I have been a shade tree mechanic for 40 years and thus know a bit about cars. Koenig is the best non-dealer auto repair business I have ever interacted with. I go to them for everything outside of dealer warranty work and whatever I cant handle myself. They are honest, fair and very understanding. You wont be disappointed.

I was able to drive right in and get my vehicle and trailer inspected immediately. The ladies are lights out awesome and Glenn is the nicest mechanic Ive ever met!

Unprofessional, didnt even bother to fix my check engine sign , after I got my starter replaced. And charged me almost 800 and didnt even do their job all the way. I have to take it to another shop to check why I have the sign , the mechanic said , after they replaced my starter they didnt plug back the things that they should (I dont have much knowledge about repairs and cars). So no no no more here

I was involved in a car accident and the local police towed my car to this site. Polite, and helpful people with the exception of the man who towed my car. The owner helped me gather my belongings from my car when I discovered that my tire gauge/flashlight set was missing. The owner got upset and disssmive about it when I said it was missing. We asked the man who towed my car and he didnt accept responsibility for it. This was a $20 set. I dont know why anyone would want or feel the need to take it but he did and Im 1000% sure of it. He also destroyed my cars keypad module and blamed it on the accident. I dont blame the owner for doubting me because he doesnt know me and its his worker, but I had no reason to make this up. Hopefully Im never in need of car repair but if I am, I wont go here and wouldnt recommend this business.
