Junk.... I was sent out to look at a charger... And once I got there it did not look like the pics on the website... No I did not talk to anyone. When I was there I got in my car and left..... No I am not. Customer. But I am family of a customer that sent me...

I had an issue while traveling . My vehicle was towed to this location per Triple AAA. He educated me. Repaired the issue and didn’t try to Break the bank. I have since had my other Vehicle.. My Range Rover serviced here.. again IN AND OUT . Professional Team . I’ve since been telling people to go here !!

I purchased a car from her and I was so surprised with the service I received because she was up front and honest she wasnt all on my neck while Im looking at the car selection she had she also will work with u the best she can with your situation. I never in my life had a car dealer tell me they are going to call me in a few weeks or so to see how the car doing and if Im still satisfied and to set up an appointment for a free oil change!! Yall better come see her and get served I promise u wont be disappointed!!!! I found my forever car dealer finally!!

I drove 2 hrs to buy a 1981 Corvette that seller listed as immaculate and 1 owner. After several conversations I decided to make the trip, was told by Barbara it was her personal car, that her husband and bought it from the mayor of Darlington, SC and that they needed extra cash flow because they had opened up another shop and she said she would drive to Boston where shes from. Well I arrived to find car was anything other than what was advertised including oil dip stick wouldnt fit in dip stick tube and was folded under air breather, multiple electrical connections unplugged, ground wire not attached, a recent shotty paint job with multiple areas of over spray, missing mirror adjustments, dash and or gauge cluster had been removed at sometime and never reinstalled properly, drivers side front bumper and body line miss aligned, etc. I told Barbara that I was gonna pass and that car was nothing like described, guess they thought I was just gonna hand them a ck for 12k and tow it away. This is no way to run a honest business . Im curious to see how they spin this completely honest review with witnesses

Barbara and the rest of the Riverside Auto family went above and beyond getting my truck up and running as well as making sure i got the best deal on a new vehicle! We needed something bigger as my family keeps growing and they got me the best vehicle for it. More than fair down payment and affordable weekly payments, it was a great experience all around. Ten out of ten stars, would definitely go back.

What an Amazing experience purchasing a vehicle...A very quick and professional process, was there for maybe an hour from the test drive til I drove away.Barb took care of everything...all the DMV stuff and even changed my address for me...At the present who wants to mess around at the DMV. The vehicle sold itself after i drove it, I had no doubts what was being sold to me was a solid vehicle that will surely outlast the cost. I was leaving Myrtle beach and my car dropped down to 45 mph I was on the highway and prayed to make it to the next exit. When I reached the exit to my right was Riverside auto I walked into the office with hope and a prayer I had a 3 hour drive home with two babies in the backseat. This family took me in went above and beyond to assist me they were leaving at 2:00 but made sure I was able to drive my vehicle home safely with my two kids I HAVE NEVER ! Had great customer service like this !! I felt like I was one of their children. They gave me all of the information I needed to fix my car when I made it home and told me exactly how to drive my car so I could make it home safely too bad the reviews only stop at 5 stars this was definitely a 100% experience absolutely LOVE THEM !! good honest family I wish they were located in Charlotte North Carolina!!! I made it home safely and they even sent me a message to make sure of it HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Went for oil change. When I got home I lifted my hood and noticed all my fluids were low including engine coolant and power steering fluid. Also my tail light mysteriously has water leaking in now which stood out clearly. The sales woman seemed nice and told me they were making a new customer file for me and the guy was doing an inspection of everything.I looked at my receipt and no details were given about anything with the car other than a note about it needing tires. Nor does it say how much oil you pay for. Every other car place does this and will fill fluids if needed. I call them back and tell them about the light having water built up and both the man and woman who I believe husband and wife shop owners tell me the light was already fogged over with condensation. I also mentioned the fluid levels being off and at this point decided to drive back to the shop so they could refill. She tells me that they dont check fluids when they do an oil change. I walked out immediately went to another shop as I wouldnt let the mechanic touch my car again. He came off as very aggressive and arrogant. Rather than offer a solution or to take a look at whats wrong on the car they make remarks together on speakerphone and lie for each other. All their reviews are fake just look at the dates. Worst experience Ive ever had at any car shop.

Man, 2 other shops couldnt figure out why my Blazer Green Bean wasnt working right. Called up Riverside and ask them to look at it while I was out of town for the weekend. They picked my truck up on friday morning and my truck was fixed the next day. Awesome job, quick turn around, and my low price INCLUDED the towing (cheaper than uber). Uncle Petty is a happy man. Definitely going back for any issues I cant tackle, and will refer anyone I like to them lol
