Basic mechanical services, oil change and multi- point, were timely and efficient. However, they were not able to rotate the tires because the lugs had swollen and they did not have a wrench that would fit. I was told I would have to go elsewhere. The tires were purchased there but now you can’t maintain them. Not sure why you can’t get the right wrench. I’m not sure if I might go somewhere where I can get everything done.

I took my truck in twice to find out why the transmission was messing up and Weisner tells us that nothing was wrong. Instead of taking all precautions to make sure to transmission was not messing up by dropping the transmission pan to check the fluid you mechanic tells my husband to bring it back in when it completely goes out.We get stuck with the bill of almost $1,200 because you incompetent mechanics can not check the issue to start with. We were loyal customers to Weisner, buying 7 vehicles from there but we will never recommend not buy another vehicle from Weisner. You are all about the money and not being there for the customer!

My overall experience with the dealership was very good. The salesperson allowed me enough time to test drive, view and consider my options. My only concern is that even though it was not a rushed process, there were still many factors in the background which continued to make the process distasteful for me. I would like to see a step by step breakdown of pricing as I go along. I do not want to go into the finance managers office only to find out that several thousand dollars more have been added to the sticker price. I do not like the fact that dealer ship add-ons were included as I did not want these options. I know that Red Alert is a monitoring system, but it is not one that I would have chosen at all. The price for it, especially since it is only an app, I find to be very overpriced. While it continually monitors, it is still an app. The burden of responsibility still falls on me should the car become stolen and I have to assume all legal responsibilities in order to prosecute those who may have stolen the vehicle. The cost for this service as well as dealership add-ons which were out of my control add up to the same, if not more than the listed sticker price of the car which in turn cancels out any GM incentives or discounts that appear on the vehicle, so the individual is back with the listed sticker price and no real room for negotiations. I feel that the salesperson should be given the same financial tools to sit down with the perspective buyer to list out what possible fees, add-ons, options so that a more realistic price could be determined while still with the salesperson instead of having to wait to go to the sales managers office. I personally avoid extended warranties at all costs at dealerships as they are very, very overpriced. Before arriving at the dealership, I went to my Allstate app and determined that a platinum level extended warranty was almost half the price of the dealership extended warranties offered. While I did not purchase and extended warranty from the dealership, it is just another way, in my opinion, to add on to the sales price.I have always found that the back and forth from the salesperson to the sales manager on the floor to be very shady. If a sales manager is going to be involved in making decisions, then that individual should sit down with the salesperson in front of me so that the process could be transparent and I could see these items listed on a screen in front of me as I went along in the process. Just my own personal opinion!Overall, I have no complaints about the salesperson or the actual signing process and the technology involved in the finance managers office.I am pleased with the car and I hope that Buick lives up to its reputation for quality vehicles.

Wouldnt trust them. Love the car I got. Hate the way It was turned over to me. Bought a car with defective tires, and of course, the dealership takes no responsibility. These defective tires were overinflated when I got it. 50psi!!! This is just one issue. I have others...

I have a 2006 Buick Lucerne that was leaking antifreeze. Brought the vehicle to Wiesner Buick/GMC and Kaitlynn in the service department kindly received the information and set up direct text link to keep me informed as to the status of the vehicle. Thermostat core hoses leaking and air filter needed to be replaced. Work was done promptly in the two day window provided and I am grateful for the service.

I own a 2014 GMC Acadia with about 87k miles.1. Made an appointment for Saturday morning - we had trouble with our second car and were running late. When I called to let the service dept. know, I was informed a tech would not be there until Monday to look at my car. Why would the service center let me make an appointment when someone wouldnt even be there?2. I brought my vehicle in Monday. They came back saying I needed a complete new transmission or to have my current transmission overhauled. Quoted me $6K for this. I had brought my vehicle in for its regular maintenance over the last 7 years and most recently 3 weeks ago for an oil change. Why was my transmission issue just now being addressed? Why was any transmission maintenance not brought up previously? I feel as if my transmission maintenance should be something that is checked each time I bring my vehicle in; otherwise its a very costly fix. I was told this is the owners responsibility.3. We consulted another GMC dealership service center; they said if the vehicle was still running, I would not need a new transmission, but definitely maintenance. This could cost up to $3K (significantly less than what Wiesner quoted). Why such a vast difference? My fear would be if what the second GMC service center said was true, but I chose to have my work done at Wiesner, Id still be charged the initial quote of $6K.This was just a bad experience all around. Ive trusted Wiesner with my maintenance for 7 years with this vehicle and the last 2 years the service has plummeted. Before I owned my Acadia I had a Terrain, which I also only took to Wiesner. Ive been told I need new filters, wipers, even tires (after the tires I had were only 6 months old!) when bringing my car in for oil changes, but never once was I offered any transmission service. We wont be bringing my Acadia back to Wiesner and will find another dealership to work with.

We went and test drove a new 2020 Enclave a couple of weeks ago and informed the salesman of our outstanding payoff on our LaCrosse. He took that information to his manager and a drive out price was reached. After thinking about it, we called to verify that the price was still at that amount---yep, come on down. After being in the deanship for about an hour and filling out paperwork, contacting our bank, contacting our insurance company, salesman returns with bad news: the price was misquoted and would now be between $4,000 and $5,000 more. Seems he and his manager cant communicate. Needless to say, we left. Before signing anything, get your drive out in writing. Very poor customer service!

The people we met and worked with were both professional and very courteous. The part of the experience that I enjoyed the most was the honesty of the pricing. I did not feel like there was a game of cat and mouse with the trade-in and pricing of the vehicle. The first time the information was provided to me, everything seemed in order and both prices were very fair to each party. There were no games of starting high and having to go back and forth for hours to get the deal to a fair state.

Service was conducted promptly, and my car was returned washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. The only issue I ran into was trouble connecting to the complimentary WiFi. Called on a Tuesday was given a appointment at 10:30am for Thursday. Dropped off at 9:30am on my appointment day. As of 3pm on Friday following day had yet even been seen! I never once received a call from advisor of updates even though I left multiple messages. Finally took me coming up there to get update and to only find out had not even been looked at! Why schedule an appointment if doesn’t even get looked at? If you’re service department is aware of being behind then don’t make appointments that know can not keep! This is the second time we have experienced unsatisfied service! Requested my car and took it to Buckalew where the customer service is outstanding! Will never use, buy or recommend Weisner to anyone!

I had never had a problem with weisner before but went in for oil change one day and it was great. However I noticed three days later that the tech failed to put my oil cap back on. As I was getting ready to go back to wiesner I found the oil cap sitting under the hood. I posted a review just because I wanted to make them aware of the issue. I did not ask for anything except that they speak to the tech and make him aware of his mistake. That same day I received a phone call from service manager Al Gomez. Al went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much Al. I will continue my having regular maintenance and repairs done through wiesner. The entire team is great.

Purchased a brand new GMC Denali in 2018. We just hit 40k miles and our tires are balled. Our tires are rated for 70k. Your dealership wouldnt do anything for us and didnt honor the warranty. Not only that, our AC went out (again only 40k miles on our $70,000 vehicle) and your dealership wanted to charge us $1,800 to fix the issue. We declined and your dealership charged us $100 for diagnostics (ridiculous). We contacted a local mechanic who we have a good rapport with who apologized profusely that it was going to cost $800...$1,000 less than your dealership.Youre doing a great job at losing customer loyalty.

An amazing sales person and a very nice end to finally buying the car we have wanted for a while. The process of signing the paper work was extremely stress free and surprisingly enjoyable and easy to understand. GMC Recall - Tailpipe Emissions Oxygen Sensor:I was there to have the mentioned service completed. While there the unfriendly environment/customer service was the worse I have ever witnessed during my eight years of having my car, Terrain 2013, purchased and serviced there. These services included and not limited to car purchased, oil changes, tires purchased, etc.After the service on April 27th was completed, my car smelled awful, like waste was deposited in it. I supposed the service was performed; I do not know. I changed my mind about having an oil change yesterday due to the customer service personnel looks. I arrived for my appointment to get the oil changed in my 2014 Sierra 2500hd, the vehicle was purchased as a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. I requested Mobil-1 full synthetic to be used, and presented the coupon for an oil change for Mobil-1 I downloaded from the dealership web site. Upon the completion of the service I noted the service report had on it that Dexos synthetic was used, at the same cost as the Mobil-1. When I questioned the person at the counter about the cost, I was told it was the same as Mobil-1. I know this is not true, as when I printed the coupon earlier that day, there was a coupon for Dexos that was about $11 cheaper. I explained that I would be willing to accept the Dexos for the lower cost or they could give me the Mobil-1 as indicated on the coupon. The response was the cost was the same and they would drain it and replace it with Mobil-1. This seems like an extreme response, to not honor a coupon, admittedly I did not have in my possession at the time. The oil was changed and I was ready to go after 2 hours of waiting. Also still waiting for the spare tire for the truck, that was promised at the time of the vehicle purchase over a year ago. The salesman has not stepped up and kept his promise.

Had a decent buying experience for a new Yukon XL in 2018. Had MANY brake problems with vehicle and had purchased extended warranty, after numerous trips to the shop the only thing they could identify wasn’t covered under the extended warranty supposedly. Traded vehicle at another dealership for a different vehicle and made more than 20 calls to have remainder of extended warranty refunded and no one will return our calls. Will not purchase another vehicle here and we trade Yukon’s every 2 years or so. Would have thought this dealership would have more integrity. Disappointed.

Our service technician, Jeff, was really helpful. No complaints there. We spend a lot of money when we come to have our SUV fixed at Weisner. We used to get the SUV vacuumed out and washed when we would have work done. Now when we get it back, its not washed or vacuumed out. I feel like the work is over priced and that we are not a valued customer. I know its such a minor thing, but it speaks volume for how you value us. It makes me not want to come back.

I need oil change and tires rotate and State Inspection. The state inspection fail, but we had issues with our Battery and the vehicle is not driven very much since the COVID-19.So we were told to drive the car at least 50 miles and maybe all sensors would work.After 4 days of driving car for at least 75 miles, the car pass inspection. The other problem now the steering wheel was vibrating BAD from the tires rotation, so I had them to rotate tires back and the car is driving smooth again.

Needed and oil change (as per the cars readout) and wanted the brakes checked because they were squeaking some mornings. On Monday, April 26, 2021, I called Wiesner Buick GMC and spoke with Mr Zach Green. He was referred to me by my Pastor. We talked and I told him what I was interested in and he went to work for me. He sent me a few pictures of what he had which was a beautiful silver GMC and also told me that he didnt have the Chevy Tahoe on hand. I told him let me think it over and Ill get back with him shortly. I got off the phone and being praying for guidance on this deal. It wasnt a good 20 minutes and I called Mr Zach back and said ok, lets do it. He got everything in order and called me back and said, Come get your truck....its ready. I was so amazed how things went so quickly. So Im getting ready to head his way and he called me and said hold up on coming out because the same time the deal was being made with me, someone else sold it before my deal was done. Mr Zach reassured me that everything will be ok and to give him a moment to find My Deal. It wasnt 24 hours good that he contacted me and said he may have something Id be interested in and to give he a moment to get pictures to send to me. He sent the pictures to my Pastor and she called me and said I think youre going to like this vehicle.... She forward me the pics and it was A RED CHEVY TAHOE!!!I was beside myself and was in tears. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wiesner and each has been a positive experience. Our sales consultant, Grisel, did a nice job of anticipating our needs and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles features. AfterJason Gassman spoke to my husband on the phone becoming aggressive and very hostile, I will never do business with the dealership again. After my husband ended the conservation by disconnecting the line, around 5 minutes later we received a text from the salesperson stating she was very sorry for the way he spoke to him on the phone. That tells me either Jason told the salesperson about the conversation or she overheard it. I will tell everyone I know how impressed I am with my vehicle but to stay away from any dealership that carries the Wiesner name!

My experience began very frustrating and complicated. It ended with a man who had the time to listen to my concerns and understood my frustration. His professional demeanor warmed my heart. Fast and friendly service. Only one issue, I had an email that said I was still under warranty but I was charged $50 to tighten up a couple of loose screws in the overhead console. The console had been loose on my previous, under warranty visit, but was not addressed. Additionally, the mechanic left a tool in my vehicle and I had to return to the dealership to return it. Overall good service.
