I cannot say enough good things about Chrissy. When the online service booked the wrong size space for me, she was there to quickly and professionally transfer me over to a larger unit. She is super friendly without being fake. She fixed me up without any fuss and made me feel comfortable. She has earned a customer for life and Public Storage is very lucky to have her. These units were very clean and were adequately large. We needed two units which the manager provided. We were able to access the units as needed, which was very helpful. When moving in and out, the manager provided very useful dolly’s. The managers were always accommodating. I highly recommend Public Storage of Conroe, Texas.

Easy contactless erental. The lady on the phone took her time to explain how it all works and stuff. Super neat experience to be able to finally rent a unit from my phone like you can pretty much everything else. Although some basic instructions on where my unit is located and not just the number would be great. Kinda had to wander around to find it. Other than that so far so good.

This was my first.time to visit here. My wife had secured the storage locker. It was Easy Access and Exit. The Buildings were Well Marked and the Outside Lighting seemed ok. It would have been nice for the Wording on the Doors to the Buildings to be a little larger, and maybe a reflective color, for better visibility. Inside the Buildings were Cleam and Well Lit. Even our Unit had a Timer for the Light inside! I was Very Impressed with this Public Storage in Conroe! I Highly Recommend Them!!!

We had just moved into the area and my wife was having a really hard time because of leaving our home in another state after living there for some 58 years. Beth made her feel welcomed to Texas and reassured her that everything was going to be alright and that our belongings were going to be safe there. This lady deserves the very highest kudos that can be given for the loving way she helped my wife. I can’t say enough about the love and kindness that she showed to two people she had never met before.

I have rented a unit from this location for quite a while I recently had to transfer to a different unit and Cheryl and crista were so helpful. Their service is beyond excellent and the transfer to a different unit went so smoothly. They are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions and even helped me save money which of course its always appreciated. I would most definitely highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I was treated kindly, with respect, and they now have a customer for life. If I ever need a service they provide, I will call them FIRST.In todays you are a number society - this was the exact opposite experience. I recommend this place to anyone! Kaylee Dawn was very attentive and helped me and my family find the best unit for our needs. When we arrived she greeted us with a pleasant smile and took us around to show us some unit options. She was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions and my children just adore her! This place is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it this way. After visiting a few other storage facilities I was ready to throw in the towel, but because of the customer service we received and this sweet woman who helped us out, we now feel wonderful about our decision to have our stuff stored here!

Terrible customer service. Taking business elsewhere primarily due to how rude the woman answering the phone is. I was willing to rent a large unit for a long period of time but refuse to deal with someone that talks over you with attitude.

My experience with this location began after the hurricane 2017 that flooded a good portion of Houston including my storage unit. At that time, the agent on duty was awesome and understanding and very helpful (though right now I forget her name). Moving forward to this week, I’m just being able to go through what was salvageable, Mrs. Jackie has been wonderful. Doing this on my own has been difficult but Jackie has been kind to listen to my babble over the overwhelming task as well as having been accommodating. I am ever grateful more than she knows.If you are looking for a storage facility, I have found the people at this location caring and very professional!

When I came in to your facility the other day I was having a really bad frustrating day. The two ladies Beth & Valerie that were there really made my day better.
