I have used this facility several times over the years even when it has changed management a few times. Units are clean and taken care of and I love the gated access. I have to say that the best customer service and helpful employees have come from I storage. Gale and Patricia both are very helpful and sweet ladies. They explain everything well and are always happy and cheerful when I come into the office.

I had some issues with signing the agreement online. I called the store and Gale (I think her name is) helped me finish it up in the store and even showed me my unit a few days before I actually started my reservation. Super friendly and accommodating.

I am currently in the process of moving houses and I decided last minute to get a storage unit. I called customer service to ask about pricing and availability, and Steve was extremely friendly. When I got to the actual location to complete the set up process, the ladies working were even more friendly and very helpful in getting me everything I needed. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and every condition was very well explained. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and a clean nice place to rent out, definitely go here. I was very pleased with how smooth and fast the entire process was. 10/10 would DEFINITELY use this place again 🤗

I was impressed with this storage facility. I was greeted with so much warmth and welcome. Iwas shown several options of unit sizes by a wonderful lady who cared what I needed and made sure I got it. She told me her name but unfortunately, I cant remember with certainty now and I really wish I did. She did an amazing job!I would highly recommend this facility though. I received excellent service and the process was fast. I am very happy to have my belongings there. :) :)

It is well kept, clean, doors open and close with no problems, fence all around is in good condition, its a good place

After 6 years this storage did us wrong!! We went inside to vacate and was Not reminded at that time they needed a written notice but however recorded that we were going to vacate and said all was good. They even gave us copies of our insurance and title they had on file since they knew this they could of reminded us, however it was so they could charge our CC on file for another months rent! They refuse to refund us or cooperate with us. This is very unprofessional. But it’s to be expected from this rude company. They also did not alert us until a week later when our RV trailer was broken into and supposedly their cameras were not working at the time. We do Not recommend this place at any means nor their safety nor their customer service including the district Manager! Very unprofessional.Mrs Johnston.

Both ladies in the office are extremely nice and helpful. We like it’s very clean and secure.The call center could stand some improvements. The lady helping me took over 45 minutes and still didn’t get it correct. I reserved for 11/25/19. I received an email on 11/24//19. Our reservation was for 11/25/19. The office isn’t even open on Sunday.

Jessica was very polite and professional. She answered all the questions my wife & I had and drove us around the different units so we could compare the sizes to fit our needs. We had to have a semi truck pull in to unload us & Jessica made sure to get us a storage unit that was going to be accessible for our driver, which made for a much easier unload for our workers. Gail is very unprofessional. She told me to call her because I miscommunication via email. She then proceeded to end my call without answering my questions because I stated thats not how you should run business. I originally signed up with lock tight storage and when they switched over to istorage, I never got notice of the policy change. She emailed me telling me they suspended my access and refuse to give a warning being that I never received the policy. I would take your business elsewhere. they have no problem taking payment out of my account every month. Crazy.

After reviewing my monthly expenses, 04/29/21, I noticed that my payment increased by $29.00. I previously had issues with my entrance code that was *06983# for a little over a year, and when I made contact with management, I was told that code was tied to another account and I was given a new gate code. Please advise of the price increase because at the beginning of the rental agreement I was quoted $169.00 and it has increased twice since then and having issue again with access code. This is my last day at this facility. 🤨From management,Joseph:Unfortunately, after reviewing your account and ledger there is, in fact, a rate increase on your unit in the amount of $29.00. Rate increases are accessed periodically and determined based on the market and surrounding rates with our competitors. If you would like to transfer to a smaller unit, I could help you with that.

This facility is clean and the staff are courteous and helpful. Thank you Gail for your assistance. We rented a second storage unit at the Conroe iStorage location in August 2021. Rates are very reasonable, buildings are clean, security cameras and lighting provided.

Great place for storage. Staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons why I decided to go with them. Only downfall I see is pricing. I wont say where but my friend goes to another place. Could fit a car in his unit if he wanted to and pays half of what I pay. I could put maybe one street motorcycle in mine and some boxes. Its a small unit but I am happy with it. Nice and clean.

If you liked Obamacare youll love iStorage. I have had my unit for over 2 years and when iStorage bought out the previous owner they enacted some policy changes. I am now required to buy insurance and if I chose not to then they financially penalize me for it. They have me cornered. No matter what I do I will have to spend more money than I intended. I can buy the insurance which I dont want or need, I can pay the fine they charge for it, or I can move all of my stuff to a unit with one of their competitors... all of which cost me more money than I had planned to spend. Take a hint from their color scheme. Red is the international symbol for danger.

I recently rented a 10x15 indoor climate controlled unit and everything was super easy and extremely customer service oriented. Jude was of invaluable assistance! Actually, I’d recommend this place just because of her if everything else wasn’t top notch. The premises are clean and the access is safe and secure.

We had a amazing experience getting a storage spot for our RV. Gail was very nice and the entire process was quick and easy. Thank you IStorage.Initially I thought this was a great place but after a few weeks we were told we couldnt plug our RV in and initially we were told we could. Some one unplugged our unit and caused major damage to floor due to icemaker unfreezing. A Lady called us and told us if we didnt come unplug by 9am she would do it herself (very rudely). We moved our unit immediately and found a better storage facility. When we told them we took our unit and to not charge because of what happened...no apology no nothing!

We have used Locktite in Conroe on two different occasions now. The staff is great and we loved the pricing for the units that we have had. They are definitely my go to for storage.

Ive had this storage for a couple of years and was late on it one month. They called and told if didnt come by and pay that they would cut the lock on the 9th and charge me an extra 150 fee. It is now the 8th I call to pay and they cut the lock and charge the fee a day early. So much for treating a long time customer with great service never will I do business with witho istorage again

Amazing staff!!We came to pick up a refrigerator and we don’t have a unit here, but we were waiting outside the gate in our car for the person that we were picking it up from and the guy that works here came out and offered us waters. He knew we weren’t customers but he came out anyway. You just don’t come across people like that often. :)

The new management are exceptionally well tuned to helping customers. The property is well maintained and secure. With close proximity to the Interstate, it allows easy access and so if you want peace of mind, I highly recommend Locktite Storage in Conroe. Terry and Hailey are very competent and helpful. Very helpful and always in a good mood!MY HOW THINGS HAVE CHANGED!Been threw three different owners/managers since putting my extras in storage here.This year has brought two strikes against the current ones.Strike one. Just before the first hard freeze I needed to winterize my trailer pipes due to mine sits on the north side of facility. I had to wait on my friend to get back in town so we were late getting started. After explaining why I was there they still had cops called out to tell me I couldnt have guest....Strike two. Just today 05/12/20 was charged for trash pick up, that wasnt mine!I am usually the one noticing things needing fixed picking up blowing debris and putting in outside the looked up dumpsterer on site.. I understand its a Hassel to keep the place cleaned but the kicker was when asked about it I explained that I do not bring trash out and leave it around only to be pretty much called a liar and that research was done and it was determined that the trash picked up showed up while I was on site! Very disappointing. I am a 54 year old grown man who has nothing to gain by not telling the truth about trash at the storage unit.Hard to believe that in 5 short months they have driven me into search for a different storage facility.

Terry and his crew have been lifesavers for my husband and I. After a nasty infestation thanks to our apartment complex not taking care of a tenants bedbug issue, they were sympathetic and helped give a good price for a unit despite the incredibly short notice. The staff always has a smile every time we come and has been helpful during our situation. 10/10 would recommend and rent again.

Great place to store your stuff! The property is very secure and very clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus the free usage of moving truck and trailer is a HUGE perk that most other places dont offer!

These people have no respect for their customers or their customers belongings. During the recent floods, my building was flooded. I know that is not the fault of the business, but they didnt have the courtesy to call and let me know. So, for a month, my belongings sat in water and molded...in a climate controlled building!!! Then the employee there has the balls to lie and tell me that he had called everyone. With todays cell phone technology, there are records of everything...and I can say without a doubt that he DIDNT call me. These people dont care about you!!! They only care about collecting money from you...which I have been paying for over a year, but now I think that I will pay it to someone else. The maintenance person that was there told me that numerous people agree with me and have moved their belongings, also. If you are looking to store your belongings, I suggest that you look elsewhere...

Although the lease was an issue I will say that the Conroe location did provide excellent customer service. They heard our grievances and quickly gave us a call to see if they could do anything. No issues what so ever with the customer service.
