeks to gets some answers and Iv spent 3 hours per day on hold or listening to the phone ring endlessly. Piss poor service.

I have shopped here for both personal and work related material/supply. I have had problems with major purchases. To begin with, I’ll say it is currently impossible to get someone on the phone.An order was placed for a freezer. We tried for days to get someone to pick up to tell us if it was delivered. Finally, my mother-in-law went at 7am to check. It was confirmed to be in store, and would be available for pick up that day or the next. I waited until the next day to go and arrived at 5 o’clock it was confirmed in store but none of the staff could find it. Almost 2 hours later, the assistant store manager E substituted a different freezer of better quality and I left for home. I have now gotten the freezer home and it is damaged.I am not looking forward to what I assume will be several hours more of effort to exchange this freezer. Not looking forward to the wait time for it to be delivered or it being lost in the store somewhere. I am overall, not looking forward to any more interaction at the Conyers lowes.I want to say E was extremely helpful, but my overall experience here has been repeatedly poor to the point I will be taking my business to Home Depot and the Lowes in Loganville.UPDATE: The situation has been resolved and everything is fine now. I did have to wait quite a long time for a resolution but am absolutely satisfied and appreciate the management at Lowes in Conyers.

Nikki in customers service is the best. She was taking care of me and training at the same time. Great leader! Jocelyn looked new, sounded new, and was a little slow cause Lowes hires special needs. But Nikki was very patient and caring. Lowes is great.

If you have ever visited this location and find yourself in need of going back, you are already filled with a sense of dread. Well today’s visit mirrored every previous visit. The level of contempt that the employees direct at customers is absolutely disturbing. If you are looking for customer service, shop elsewhere. I felt like I wasn’t wanted here. I’ll drive to Madison next time.
