My most recent visit to Gullo Ford for an oil change/tire rotation was without incident. I arrived shortly before typical lunch hours so was expecting a lengthy wait as I had no appointment. The initial greeting was polite and quick. After giving my reason for the visit, the attendant verified availability and let me opt out as the wait was 60-90 minutes. I agreed to wait and was out in about an hour. Friendly, efficient cashiers. No frills, but met my expectations.

I appreciated how patient but honest abs transparent he was in helping me get the vehicle I desired. We were able to talk to the technician about any concerns. Amanda was really friendly and helpful with setting my appt., checking me in on arrival and contacting me when it was ready for pick up! Shes an asset to your Service Dept.!There was also a gentleman my husband spoke with when we dropped off the vehicle. My husband arrived a few minutes ahead of me and since Amanda was with another customer, he offered to start the process until Amanda was done! We loved that he was willing to expedite the process rather than us just waiting! I unfortunately dont know his name, but my husband said he was an ex-police officer.The work was done in a timely manner and pick up was seamless. The young ladies at the cashier desk were also friendly and courteous.My only con would be that loaner vehicles are not available. When spending a much as we have on Ford vehicles, a loaner vehicle would be appreciated and appropriate when a brand new King Ranch is brought in for repair.

Garret Skinner has sold me my second car, I had my own financing through capital one and Planet ford sold my car, n they replaced it with something almost 50 dollars more a month. Then option 2 was with Tomball ford who refused to honor capital ones. The price was for 30150, the sales guy Caleb refused to honor the reduced price on their website and refused to use capital one. Additionally he belittled me telling me I was never going to get approved with anyone.Gullo ford did not only Honor the capital one financing but they even got me a lower rate with a different bank. If you are looking for a ford, ask for Garrett. The two times I have gone, I was in and out within a hour and he didnt pull anything under the table. Great guy!

Amanda was so helpful on getting our needs addressed right there. We did have an appointment but the issue went to another level of concerned. She basically took the vehicle and made it possible to get the vehicle looked at. We really appreciate what she and the ford service department did. My experience started with speaking to Sparky Gullo about a repair on my Lincoln and a promise I made to buy my next car from Gullo, based upon his help with the Lincoln. Willie, the service manager was part of this process and was straight forward. honest and compassionate. I made good on my promise to Sparky to buy my next vehicle from Gullo Ford and it could not have gone better. I dealt with the sales manager Lester and salesman Juan and both were exceptional. There was never any pressure, only offers to help in anyway possible.and a genuine sense of caring about getting me the best deal and the best financing. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, talk to these guys before you buy anywhere else. I will always consider Gullo Ford to be my go to dealer in the future. The finance department works very hard to find the best terms and again there is no pressure for a bunch of add ons that most dealers put you through. Gullo has been my go to for years but this time was different. They have always done a good job but this time was personal. I decided to get a Mustang GT and not a truck. I m getting older now and wanted to have the first car I owned when I was 16, a Mustang. The sale and delivery were flawless. 3 weeks after purchase my Mustang was wrecked and 2 months later I was back looking for a replacement. Between Aaron in new car sales and Jeff in finance I purchased a replacement at a honest price so really they should have 2 sets of 5 stars! Service was great! I came in with an urgent issue, and although I didnt have an appointment, David Wachner listened to me and ended up being able to help. He let me know unless someone else canceled the chances were slim they could get to my car. I was ok leaving it with them and just hoping for a chance. Later that afternoon I received word they were able to have a tech look at my car and I was able to pick it up all fixed.I couldnt have made a trip if it wasnt for their help.Great work.

I have only had my Honda Pilot a few days, but I am very pleased with it so far. I want to say I had a very pleasant experience buying this car. The salesman wasn’t pushy, and let me make my own decisions. They worked with me on getting my payments down where I needed them, and I feel like I got a fair price.

Took vehicle for check engine light and to fix recall. Didnt hear from rep so called to check on vehicle said it was all done. He calls back few minutes later says that well the fix is ready but not the recall.they would call me. Still havent heard back its been 2.5 weeks. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere. Just adds to my bad experience years ago out of college and they were saying well you know you have to have credit to buy a car...needless to say I walked out. Do not recommend this place.

Was Very impressed with how easy and quick it was to get car diagnosed and repaired! Was able to get an appointment quik! Had an appointment foe Tuesday morning but I work that day so I brought my car on Monday hoping they could get to it sooner. And thankfully I was able to drop the car Monday and was notified by 245p on Tuesday that my car was repaired and ready for pickup! Also had gone to Planet Ford closer to my home first thing Monday morning at 0600am only to be told they wouldn’t be able to even diagnose the car foe at least a week 🤦‍♀️And then he said who knows could be a week or two weeks! Thank goodness Gullo Ford doesn’t make appointments unless they’re able to get to the car the same day ! VERY IMPRESSED WITH TURN AROUND TIME

Had a service appointment with Gullo Ford of Conroe, and was running late. I called ahead and let them know. I wound up 30 minitues late . I figured they had already canceled my appointment. But they politely went ahead and serviced my truck, and I was done in far less time than expected. They made my day much better and brighter !!

This location is closest to my home, so they have serviced my truck since we moved to the area. They have always taken great care of my truck and they get it back to me so quickly! My wife and I have been looking to replace our vehicles and these guys Definitely are quite the greedy ones going a couple thousand dollars lower then their partners at planet Ford in spring. Cant say much for their inventory pricing but if its anything like their trade in offers I imagine they are ripping you in the wallet there too for what you get

Im very happy with Gullo Ford, and with my new Expedition Max. I was treated very fairly on the price, and I got great service from the salesman and the service department. There was, however, one negative with Ford Motor Company. My left tail light leaked whenever it rained. There was standing water and streaks from the water droplets inside the tail light assembly. Ford refused to fix the problem. Go figure. Gullo Ford recognized this as a real and legitimate issue, and they stepped forward and fixed the problem at their expense. Thank you very much Gullo Ford! The five star rating is for you. Ford Motor Company, you get a one-star.

Went in for routine oil change. Made an appointment 2 days prior. Pulled my F-250 in as scheduled. Service was quick and easy. Every member of the staff that I dealt with was polite and professional.

The negotiation was in the end fair and we felt the deal on trade and new truck price was good. Prep time took longer than expected due to less people working due to rain forecast. Truck was clean and we had a good lesson on the features.Sales manager worked with us on the deal and was friendly and professional.Finance manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.I did not receive the Ford reward points I earned for the purchase. I was lied too about my fuel filters and air cleaner needing changing. Was told that upon fords inspection they were old and needed changing. I told them it was not possible because the engine, air cleaner, and fuel filter were all brand new because I had a brand new complete crate engine 6.7 powerstroke installed by ford less than 7000miles ago. I was then told it was just an inspection mistake. When my truck came out I checked under the hood to notice heavy dust still all over the engine and no fingerprints on the air cleaner or fuel filters. (Aka they were never inspected) when I proceeded to check them myself with clean hands you could clearly see where I had touched them because of dust removal. I closed the hood and went to pay and realized they had not put the correct motor oil in the truck. I was told this was standard for 10w-30 to be put in the truck (which Im sure it is for them) but I had specifically asked for 5w-40 diesel full synthetic. They took my truck back and I had to wait another hour for the correct oil to be installed. When the truck came back out the second time I checked the oil right in the service lane and it was well overfilled by about 2 quarts. Anyone who has ever overfilled and engine knows its a pain in the butt to remove oil from an overfilled engine. I will not be returning for subsequent oil changes or maintenance.

I once used Gullo Ford for company Fleet Service through a prior job circa 2012-2014. I remembered the excellent service provided and now found myself in the market to purchase a new F-150. Made the 50 minute trip from Cypress area and walked on the lot. As soon as I walked up to the line of trucks, I was greeted by salesman Hector Cabrera. He was courteous, respectful, and very helpful in my search. Within a half hour, we narrowed the search to an in-stock vehicle that met my needs. It was a very positive experience and I am thrilled with the truck I purchased! I highly recommend that you use this dealer! (as a side note... I brought my Ford Transit in for service and they still do an excellent job in the service department)

On the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle he wasnt supposed to be there but showed up to ensure it was a smooth transfer.I shortened a star just for the fact that the price laid out wasnt really negotiable (but was better than other places I visited).

Gullo sold us a new truck knowing there was a windshield recall, but did not tell us that. It took us a while to get it in because we could not go without a car. When we scheduled to bring it in to collision center to replace it, there was a very small ding in windshield (that had been reoaired). We were told windshield shattered when removed so it would not be covered under recall😡 I asked for photos or proof and they said they threw the windshield away. I believe they are a bunch of crooks just out to make a buck. The windshield should have been replaced before we bought the truck! That small ding would not have caused the windshield to shatter.We will NEVER buy another truck there or use their collision center again.

The experience was nice. The salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The financing portion was backed up and we were there quite late.

Juan was very helpful & informative from beginning to end. They had to keep my car longer than expected but the courtesy rental was amazing. The salesperson found me a great truck at a time when there arent many available. I believe it was the only one on the lot that was still available. The main reason i like Gullo is they didnt put loads of aftermarket extras on the truck, just some wheel locks. Which made the process of buying the truck simple, but time consuming, but every dealership is that way

Overall experience was great! Went way quicker than expected, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Austin was great, and any questions we had he responded to quickly. Appreciated everyone’s help.

Started with a 5 star because the sells team was outstanding, till 2 weeks later when they called asking for my credit card. Saying I owe $430 for my payoff on a trade in without showing documentation. I said I will pay my bank if the is true. The the finance officer told me a can not? Bogas as if I pay Ford, and then if there is an over payment Gullo Ford gets the money instead of me... I asked why are they calling me on day 13 when the contract said it was a good 10 day pay off. I also asked why did they not call my bank to get the payoff. I gave all the information that was needed. They know that interest accrues daily but rolled with a screen shot from my phone that gave a balance but also said this is not the payoff. I felt like I was talking to a very small dealership (very small!) they treated me like this happens all the time... then I reminded them I’m on my 12th vehicle and this is not my first rodeo but this is the first time a dealer called and asked me for my credit card or to drive 60mi to make a payment that had no documentation for.
