Our truck was in their shop for over two months for a simple fix after they had said it would only be two weeks. Once we finally got out not even 10 days later out transmission went out which on their invoice had said that they had took out our transmission fluid and put new transmission fluid in, so when it went out we checked the fluid and it was bone dry they never put it back in our truck now that we have called them and confronted them about it they just say we dont care take us to court about it. I wouldnt use this shop they will just make it worse this shop is worthless and needs to be put out of business!!!

I CALLED AND ASKED FOR PRICE AND AVAILABILITY FOR A WRECKER TO PICK UP AT MY HOME AND TRANSPORT IT TO A BMW AUTO REPAIR LOCATION.. AFTER A HOUR AND A HALF, I GAVE UP AND WENT TO WORK. THE CAR WAS MY WIFES GO TO LUNCH WITH THE GIRLS, TOP DOWN, LET YOUR HAIR BLOW IN THE BREEZE SPORTY CAR, AND NOT A MAIN MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION CAR. BUT STILL, A PHONE CALL TO SAY, WERE RUNNING LATE, WE HAD TROUBLE AND CANT TOW YOUR CAR TODAY OR WE JUST DONT CARE, WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD AND WOULD HAVE SHOWED THEY WERE RUNNING A BUSINESS WITH SOME CONCERN OF OTHER PEOPLES TIME. THEY WILL BE TAKEN OFF MY CHRISTMAS CARD LIST THIS YEAR. i CALLED BACK AFTER A COUPLE HOURS AND WAS ADVISED THEY THOUGHT SOMEONE WAS ON THE WAY.. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, AFTER I HUNG UP WITH TOMMYS WRECKER SERVICE, I RECEIVED THE FIRST PHONE CALL FROM TOMMYS WRECKER SERVICE ASKING IF I NEEDED A WRECKER. JUST GLAD IT WASNT MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORT.

Can only speak of my own experience. My son broke down on a bad part of I-45. Tommys wrecker happened to be cruising by & towed the car, my son & his friends to a mall; parking lot just to get them off off the highway. He ran a quick diagnostic & felt the car & in conversation w/me needed to go to the closest Chevy dealer. Since we are AAA members I asked if he was a AAA provider & said he was not. He understood if I wanted to wait for AAA. I decided to let Tommys wrecker tow the car (and my son & his friends ) to the Chevy dealer in Conroe, Tx. The wrecker driver then drove my son & his friends to a local pizza place to wait for my wife to drive from Houston to pick them up. I was stuck @ work. I am incredibly grateful to Tommys wrecker driver who went above & beyond to help my son & his buddies.

Oh my where to begin. The one star is only because I have to give them that only to post something. My God I have never been treated so unfairly in my life! They had my car for over a month and refused to give it back! Claiming something about insurance policy! Well in my mind Im like ok they know what there doing until they finally take it to the car shop! (Which I had no say in where to go) only to slap me with a huge storage bill! Claiming that after 3 days I have to pay for ever subsequent day! Im no millionaire and I dont have much money and they a determined to take it all! I cannot believe what they did. On top of that they took it to a quack repair shop! (Another rant for another site) . People reading this please listen should you ever step foot inside there establishment, be warned its is not a wrecker service! It is one of the rings of hell! Where crooked businesss are kept! Stay away hide the cars! Hide your money! Cause Tommys coming after it! Please spread the word about this dung pie of a business! ILL SEE YOU IN HELL TOMMY!

Worst bodyshop in conroe. Never would I ever recommend anyone to use them. The owner is a racist and he tries to solve his problems with violence. The receptionist is snarky and no one seems to have a clue that this is the 21st century and not the wild west. I would rate this 0 stars if that were an option.

There price are awesome but the driver was really rude I would ask him something and he would ignore me I even asked him how he was doing and he never reply back

Tommys is terrible it took 5 weeks to replace two doors and a fender not to mention the gentleman working the phone has a fowl language problem after I told him to stop cussing he continued
