Sent very unexperienced crew, couldnt figure out well water vs city water connection, gave up and told us to call someone else.

We discovered a leak in our sprinkler backhoe after the terrible winter storm hit us this past week. We just sold our house and the inspection is being done today . We called before they opened at 7 am this morning. We explained the situation and within 30 minutes they called us back and told us they would have someone out to the house between 9 and 11. Before the inspection which is at noon. Ricky and Marcos came showed up at my house before 10 and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Ricky and Marcos and awesome! This whole company is. Great customer service. They have a customer for life!!

My Sprinker Medic repaired my irrigation system post freeze. They responded to a phone message left over the weekend and repaired my system promptly. They had the parts available, did the work as advertised, and for the price quoted. They are not a giant chain and are truly local (not just a local phone #).They came recommended by a coworker and I would recommend them to others.

These guys really went above and beyond for me today. Returned home after work this morning to find that my overflow/back flow valve was damaged from this extremely cold weather we had been having. On top of that, with my lack of knowledge in regards to our sprinkler system, I had no idea where to start. I contacted the medic and they were at my home within 30 minutes, diagnosed and replaced the valve within another 30 minutes. On top of that, he walked me through my entire system as well as diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue I had with my control box. Beyond pleased with my service. Would recommend and use again.

Today I had a missing sprinkler head replaced and a couple of others on . the same line cleaned. They were on time; worked quickly to make the repair; but also took the time to make sure the rest of the associated heads were working properly. This is the second time I have called on them for service. Both times they have been very professional. They are my go to irrigation company.

I booked an appointment to fix sprinklers, elevate others and add a monthly contract. Two guys showed up and after walking them around to show the items needing attention, they came back 15 minutes later and suggested to do different items. This was perplexing since I was very specific.They clearly didnt listen and one of the gentleman said hes getting sick...and then it started sprinkling. He said they cant work with lightening in the area. I totally agree and asked them to come back the following week. In the 30+ minutes they were at our place, they could have done most of the work versus debating what additional items should be done. I got the distinct impression they didnt want to do the work. It was 4pm on a Friday.The bottom line is they promised to come back and complete the job and NEVER did. I called Ricky and left a message to reschedule a few days later with no return call. Unfortunately this company is totally unprofessional and unreliable.

Rikki (the owner) came to the rescue after our sprinkler system electrical lines were hit by lightening. He came out to our house twice in the evening to meet regarding the repairs that needed to be done and his guys that replaced the system did an excellent job. The prices were fair and the work was excellent, but the thing that made us go with them over others was the customer service (quick response, coming out after house to not have to take off work, and repairs were done quickly).

Excellent! Fast response. Very knowledgeable. Quick and solid repair. He improved our setup so the break won’t happen again. Straightforward, helpful and friendly. We’d highly recommend to anyone. We’re definitely going to use again.

We called them today, a Sunday, at 5pm after we accidentally nicked a sprinkler line doing some yard work. They answered immediately and were so fast and helpful in guiding us to our shut off valve and they’ll be here tomorrow to fix the issue for us. Ricky worked on my sprinkler system today and was super nice and helpful. He was on time and has been very accessible through text. He tested all of the heads and found a couple that needed fixing. I’ve used My Sprinkler Medic twice; once for a backflow preventer valve replacement, and once for sprinkler head replacement. Both times the crews were on time, did their job efficiently, and tested the system to make sure there were no other issues and it was working well. Updated Review: So at this point Ricky has now put in french drains and sprinklers throughout our whole yard. Everything is top notch. Big ticket items like these often leave someone with buyers remorse and a headache to get through...not the case here. We love all the work Ricky has done for us. Quality and timely. Now when we have a crazy downpour, as we often will get in the area, our boys can still go out and play the next day in the backyard because there are no longer pools of water. My wife (who will have a baby any minute now) and I got home today to find our sprinkler system busted a pipe during the freeze. We had a geyser that had been going for who knows how long and standing water all over the back yard. There was no back flow valve and we had no clue if we had a shut off just for the sprinkler system, so we shut off water to the whole house and started calling repair companies. We started feeling hopeless until we got a call back from Ricky. It was late in the day and he still had 2 other house calls, but said he would try to make it by. He did show up and he handled the situation. Very nice guy and based on this experience we wont be using anyone else going forward.

WOW!, These guys really are as good as all these reviews Im reading.I called because my sprinklers werent coming on at all and the neighbors were starting to comment about the lawn.They arrived early (After calling), Diagnosed and resolved the primary problem, then replaced all the broken sprinkler heads and made sure everything was adjusted properly. Justin and Marcos(I think?) were extremely efficient and turned the whole job around in less than a couple of hours from diagnosis to repair.And the cost was very reasonable.I need these guys to start doing AC, Plumbing, Electrical, and appliance repair.Awesome job guys!

Great work ethic by Ricky, he really knows how to to treat a customer right by providing the service that the customer truly needs. He wont try to sell you anything if you dont needed it, so if he knows that your system is good he wont say theres something wrong just to change it. Highly recommended! I had a sprinkler leak that has been on going for over a year. Last year, I called another sprinkler company in the woodlands, they came out, dug a small hole and said No, you dont have a leak, its a drainage issue. So the mud pit in my backyard continued over the past year and I just had a gut feeling. So, I called Sprinkler Medic out and within 30 mins they found the leak. No only did they find the leak, but after fixing it, they went around my yard and checked all my sprinkler heads, replaced a couple, and made sure everything looked good. They even found an entire sprinkler head that was completely under ground and was causing the ground under the grass to wash out and I was losing hundreds of gallons of water because of this. They fixed it without charging an extra dime. Overall great experience. My Sprinkler Medic will be my first and only call for future sprinkler needs.

Just moved in and had no idea about the sprinkler system. All I knew was the control unit was completely bad. The team showed up early, got right to work, fixed broken water line, fixed non-functional spray heads, found all the sprinklers, and replaced 2 broken heads, and replaced the control unit. Reasonable price, courteous, happy customer here.

I used to live in Conroe for 5 yrs and Ricardo took care of my sprinkler system every year. He tuned up the system each season and replaced a few of the broken sprinkler heads. He knows what he is doing and is very familiar with all types of systems. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ricardos service is what customer service should be. I requested if he could come by early before I head out to work. He said he could come by at 6:00am. If that worked for me. What do you know, the guy showed up at 5:55 am. On the agreed date. I really appreciated that. Cause In more than one occasion I had had to take a day off to wait for a service man all day. I texted him about a month later to ask him a question, he called right back and was able to walk me through my issue on FaceTime.
