Shayna Phillips is the absolute best! I was unaware my policy needed attention and when I called in she got me taken care of in no time!!!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I got it taken care of so that I was able to get an updated sticker for my vehicle. We did everything over the phone in less than 15 mins. I started my insurance policy at this company with Justin Hightower roughly 2 years ago and from my very first encounter with him he was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to speak with. He always goes above and beyond to help me with what I may need but makes it seem effortless. I’ve had the opportunity to switch to other companies and being honest I stay with acceptance bc good customer service (that’s consistent) is extremely hard to find and Justin has provided me with that each time. I know most companies do not reward or recognize their employees as they should. I’m not sure if acceptance is one of those companies or not, but somebody needs to give this man his flowers while he’s still around. Thanks Justin you’re the bomb!

Two words: >> Mario GressyI and my husband added on an additional policy. It was another savings we could use in the policy we were looking for. We were offered to merge the two policies as one in order to save additional money. Of course we jumped right on it.What we discovered was that in the merging process, the original policy remain active and wasnt canceled. I called my local office and spoke to Mario Gressy. This young man was professional and worked immediately to solve our issue. He communicate to his peers then called back saying our situation was addressed and resolved.. in the same day; And the company was willing to see to it we would be reimburse. We are happily waiting for the reimbursement. :)This is the kind of service I experienced, and you would want to experience too.
