This is a good dollar tree, very large and has lots of stuff. Lots of parking too. Its worth the drive a little farther, the one in the Kohls shopping center is tiny and parking is not as convenient.

Very well stocked organized the Dollar phrase says it all and one of the few who kept their corporate promise .....mention no names please? Bag of ice 1.00$ plenty of parking....shop till you drop... smile...repeat

The best Dollar Tree around here. The one in Martinez is fine but the on in Concord is so much bigger and offers more selection.

This dollar tree is bigger than most, it has so much stuff its hard to get through the store. I would recommend dollar tree for anything you might need.

The store isnt the biggest, but its bigger than the one in Clayton. The biggest one I think is the one in Pleasant Hill. The items here are hit or miss. Most items are in stock now. Hand sanitizer is in stock, but only small ones. Hand soap I think is back in stock the refill size. I just wish sometimes they have some of the items online on the store at the same time. Like the tweezer set in the beauty department.

Dont ever go in there just to see what they have. Youll walk out with a few bags. Just always expect that and youll be fine. Its great for some things, but keep in mind...its a dollar store. This store is always well stocked and clean

I always have a Great visit with the employees while I’m getting items for lunch and dinners plus snacks too😀😃! The workers treat me Good and as a Human being as well and go out of they way to find what I need if I have trouble finding the item😀😃. Most of the time I have good customer service and the employees are very respectful. But yesterday I experienced a very upsetting situation with one of the employees I havent seen before. I have a legal and registered service dog. A customer with too loud Children came running towards me and my dog, the adult screaming look, dog! I pulled my dog away to get out of the Isle and distraction. (Service dogs are not pets while they are working, never run at any dog especially a service dog!) This employee came out of nowhere almost like she was hunting me down, rudely asking me if my dog is a service dog, I said Yes she is. She has a service coat on with plain sight. She was very rude and condescending with me. People need service dogs for all reasons no matter what breed the dog may be, small or large, or what the handler may look like. This employee is not certified are educated to judge which dog and which Person is or needs a service animal. After I was done shopping I told the lady at the register and the argumentative employee came up behind her and continued with nonsensical verbiage. I am very well aware of the potential glass that could be in the store. However my dog is trained registered and has every right to be there and so do I with her. I felt intimidated and discriminated. I know there are a lot of stressors that come into that store but you cant take it out on people who are there to shop. She says Im allowed to ask very snottily. Yes, but not in a tone and intent of judgement. I have shopped in this Dollar Tree at least twice a month with no issues until yesterday.I have been to Kaiser emergency room with my dog, grocery stores and restaurants and buses. It is only a very few uneducated that try to push you around.

Received horrible customer service from manager of the store named Sarah. I asked for a few more bags because the cashier overloaded my bag to the point where when I tried to pick them up things just started popping out. The employee who called her self the manager named Sarah started getting very angry and telling me that I should have been more specific as to how the cashier should pack my bag, I said that I just want to be able to carry the bags to the car and I dont think that requires further explanations. She started saying/screaming that I should have been more specific. I asked for her name which she gave me and then followed up by saying that no one is going to care about anything I say anyway. Whats a pleasant and wonderful woman they pick to lead one of their stores. No wonder 99 cent store right across the street always has three times the customers. Unless absolutely necessary I will not be coming back to the store in the future.

Great $1 store, always has everything needed. Good selection and Always well stockedOnly thing I dislike, NO Shopping Carts. Only small carry all baskets. If using a cane, bring someone with to carry purchases

My only issue was I bought vases and they didnt have anything to wrap them in.

Every worker has been absolutely terrible. Not speaking back to menin English or hanging up on the phone but not Kathryn. She is the manager and she is been extremely helpful and sweet everytime I have come in. This lady deserves a raise and award for being extremely friendly and helpful. She makes me want to come to this store all on her own. The people who close with her are not helpful. KATHRYN THANK YOU! YOU DO THIS STORE JUSTICE!

Its a dollar tree. I havent dealt with anyone rude and everything is a dollar you cant really ask for more.

Lisa was the cashier. She noticed I had crutches and offered to help me. Over all such a experience.

They will inflate the balloons for you or else it would not make any sense to buy a balloon with no helium in it. I just bought one yesterday. They are a great store....very friendly employees 🔚

Today they were very,very very busy like always during rush hour the manager took her time to go check if they had more baby shower cups in the back she was very nice and helpful

You can buy regular balloons, they have helium, but they wont inflate them for you. Company policy was her response. Call corporate was her other suggestion. I guess thats what you get when you pay them minimum wage.

Its a fairly large dollar tree so there is a larger selection then some of the smaller dollar trees Ive been to. Its kept organized and tidy and the staff is helpful.

Very rude yelling at us as we shopped that they are closed at 7:54p. Posted hours of operation said closing was at 8p. Then she yelled at everyone entering the store that they were closed. She wouldnt even allow a customer to go grab a forgotten item. Ridiculous!!!
