Jerry’s Ford service department is quick, very professional, and reliable. They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I trust them, and I’m pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve said that about a dealership.

They fixed my sierra in late fall of this year. I got back from work in early November and picked up my truck from a relative who had it stored while I was out of state started driving it again and the same parts they had just fixed failed going 35-40mph and I barely missed hitting another car and somehow got it pulled off the road and stopped. The horror story starts when I go to take it to get fixed. My truck had broke down on a main road next to Walmart and been picked up by a tow truck. After it was taken to the dealership I began being told it would not get taken care of because I had been mudding and offroading the truck. A claim they said was told to them by the tow truck driver. I then called the towing company and was told he did not say any such thing and that the dealership was trying to get out of fixing my truck. I got in touch with the owner of the towing service and told him to relay all the transport info to the dealership to clear this up. They then changed their story to I had been in the Walmart parking lot running over cinderblocks. Another story that makes no sense since I had been traveling in the direction of walmart and had not yet reached Walmart when my truck failed. I then got my insurance involved and they got it taken care of with no more cooperation from the dealership then I received. Note the towing company had managed to keep most of the parts of my front end that remained unharmed intact but the guys Crain had pickup and deliver the truck to them broke most of the rest of the front suspension, which I have documented, making the repair even more expensive. Fast forward to Christmas eve I finally got my truck back after a month and a half of them having my truck for a simple front end repair and new rim. I was unable to work that whole time given my truck is my work vehicle with tools i need to do my job. Moral of the story I will be going elsewhere for repairs and only going to them for recall work when needed. Have had similar issues with another crain service department in the past as well. Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with do not recommend their service department in any way shape or form.
