I cannot express how grateful I am to Premiere Heating and Air and Kyle and Jabryll for getting me some air working in my home after having so much difficulty with other companies. They did not give up on getting me a system in to get me cool until my replacement system was installed. Absolutely professional and so kind. They were exceptional! Great appreciation to Avery and Bryan as well. I’ve never had this type of care and service as I can recall from a company. They went above and beyond to help me and my family get cool again from 93 degree heat in July! I could go on and on but simply Superb.

This is long overdue, I used Premier Heating and Air to install a new AC and heating system in February. The representative Wendall came out immediately and did a great job explaining everything about their products. He was upfront on prices and with hidden or extra fees. The installations guys Michael and Jesse were great too! They were very nice and polite. I saw them working hard and diligently. I really shopped around before choosing Premier Conyers. I had five estimates. Im so happy that I chose to use Premier. I would use them again and highly recommend them!!

Now usually I dont do this, but Michael and Jesse were so great that I just HAVE TO leave a review.! They installed my new AC and Furnace in just a few hours. I told them I work from home and they were extremely courteous of that. I was even able to take a nap on my lunch break with no disruption. They were funny and professional and my house feels amazingly cool now. At 6 months pregnant, they have me in a tropical winter wonderland. Im so grateful for their hard work. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

We had an issue with our heating and air unit. I have tried contacting other heating and air companies in the past. The other companies didnt meet my expectations. Ex: I was told I needed a new unit. I wouldnt be able to find the freon I needed for my unit. Also, I was told my thermostat needed to be replaced.Blake and Kyle came to my residential area from Premier Heating and Air, and checked out my unit. They knew what my issues were and got it right the first time. The job they performed was beyond my expectation. FYI I didnt need a new unit nor a thermostat. And they supplied me with my freon. Other heating and air Technician can benefit significantly from Blake and Kyle. Superior service and very friendly Technicians.Thumbs up guys. Keep up the good work. :)

Cameron is the best technician Ive seen in hvac in years. He is congenial, humorous, God fearing and has a wealth of knowledge for a gentleman his age. My biggest fear was that I would get a technician running late -out for commission money and that my A/C problem would be expensive to repair, but thanks to the honesty and professionalism of the technician, I am more than relieved. He arrived on time as scheduled, immediately sought out the problem with ease, visually educated me on what was going on and then with my acceptance of the cost he proceeded to fix the problem. It was time for routine maintenance and Kyle was 30 minutes early. He was very nice and done a thorough job checking everything about the a/c and me being a mechanic I asked questions about what he was checking and he explained in detail what he was doing. Hope I get him back the next time. Very satisfied with all the work done by premier.

I called this company and spoke with an operator who took all of my info and said they would call me back to schedule an appointment. They never called me so I called them and they set me up with an appointment the next day. The technician never calls or never shows up. When I call them back they say they have no record of my appointment or any record of me ever calling. Then they tell me they are all booked and cannot schedule me an appointment until the following week. Very unprofessional and I will not do business with them again.

I highly recommend this company for your heating and AC needs. Michael and Jessie were the technicians assigned to my job. I was highly impressed from the start with the professionalism and skills of this team, starting with Avery when he came out for the estimate. They switched my single system over to a zoned system and thanks to them I now have a comfortable basement. Michael kept me updated on what they were doing and when finished explained in laymans terms what was done. Great jobs guys!

This company was so AWESOME. Our upstairs heat went out so we called Premier for a second opinion. The company we normally use was charging an arm and two legs to fix it. I was having trouble with my AC unit and found this company through a Google search. They ended up being amazing! I had a guy named Eric come and do the maintenance and he was super nice and helpful even though my dog wouldn’t leave him alone!
