I will never rent anything from this company again. I rented a 24foot ladder on Saturday for a day, I completed my work around the house early and brought the ladder back near 2:00pm not knowing that they’re closed by 12:30 pm.So I was contracted to have it back Monday by 0915pm but I work from 6am til 2pm on the other side of Atlanta. I called at 08am and explained to the young lady that I would have it back after work, but she went straight into they’re gonna charge me for an extra day, which is crazy but legally I understand it’s a business.But I’m a loyal customer and this company would rather charge me a extra Day and lose my business along with every one that I know just for $33.00 dollars. They can keep the money if they need it that much, NEVER AGAIN!

Great customer service. I was going to give 4 stars since one of the items I rented had missing balls to the game. However, they refunded the money. If you have a Saturday rental they let you pick it up on friday and return on Monday before closing. I have rented chairs, tables, games, and bounce houses from them. I find their prices are quite reasonable. I will continue to rent from them in the future.

I have rented from this company for years but have always questioned there interactions with customers. Today I experienced an encounter myself. Very rude, talking over us and threatened to call the police. Im not a rude or mean person. For someone threatening to call the police was uncalled for. It made me feel some kind of way especially with all thats happening in todays world. I will never go there again. I was appauled and saddened. In all my life no one has never threatened to call the police on me. :-(

Fast and good service

Dont rent from them. They are very inconsiderable. I call and spoke with staff on Wednesday to rent 12 chairs. The price was $1.60 per chair and you can pay when you pick up however, I was told its a $20.00 deposit was required. I was not told if you dont pick up on the day of you scheduling that the deposit would be forfeited. I was scheduled to pick up on Friday however, upon arrival at 5:12pm the lights were out and they were closed. I was getting married the next day, Saturday which meant that I was unable to pick up. On Monday morning I contacted the Office for my refund and the manager was rude and said my refund would be forfeited. I did not sign any papers nor did I agree to this with anyone. This company did not even call or email me the day of pick up as a reminder. I do not recommend anyone to order from them and I asked can my deposit be switch to a another day for something else , he quickly refused . My sister is an attorney and I will be consulting counsel for this. Its not about the money but about the principal. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

They helped us alot at short notice

I had to rent 1 tablecloth last minute for a festival. It was quick and easy to rent it and return it. Thankfully they had a good selection of colors and sizes. What we received looked great and worked for our event. I will certainly keep them in mind for future renting needs.

I rented tents for my sons wedding here. The men who set up & broke dwn were great. The tents were beautiful & very sturdy. The sales lady who I rented from was super helpful.The one suggestion for the client, is to ask about the deposit policy & how they pick up.--- Express whether u want to b on site or not. Also a tip clients should know is no checks accepted, only cash or card.

I have used the several times, recently rented a generator that i needed for a bounce house rental. The unit looks very old when it was picked up but it worked. Set the generator for a paid event and halfway through the event and the staff called and stated the generator was leaking gas and it shut off. Had to return my paid event money back because they couldnt use the bounce houses. Returned the leaking generator and the staff blamed me and said I must have did something to it. They only gave half the money back and didnt even say sorry. Poor customer service.

Extremely unhappy with their customer service. Rented a wood chipper that didnt work. We had a Tree removal company onsite so it wasnt a case of not knowing how to use it. When returned, my wife was treated very poorly (people always trying to go cheap...should have rented a bigger one AND its really busy, we dont have time for this). I tend to think that if youre too busy to treat your customers with respect, you wont be busy for long. Ill go to Sunbelt or Ready-Rent-All next time.
