Had a ductless Mini Split Heat Pump installed. They showed up on time and were very Professional. Andrew measured the space and determined the correct size unit for our Lanai. Installers did a great job on the install. We had an issue with our electrical system which they were able to solve by ordering a custom Breaker. . Cleaned everything up after. Priced as quoted with no surprises afterwards. Overall a very good experience to have this unit installed. We highly recommend Conway Air.

Rex Mason was the technician, called to see if he could come earlier which was great. They email you a picture of who will be arriving. Rex did a great job with cleaning and maintenance, took his time, no rush job here. Informed me of recommendations and very knowledgeable and personable. First time using this company and definitely will be a repeat customer. You can pay for a 1 time service or pay for the year and they will set you up for another cleaning 6 months down the road so you dont have to remember they do all of it for you. Very prompt service. Our AC went out and we placed a service call to Conway Air Conditioning after hours. Their technician John called back and let us know he would arrive within 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant. He went to work and diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very professional manner. This was the middle of August & he had to go into a very hot attic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and luckily he was able to have our AC working again quickly. He answered any questions we had and gave us tips on AC maintenance. We appreciated that. Lane, Logan and Tony came out on 7/26 to install our new AC system. Lane was very professional and let me know everything that was being done and approximately how long it would take. Once they were done with the install he came in to check the thermostat and ducts to make sure adequate AC was coming out of them. They cleaned up after themselves and took away the old unit. All I had to do was enjoy the nice cool air. Would recommend Conway AC to anyone.

We switched to Conway heating and Air about 18 months ago. The first inspection was very thorough and professional. They were on time and let me know what they found with the system. They also made some recommendations to help avoid mold in the system. Recently we had a failure of a child in one of our systems. With the heat index above 100 during the day it was a big concern. The coil, due to ongoing COVID delays is out several weeks. They went above and beyond taking the coil out and repairing it to get us cooling back. Again each time they came out they were on time and very professional. I am thankful we switched Conway Air and would highly recommend them. Although all of the service personnel have been great a special thanks to Daniel for his responsiveness and professionalism.

They are always on time and do great work. With my most recent issue they had to order a part to get my unit working. While that was on the way they were able to use a spare part and get my unit working to my house wouldn’t be hot.

Id recommend these guys to everyone. Very Professional, worked roundly schedule and when they couldnt get the system we wanted, they upgraded us to a better unit at no extra charge. Installation was fast, cleaned up after themselves and went over everything before leaving. Even called to check in a couple weeks later. Thats how a business should be ran.

We just moved to Conway 9 weeks ago and had no clue who to call because my AC unit wasn’t getting cold. Rex the technician was absolutely wonderful. He recharged my unit, checking for leaks and spent a good 2 hours here explaining everything he did. I got a service contract and feel very confident with this company. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner went out during a lightning storm. We didn’t realize it until the next day (a Saturday) when the house began to heat up! We called Conway Air and were told they may not be able to get to us until the next day. But Josh called back an hour later and he was 10 minutes away! An hour later and our house was cooling down!! Very responsive. We expected to make an appointment for a future date, but they came out the same day we called! The Technician, Rex Mason, identified the issue, and the office emailed a quote right away. I called a cousin of mine who owns an HVAC company in another state, and he verified that we were given a very reasonable estimate for the repair.Rex Mason returned on another day with the needed part and spent several hours fixing the issue. (It seemed to involve welding in addition to everything else!) William and his crew did an excellent job with the install. Neat and professional all the way. During the install the trim piece at the attic was damaged. Not a big deal but the mark of a good company is their responsiveness to the issue. The repair was scheduled before the crew left for the day. Excellent customer service. Called Conway AC to come and do service on my two units at my house. When Rex came it was discovered that the air handler for one unit was installed in between the rafter beams with no way of servicing the unit. Rex had Andrew come out and assess the issue and came up with a solution to move the air handler to a new platform the way it should have been done originally when it was installed. Will, Johnathan, Chris came out and installed new platform, moved air handler, installed new media filter, Iwave C unit, and had the system back up and running by the afternoon. They did a great job and the whole team at Conway AC is based around customer service. Thanks to Abbie for her help setting this up. Great experience all the way around and would recommend this company before any other company in town. You get what you pay for and this company goes above and beyond.

Want to give a positive shout out to our technician from Conway A/C Daniel Proffitt on our maintenance service today. We had to install a remote T-Stat Sensor and Daniel was extremely patient with me as the whole system had to be registered and synched to work, took almost an hour. He then installed both fan unit and compressor surge protection and finished the annual servicing. A very professional and courteous individual. Would highly recommend Conway A/C as a contractor and HVAC service provider if you want quality performance.

Cliff my service technician called me to verify if I had a media filter before arriving for my appointment of which I did not have one. On his way he pick one up and arrived even earlier than my scheduled time. He performed the maintenance needed and provided the quote for further service coming due in the near future. We had previously used another HVAC contractor, but they constantly constantly up sold additional services from third-party contractors. In reading reviews and upon many positive recommendations from neighbors, we usedConway air conditioning for her initial maintenance in April. I was very happy not only with the service they performed, but with also with the professionalism of their technician (Daniel Proffitt)but also with the professionalism of their office. They reached out the week prior to the appointment to confirm, reached out that morning when the technician was on his way and reached out Subsequent to the appointment to find out if I had any questions or issues.Daniel was very thorough in the work he performed on our HVAC unit and very patiently answered the questions I had for him afterwards.What I especially liked was that he was very honest about the condition of our unit and absolutely did not try to upsell and/ or recommend services that were not needed.Though we’ve only been with them for a short while, from how they have performed so far, I would definitely recommend Conway air conditioning.

Purchased a home in 2017. It came with a Carrier heatpump that was installed in 2013. That gave us hope for a quality heatpump with years of trouble free service. Conway Air-condition have very personable employees, but as for quality work and knowledgeable, my experience has been disappointing. To many phone calls to ask for directions from an experienced tech. 10 year warranty on unit. But it goes to 5yr when ownership changes hands. After the warranty ran out, the indoor blower motor went out and was 800 to 900 dollars to replace. (2019) Got a high pressure alarm recently, now the outdoor unit fan motor has failed. 950 dollars to replace. What has happen to Carrier where they cant guarantee the 10 year product warranty, regardless of owner transfer. As well as I have lost confidence in Conway Air. Sometimes you have to go with your gut feeling, and I dont think I will let them bleed another dime from me. Scheduled to have a different unit installed that maybe we can have confidence in the equipment and a company that we can feel totally trustworthy.

We have been using Conway Air Conditioning for many years and as a previous owner of an HVAC company up in New York I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs. Ryan Griffin was the tech on our spring checkup and maintenance he did a great job letting me know the condition of the equipment and making sure everything is in good working order for the summer season.

Very Excellent Service Experience.15 minute response, Cliff was very knowledgeable, he corrected an installation mistake that the builder made and they didnt charge me for this. The service personnel always use foot coverings inside the home. The repair was completed quickly and the Air conditioning was working withing 20 minute of Cliffs arrival! I had a problem with my heating system, so I called Conway Air (they are the ones that installed it.) Josh, the tech, was at my house within an hour. He was very professional and friendly. Josh was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. When I called Conway Air at 4:00pm, I was not expecting anyone to come out that day but they did! I highly recommend Conway Air.

I have been very happy with Conway Air Conditioning. Why...because they listen. Yesterday July 7, 2020 Rex Mason visited my home for the 6 month AC service maintenance. Because it was our first time meeting, I discussed all my AC concerns and my expectations. Rex checked the AC system thoroughly and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel rush with my questions and concerns. I asked him to take pictures of the unit up in the attic since I dont go up to the attic; so I can see what the unit look like (I believe its called the Handler). He also took pictures of the unit outside (condenser) without me asking as well and explained the service he did to both units. I need to know everything that goes on in my house. I was extremely pleased and impressed with Rex Mason. I like when someone goes above and beyond, it makes you feel more at ease. 5 Stars to Rex Mason.

Josh arrived soon after I called. Since I was a new customer I expected to wait for several days. He found a defective thermostat and replaced it quickly. Conway Air Conditioning installed our heat pumps 5 years ago and has maintained them since they were installed. In May, we started noticing how warm our master bedroom was. We waited until June 3 to call and ask for help. Conway Air Conditioning sent Josh out out and he immediately identified our problem and we finally had relief that very night. Josh came back Thursday to do the scheduled maintenance on the other heat pumps and asked for an up date on the problem from the day before. Josh was professional and provided great service for us.
