Pepsi is the BEST!!She never complains if I want to change the color after she puts it on my nail. She is fast, polite, funny and full of energy! Most of the time I am in and out in an hour! Kudos to that!! ❤️

This salon is absolutely amazing they were able to fit me in right away even though it was close to closing and my nail lady did everything I asked for and she was very sweet, I highly recommend this establishment!!!

Anne is great at waxing eyebrows, I went in for a pedicure I personally will not be going back for anything other than waxing. I had a small issue with the girl the manager was great and fixed it.

I really have to brag on this place a little bit. I was a last minute customer, I came in right before closing time and felt so bad but asked if they would allow me to get my nails and toes done because I had an event the next day. The manager, Pepsi, said yes, come on in. When I got there, I was greeted by everyone with smiling faces,, and Linda is the sweet lady who did my nails. I was then introduced to Annee and the two of them together made my nails and toes look absolutely perfect! I love the color, the shape, all of it! I absolutely recommend coming to Elegant Nails because their customer service and work goes above and beyond! Thanks again ladies. :)Savannah

The atmosphere the salon was awesome! The staff was awesome, very funny, very kind,very friendly, very accommodating to the needs of someone, very helpful. Anyone that goes here will definitely come back again. I know I will. Also did awesome job on my nails!

Annee gave me a deluxe manicure and the massage was fantastic!Lee gave me a deluxe pedicure and he made me feel well taken care of! Excellent massage as well!Theyre all so kind! I was heading to try somewhere else, but the person who answered the phone here was kind and considerate which made all the difference and caused me to choose elegant nails!

I can 100% say I found my new permanent mani/pedi spot!!! I absolutely LOVE the owners and knew I was home within first 30mins of being there! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable! Went there for the first time just checking out a different nail salon, the place I had been going was doing a so so job. Pepsi was very personable she took her time on my nails and i think they look great. The salon was clean and inviting. I will definitely go back again.

Ive been going here for years! Pepsi is my favorite! I love everyone here as they always try and do their best. I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. Ive been getting my eyebrows done here for at least 5 years! But more than likely more.

If i could give no stars i would. I made an appointment today at 2. I went early at 1:45 and they told me to come back at 2 so I went and waited in my car. 2:01 comes around And I walk in and i get seated to pick my nail color , after a minute goes by another lady comes in and has an appointment at the SAME time I do. Even though I had gotten there first, they tended to the other lady first. I waited 35 minutes and still no one tended to me.

Really good customer service. They are really accommodating with disabilities and the work the do is pretty and high quality

They always do a fantastic job. I went the first week of September and here it is the second week of October and I am in dire need of a refill but my nails still look fantastic. One has lifted and is trying to break but that is my fault because I slipped opening my filing cabinet. Going on 6 weeks without a refill and no issues. They are a little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for!

The people are Super Friendly and sweet ! Good and patient with kids. Great great experience

This is the worst nail salon in Conroe. They did my daughters nails twice. Same lady did them both times. She was unhappy with them both times. The reason we went back is because there is a few people there that are amazing. They offered to redo her nails. They are so full of it. The lady that messed up my daughters nails argued with me. It turned heated and she wouldnt even let me speak. She wanted to know why my daughter didnt tell her she was unhappy. Well she wouldnt let me speak did I really expect her to listen to my kid. She then grabbed my arm. I said a few choice words and left. I recommend NO ONE go here. Money down the drain!

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. RUDE, Rude, RUDE entitled mentality. Liers! Bullies! You should check each license with the state because they look copied & pasted. Filthy disgusting nasty environment. Obviously no government inspections being done on this fake salon. I would not stay & listen to how they bully the patrons. I cant believe they are even in business from the filth to the rude bullying patrons.

Went in for a pedicure which I get a lot and have had at several nail salons. Worst experience and service I have ever recieved. The lady flat out lied to me about price I told her I wanted the most expensive pedicure and then shellac polish ( not sure how to spell the shellac stuff) she said $50 so I said great and thought wow thats an awesome price! I was wrong the basically painted my toes and I had asked ahead of time for a design in my big toe on each foot and at end they acted like it was such a big ordeal so I said forget it. After the painting she rubbed some lotion on my legs and massaged if I for maybe 5 minutes. Then that was it she put my shoes on and I started asking why was that it I asked for everything, what about the wax and rocks and massage and she told me when I came in she showed me a box wit new smells to choose from and thats why it was $50. I usually always leave a big tip I only left $5 but I really want to go take it back. She said the polish was $15 and then showed me a price sheet with most expensive pedicure only $32. I paid $50 to have my toes painted and I just feel so upset that she just lies right to my face!! I will never go back to this place again!!

I told the man that I wanted my nails medium length and filed without the sharp points and he didnt do it, my nails look like chicken toes. They dont do a good job and they take forever to mess your nails up.

If you usually get your nails done from a salon that knows what theyre doing.. DONT GO HERE.So disappointed, tried a new place for the first time after trying for 4 months to grow my nails our diligently getting manicures and babying them. I go in to get a dip powder manicure and let her know I was growing out my nails.The lady who did them clipped them ALL to almost flush with my finger tips.To make things worse its been two days and I have TWO nails that havent been chipped to hell or already falling off. All of the other ones look like complete trash. For 45$ I expect my nails to stay on for at least a week and not look disgusting.When I called back to talk to the manager or owner I ended up talking to the woman who did my nails who just brushed me off and offered to fix them or give a new set for no charge(which would have damaged my nails beyond all because I just got them done). I told her I preferred to talk to the manager and she (again) brushed me off and kept saying to call back on Monday.Very very upset and would give 0 stars if I could

Went in last Saturday to get my nails done, THIS PLACE WAS A MESS!! Other peoples Nail clippings all over the workstation, dust from the dremel was caked on the table, in all the tools, and the guy did not even put down a towel or napkin, just worked in the mess and kept putting my hand on the table after I told him I will keep it up. He also kept cutting my cuticles with the dremel, and when I told him that it was hurting, he laughed at me and said that it was going to slow to hurt!!! I HAVE THE CUTS ON 6 OUT OF 10 FINGERS TO PROVE IT!!!!! On top of that, now on Tuesday, 4 of my nails are peeling off, and they look TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!

More like what did I not like about this place!!! They damaged my sisters nail ends completely!!!! She had had long beautiful nails of her own so did I. We went in for manis/pedis and they butchered her nails by buffing them horribly, I wouldnt let them and they got mad at me and told me I had to let them buff them or polish wouldnt last. Well they were right polish never last and my sisters nails were buffed just broke down to the quick. Now my nails broke to little amount I allow to buff. Arrrrrrrgh Im so ANGGRRYYY WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY HAVENT A CLUE ON HOW TO PERFORM A PROPER MANICURE AND OR PEDICURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These nail salons are getting lazy. I go in for a pedi & refill. Three times at different salons have I been put in the pedi chair first & the staff will start my nails from the pedi chair.I do not get to enjoy or get my massage, and if I do, the refill is a crappy job. Then at this salon, they had the audacity to tell me, well you should get pedi first then nails, when THEY were the ones to make that decision.THEN Im forever being asked if Ive been there before. What does it matter????? I get so tired of the service from these type owners who think we are stupid.They try & use used tools on me...ummm nooo & YES I have filed complain nts through the board! Terrible customer service

Worst place of my life they did a horrible nail job and when I tired calling the guy out for it he got mad at me and said it was my fault. Go to any other nails places but here they are rude and dont know how to do nails!!!

My pedicure only lasted 15 minutes and she left nail polish on the skin around my toes and didnt bother cleaning it off.
