2 stars for the scheduler being Friendly on the phone. Otherwise I guess they didnt need my business. I asked for a quote for aeration of my lawn. They came by, dropped paperwork for the quote on 6/19. I called them back same day and told the woman on the phone Id like for them to go ahead with the service. She told me their aerator was broken and they were getting it repaired and she would call me as soon as its fixed, likely later in the week. That was a month ago. This has happened to my wife and I several times since moving to the area for different services, I guess thats just the way businesses operate around here.Update - I have chosen to change my review to 4 stars for their effort to address the issue and response after my review, even if it was a month later. I have not received their services, but I do not want to punish a local business during the current situation in our country. Other reviews are positive, so in this case those should probably be the ones to reflect on the company.

If you are considering a lawn application company I would highly recommend Perm-o-Green. Their techs are knowledgeable, they will call and discuss issues, the owner will call and discuss issues, they have informative seasonal documentation, and best of all my lawn is the best looking one on the street - lush, green, and disease and pest free. In 21 years it has never been this green and healthy. It is well work the cost (which is very reasonable) for the end result.This year was the first time in 35 years of home ownership that I decided to try out a lawn chemical service. Previously I had done all of the fertilizing and bug and disease chasing every year, until last year when everything that could go wrong with a lawn happened. All my efforts resulted in a sad looking yard with diseases and weeds I never heard of. I had met the owner at a function and checked them out online - solid company, in business for a long time, local ownership.

Wonderful doing business here, Becky and Emily sure know their stuff! Highly recommend!
