I love everything about Velox except that you can not reach anyone after 3pm on the weekends. If buying a new car you can’t get any insurance until Monday morning.

The WORST customer service EVER. renewing a policy took me 2 days. no notice that your policy is about to expire. Took my payment without even telling me the policy expired. To get it renewed had to call 19 times after being transferred . I run a business... IF I DID BUSINESS LIKE THAT MY DOORS WOULD BE CLOSED!!!
