Roys is the place to go for an amazing experience from the nail and pedicure services to the wonderful staff. I wont go anywhere else. Theyre caring and enjoyable to be around and do a wonderful job caring for my toesies and nails.

I had my nails done for my wedding here, and was highly satisfied with how they came out! I got acrylic nails with sparkles at the tips, and they were so well done, many people couldnt even tell they were acrylic! I received so many compliments! Im so grateful to Roy and everyone else here for doing such a fantastic job!**Unfortunately, I didnt get a picture of the nails specifically, but I found some shots that show them off a little bit!**

I am giving Roy nails 3 stars because I sincerely appreciate them for squeezing me in for a last minute appointment. They were extremely friendly and welcoming since it was my first time. I am however disappointed because I got dip done on my nails, and it has not even been a week and it is chipping. I have never had dip chip on me before. I feel like it was slightly rushed and they were a little distracted by the phone and other customers walking in.

Absolutely love. I came in with botched acrylics and my nails were transformed. He took his time and fixed my nails so theyre beautiful. I also got a pedicure and veronica fixed my toes and ingrown nails and told me how we can correct it.best nail salon in concord!

Roy’s was very clean—especially with the social distancing going on, they had safety panels put in place and only used half of their stations to maintain a safe distance. Everyone was extremely friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though I was one of the last appointments of the day. He took his time and did a great job. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing (unlike other loud, talkative, and booming tv-salons I’ve been to). I’m glad I went!

I have been to Roy Nails & Spa a few times to get a pedicure. Every time Ive been, my technician took the time to make sure I had a great experience. My toes looked awesome and the paint stays on for weeks, even after being barefoot outside and at the beach!

I do not recommend going to this place at all, and here is my reason why.They were insanely unsanitary, not once did I see the person doing my nails cleanse or sanitize their hands after doing something that could spread germs. Ex. Wiping nose with fingers, going out to smoke a cigarette and not washing hands, coughing into hands. Etc.Multiple times I saw different employees digging into bags that had multiple different unclean utensils that had obviously been used on different clients.And to make matters worse, the person doing my nails (I had gotten a full set) had cut me multiple times in different areas on my fingers and hands, and basically sliced Into the tip of my finger by over filing onto my skin.Im not only shocked, but very disappointed on how they work there. One of the employees kept boasting about the shop itself, calling it the the best shop ever, that their work is perfect. It isnt even close to being so. It isnt sanitary, nor a safe environment for anyone wanting to get a service done.DO NOT GO THERE.

Omg... if I could leave more than one review I would... but I am OBSESSED with the way my nails look every time I go to Roys. Tammy is so talented, gentle and kind. I always feel so relaxed while there and pampered. Everyone is friendly and I look forward to getting my nails done every time.

Terrible service from the older man who took my nails off. He did not wear his mask over his nose OR his mouth. Someone he knew came in and he began socializing with this person, with his mask-free face right above MY BARE HANDS. Due to his distracted socializing, he clipped my skin THREE TIMES with the nail drill, once drawing a tiny drop of blood, and one time on my PALM, to give you an idea of the truly impressive negligence. This is unbelievably unsafe, unprofessional, and negligent. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because it was cheap and technically, did what Id come in to do.WEAR YOUR MASKS!

Went in to have gel polish removed. The place was dirty. I had to brush and artificial tip off my chair and there was other debris on it as well. When I put my hands on the counter top little pieces of something stuck tony fingertips. This was at 9:15 on a Friday morning and there were only 2 other customers there. Not the end of a long busy day. They charged me $10 for the gel removal. Seems expensive to me. Ive paid $5 in many other places, and not been charged at all in others. Wont be going back there ever again.

This place is incredible. This is my second time here first time I got my nails done and the guy was very nice and listened to what i wanted. Most places dont. This time I got my toes done and even though they were busy she did not rush through it. She took her time and made my feet feel so much better. I will continue to come here Im the future and I recommend If you are looking for a place to get all your nail needs done come here. They take good care of you.

New to NH, I was desperate to find a nail studio that was professional, decent pricing, CLEAN, and who truly care about making your nails beautiful. I found that with Roy Nails. I have been coming here for a few months now after having a bad experience with another studio in Concord, and I’m so glad I made the switch! I get the dip nails and the nail tech Judy is AWESOME. As a new bride-to-be, I can’t wait to book my wedding party pampering with them. Absolutely recommend!

Great place! Have alwayseft happy with my nails. I always have gone here for my nails. The only thing that I dont like is I always get passed on to another nail tech for each part of my nail process. But the atmosphere is wonderful and everyone is very nice! And it is a reasonable price! They usually have a good show to watch on as well :)

My boyfriend and I decided to get a pedicure and we showed up with no appointment and made sure to get us in. All of the staff was exceptional! Super friendly and made you feel comfortable. Veronica and Jenny were wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with them😊 Roy Nails and Spa in extremely clean and Sanitary, which is something I always pay attention to at nail spas. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you want top notch service, this is the place to be!

The nail technicians are not very friendly. They do their best to provide the service you ask for. I recently got tips and an overlay but it was not the type I was used to and my nails ended up crooked and oddly thick. They are supposed to have natural nail services but they still file your natural nail with an electric Dremel.

Its been a few years since I have been to Roys to get my nails done and this was my first time at their new location. Veronica was my nail tech. and I completely ADORE her. She was so amazing and so genuine. Not only was she kind and considerate but she also wasnt pushy when I wasnt sure what color I wanted to do. I can be pretty indecisive and I hate feeling rushed when picking a color - because thats the best part!Veronica and I talked about everything during my appointment and she really took her time on my nails to make sure I was happy and comfortable.The best part though - the hand massage. The worst part of going to new salons or an overbooked salon is when the tech. rushes through the massage. She must have massaged my hands for five minutes each. It was so relaxing and when she was done my hands felt brand new.HUGE kudos to Roys salon and all of wonderful employees they have. Roy and his Daughter Veronica are amazing people and truly a pleasure to be around.I cant wait to come back! Thank you Veronica!I was so happy with my nails that I snapped a pic before I even left the salon!

The sign clearly says walk-ins welcome! I went there at a reasonable time and explained I work two jobs and really dont have time to get my nails done. I was very rudely turned away from a technician then I was asked to make an appointment by Roy!!I was told if I wasnt going to make it out of work in time please call and reschedule for the next day and if I wasnt able to make it on timeto please call them and let them know. I called and explained to Roy I was going to be a little late he was very rude to me and explained he couldnt understand me put another technician on the phone and it technician told me that she didnt have an appointment available for the next three days.since then I have found out from a co-worker that its a great thing because they hack your nails and cut your cuticles down so low that she was in pain for 2 weeks working in the restaurant industry I highly recommend that you just stay away from the salon the service was horrible and theyre not nice people

I have been searching for a good nail place. So I decided to try Roy nails. Let me say first I have natural nails which I usually do my own but I do get pedicures. So, I scheduled a pedicure and upon arriving I noticed that the nail salon is very clean and orderly which is hard to find these days.Staff is friendly, place is cleaner than nail places I went to prior. And they were on schedule.I don’t know the name of the manicurist.I felt as if it was very rushed. A pedicure should take more than 20 minutes. It wasn’t what I would call relaxing.And at the price of $29 plus a tip. My opinion it should be called pedi-express and lower the price.That said the end result of the polish look was nice.I can see that if someone wanted to come in during their lunch hour it would be feasible.Some clients probably like the quickness.But for me I didn’t feel like it was worth the dollars spent.

As a guitar player who plays with artificial nails I come to Roys once a month to get a gel fill in. They use a great product that Ive been very happy with. Although I only have one hand treated and I dont have any experience with all of their services, I still highly recommend these folks. Their facility is very clean and though Ive only had work done by two of their technicians, everyone is very polite even if I dont fit the profile of their typical client. Definetly call ahead and make an appointment because Im not the only one who knows how good this place is!!

I love Roy’s! All of the staff are great at what they do and are very friendly. They recognized me after my first visit!I’m so glad I decided to stop at Roy’s on a whim instead of my prior nail salon (which was nowhere as professional or accommodating). I’ve been going to Roy Nails for about 6 months and am never going anywhere else!Steve does an excellent job of shaping my nails and applying the dip nail application every time. My nails last at least 3 weeks without anything chipping, cracking, it or peeling!Veronica is also amazing :) and Roy, the owner, always walks around and talks to each customer.Well done Roy nails!

I just wanted to say I came in and overheard a women complainning about how this man was doing her nails at first I thought it was accesseive until I got him. He didnt put forth effort in the scrub he also put lotion on my legs when they were soaki g wet i politely suggested drying them off he ignored me. Then when i asked for a design he put it in the wrong llace jts really hit and miss here. Ill never go back. Im modeling and cant trust these guys

This is addressed to Tomasita . I was at Roy’s tonight when you walked in . It was 7:40pm on Friday night not 7:20pm .My appointment was scheduled for 6:45 their last appointment is 7pm . I did not leave their until 8:55 I got my nails done with dip and I also got a pedicure . They take time with their clients because they care . Veronica was simply saying that the last appointment time slot was taken she wasn’t being rude . They work so hard and they are open 7 days a week . Wouldn’t you feel slightly exhausted to if you worked 12hr shifts 7 days a week ? Bet you would ... Also you were even offered to come in tomorrow for an appointment. I’m just simply saying that you can NOT get your nails done with a full set in a matter of 15 minutes. It’s not possible unless you go to a place that is not going to take their time and they will give you a botched job .That being said I will recommend Roy Nails to anyone and everyone because they do such an amazing job and they take their time with clients and make you feel wonderful!

I got my nails done here, they were very forceful on my hand, and I didnt like it. My nails came out good but pushing on someones hand constantly, and hitting them with a file will give you a bad review.

My aunt called in advance for my friend and I to get acrylics, when we arrived they told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait. (It turned out to be about a 30+ minute wait) I wasn’t mad I just thought maybe they’re a little behind, no big deal. I was wrong. Many people walked in and they didn’t have appointments but they were welcomed in and got their nails done right away. I was getting a little mad but I just thought, maybe only a few of the workers know how to do acrylics? But... I was watching this worker do acrylics on this girl and she finished looked at us and didn’t even ask what we were getting or why we were sitting in these chairs getting no service. However, while this was going on they let us sit in the massage chairs which was very nice however I could tell they thought my friend and I would think the chairs made up for the poor service because we are young. When I finally got my acrylics done, they were pretty uneven and not too bumpy, but they were no where near the shape that I wanted. Honestly felt like they were talking about my friend and I in whatever language some of them speak, however we made no noise and were very kind. (This was around the beginning of August 2017)

I went here for my wedding manicure. My mother in law booked an appointment but when we showed up they said they were all busy so we had to wait. What is the point of making an appointment if walk ins get priority? Wasnt roo happy with that but the manicure was great.

Started off not so well, but ended on a great note.The first time I went here I booked an appointment. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment. I finally spoke up and was told I would be next. Only what I assume was a regular client came into Roys, and she was seated first even after one of the owners KNEW I had been waiting. I was annoyed and already thinking I wouldnt come back until I had my nails done by Roy. I liked that he didnt mind silence. He did a wonderful job on my nails and I will go back simply because of his great work. Lets just hope they dont forget me again :)

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in asked how long for pedicure the man told me now I still waited another 15-20 mins ..... I sat in the pedi chair for another 5 mins just waiting on water because the staff was literally arguing in front of everyone. Even after the fact two of the guys stood up as if they were ready to rumble...... at this point I was ready to go I came here for relaxation and didn’t feel relaxed at all.

Made an appointment days in advance for my mother-in-laws wedding. Day of the appointment they had accepted so many walk-ins prior to our arrival that they were unable to honor our appointment. Once we were finally served the service was horrible. They would start to work on one person, not finish and leave to work on someone else, then a half hour later someone else would come finish the original job. Not to mention they had us change seats about six times. Overall, horrible service and I will never go back.

Ive gone to Roys in the past and loved it. It was far more clean and inviting than many other salons. I was there when they opened, and while its gotten very busy at times, they always are courteous and greet with a smile. Planning to visit there soon.

This is Steve’s wife writing this. I went to Roy’s today to get a gel mani and pedi. I am from Pennsylvania and we stopped in Concord, NH so I could get my nails done. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The staff was helpful, kind and the woman who did my nails went above and beyond. The pedi massage chairs are wonderful. I felt welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend this nail salon.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I walked in at 7:20 tonight (Friday the 3rd) in the pouring rain... they “close” at 8 but was told everyone was “pooped” & wasn’t taking anymore people. Must be nice to just choose who you want to service and who you don’t.

Best acrylic nails- really affordable for the expert and friendly service!! Came on a Sunday and it was a breeze- loved the place- very light and airy atmosphere- great music too and the Nails came out perfect!

Everyone is so friendly and Jenny did a perfect job on my gel manicure. This was the first time in years that Ive been to a nail salon and actually enjoyed myself, the experience with the staff and actually left with a great manicure!

I dont believe Roys deserves the single star rating. Yes, sometimes you have to wait but that is because they are busy - they have a large amount of repeat business because theyre good, professional and courteous. Everyone can have a bad day. Ive been going here for over a year and will continue to do so.

I will never visit this nail salon again! First of all my technician completely changed the shape of my nails. She made them square when they are rounded. Secondly my hands were soaked in lukewarm to cold water. Then there is the drying fan that would sporadically work. But I’d have to say the worst thing of all was that my technician cut my cuticles not once but twice. I left bleeding! I now have triple antibiotic cream and Band-Aids wrapped a round two of my fingers. And I’m praying I don’t get an infection! I was not impressed.

Always a a thorough job well done. I love that they have expanded hours compared to other nail salons in the area.

Im really happy with this place. Great costumer service! I had a pedicure and my technician did a wonderful job (my feet were in really rough shape).The best part of all is its incredibly sanitary! They put a plastic liner over the pedi-bowls and all tools are sealed before use. Also, all disposables are DISPOSED OF AND NOT RE-USED! Excelent. I will definitely be returning.

I was in search of a nail salon, that had the same mind frame as I did NAILS DONE RIGHT!! and I have found that @ Roys. he is the most focused nail tech, I have seen or had the pleasure of to do my nails. Roy does not rush, takes time , and it shows in the quality of his nail. his Nail salon, is very friendly, clean and pleasant to sit and have a pedi , mani or fills done, they have many diverse nail techs employed and you will always find the match to what you are looking for. They will fit you in with no appointment or make an appointment for you , they ARE what ALL NAILS SALONS SHOULD BE... The CLIENT ALWAYS COMES FIRST. This is a review for this past July and August 2018. I would give zero stars if possible. The first time I came here was with my mom for a pedicure. During our pedicures the younger daughter got into a fight with the father about how he was giving them too many clients and not working on the clients himself. It was incredibly awkward but our nails turned out well so I figured Id try them again. Then in August, my husband and I came in for manicures. He had just gotten back from seasonal work and needed a manicure to help with the calluses on his fingers. We were both seated at the same time. The oldest daughter who speaks English left him every single time someone walked in the door. By the end she had left him in the middle of his service 5 times to help whoever was walking in, and did a horrible job on his hands. Nothing he asked for was done. Incredibly unprofessional and rude, especially for those prices. We have not been back since and will never return. I advise anyone looking for a nail salon in Concord to look elsewhere.

This place is great. Run by father and his 2 daughters. Consistently great service and great looking nails all the time.

I was having a horrible day (and was 39 weeks pregnant) and was desperately calling around for a pedicure. Roy’s fit me right in and had a chair all ready for me when I arrived even though I was only 5 minutes away. Roy’s had a joyful atmosphere and the staff treated each other like family. They knew all their regular customers by name too. Andy did my nails and was kind but also gave me time to be silent and relax. And other staff members checked on me and were so sweet. The whole experience turned my day around so much I was on the verge of tears! I haven’t had a pedicure in years but now I’m converted and I know I’ll come back to Roy’s!

Horrible service. I called in advance to ask if I could walk in they said no problem. I get there and everyones busy which wasnt a big deal. Well, I waited for over an hour. Not one nail technician spoke with me at all. Not even to say theyd be with me in a minute. I saw they knew I was there but did not acknowledge my presence. If I could give zero stars, I would. Go to Tammy Nails in Layton. Way better service, friendly staff and the salon is bigger and more comfortable.

A year ago I posted its the best in Concord. But after this last visit Im calling to request my money back. A week and Ive already had to have my fingers and believe it or not toes repainted and we for dips. So disappointed what a waste of 150$

The best nail salon I’ve ever been to!!

My expirience wasnt absolutely terrible. The guy asked me to pick out a color and when I couldnt find one, I asked the man doing my nails. He showed me a bunch of colors and I picked a dark cement gray. He talked to me, made conversation. Then proceeded to paint my nails, and when the color came out pink instead of gray and I asked to go pick out the gray I saw earlier on the wall. It was only then did he tell me that the 25$ acrylic tip set was 40$ with this polish and the ones on the wall are no good. I disagreed and grabbed a color and was from then on treated like trash. My cuticles are cut up, the colors uneven, the acrylic is flat and thick and the service is terrible unless you fall for the 15$ up charge they try to force on you without your knowledge. Dont go here.

New location is larger and nicely set up. We walked in for two pedicures without an appointment, and they were able to get to is pretty quickly even though they were busy.

This was my first time here per several recommendations. I called 5 hours ahead of time for a mani/ pedi and they had just put me down for a mani. After the receptionist told me the outrageous price for a basic manicure, I opted just for a pedicure. The pedicure was okay. Nothing to write home about, but what do you want for $30? My feet were barely scrubbed so I do not recommend for someone with rough feet. Also, the “hot” towel they put on your legs after the lotion smelled terrible- like it had been left in the washer for a few days. Regular nail polish colors to choose from are extremely limited. The salon appears clean and quiet. The nail tech who did my nails didn’t talk a word to me and banged on the foot bath for me to move my feet where she wanted which I found rude, but I understand cultural differences. I will not be returning as I need to find a place I can get both hands and feet done at the same time and not break the bank. They were voted best manicure and pedicure in Concord according to 2019 Cappies. Maybe if I were willing to pay the outrageous price for a basic manicure, I’d be able to elaborate on their skill more. Prices are not posted anywhere either so be sure to ask before just getting services done.

Horrible experience! Roy’s used to be the best but not so much anymore! Went and had my nails done it was late so I called to make sure they had time and they assured me they did. The nail tech rushed to get me out and my nails never looked so bad! Had to go back the next morning and he redid my nails. They looked meh sort of ok and within two days they were all cracked and look horrible! They charge more than other local salons and the workmanship is NOT worth the extra you have to pay! Don’t waste your time and money going to this establishment!!!

Ive been getting my nails done on and off for 12 years in different states... Florida to New Hampshire. Ive seen the best and worst out there! And this place, in my opinion is the best! Clean, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, amazing! Havent had my nails done better! I get gel tip nails and when done by them they look natural and beautiful! When I moved here a few years ago I went to other places...and some were awful and one was pretty good. But when I was told to try this place which was closer then going all the way to Manchester to get my nails done, I tried them finally in Dec. Wow! Was I happy! I wish I had gone there first! Fabulous place! I used to go every 6 wks. before. Now that Ive found this place I go more often. Love getting them done and love the results! And the staff is wonderful. Ive tried a new nail tech each time and everyone has been great! Would absolutely recommend this place completely. And Ive never had any trouble with getting in, always made an appt. and always get right in.

So unprofessional, dirty, and poorly managed. Made an appointment days in advance and the lady at the desk informed us she has to take the walk ins who arrived before us first. My 4 o’clock appointment didn’t started till 5.

Did a decent job on shellac but watched her put all the tools back in a new sterilization pouch and then back in her drawer.. Bleh.
