I wish I had a before picture to show you all but this was the most amazing nail transformation!! I had been trying a few different salons here in Concord but none seemed to understand what the coffin nail shape is...

Went in for acrylic set in black with pointed tips and the lady did a wonderful job. She was gentle, precise, and took her time for a perfect outlook. We came across some issues and she was so understanding yet professional and because of the quality done along with how sweet she was.. I will be a regular ! Check them out.

Very impressive. I came in needing to have my nails done and curious about the place as a first time and I left with complete satisfaction. They have everything I would expect from a decent place. Staff is amazing, they are all very nice and over qualified for the job. My lady took her time to take care of me and they turned out perfect to detail just how I like it. They have good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. For what you would get, their price is unbeatable. Pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!!

This is the first time I visited such a good salon like Princess Nails. The background was in a good manner that made me exciting as soon as entering. I was greeted by a nice girl who was sweet and polite. Good feeling at the first impression. The line of cushion and the flowers were arranged in spectacular view. I could see that there were about 800 polish bottles here that stimulated me to go there more and more to try all of those. I selected Basic Pedicure. The color of painting was Blue Sky. It is really lovely. Beautiful jobs done, beautiful nails... Could not ask for a better service...

I have been to many places in the area and I love trying new ones but this one made sure that I will have to come back for their good service. I can say that this is one of the best. I came for a pedicure and it was fantastic. The tech did a great job, she took her time and put efforts to make sure everything look great. Well known good quality products. The place is well organized and clean. Reasonable price. Now we definitely have a place that we can trust to have our nails done. Highly recommended !!!

Its my first time here and the guy who works here (not sure of his name) is SUPER friendly. Welcomes you with a smile and is very polite about any question you have. The lady who did my nails did a very detailed job and not to mention their prices are reasonable $20 for a basic pedicure. I will def come backThank you Princess Nails

They have everything I need from a decent nail salon. Techs are nice and professional and they know a lot of designs. The lady who did my nails was wonderful. She listened to my requests and gave advice, unlike many other places which assume they know what you want and how you want it done. The place is clean and organized. Clean equipment was used. Reasonable price considering the quality of products they use. Highly recommended !!

Im so confused at the 5 star reviews? I truly believe they are fake, by getting multiple accounts and making fake reviews. Look at yelp, thats where the real reviews are. Ive been getting my nails done for years and they do not know what they are doing here. They are nice people but need to invest in their knowledge of nails and customer service. And I suspect the two employees do not have their manicurist license. Owner had to tell the gentleman working on me to get up and stop because it was obvious he had no clue how to use the drill or how to remove my gel polish. And the woman who took over was almost no better. She over filed my nail beds, and they are very warm now, slight pain. That is a huge health concern. She wouldnt stop when I asked her to. I finally got pissed and left. Yes, I left before even getting cleaned up and new polish applied. I was annoyed and unsatisfied and in pain. They do not know what they are doing here, long story short. I hope they educate themselves soon. Sooo not good. Go somewhere else. And I got charged 20 for the fiasco. Lame.

This nail salon is simply awesome. Everything i need and expect, they all have it. I absolutely will become a loyal customer even though its kinda far from me. They always make me satisfied with their amazing works. People here are so nice to you and they really focus on their customers. Plus, this nail salon is very clean and neat that make me feel comfortable every time i visit. Thumps up for this salon!!!

When I walked in decor was wonderful and the had a great variety of colors, gel, shellac, and vinyl. The lady who did my nails was excellent and help you with anything. If she made a mistake she fixes it right away with out me even asking.  I was very happy with the outcome and I didnt feel that I was cheated of my money. Worth the money and the wait.

Oh my goodness, I have found my new nail place. Coming from a bad experience at the last place I had gone to, this place was amazing. Kevin did my manicure and gel nails and all I can say is they are perfect. Ive never had that type of quality service and customer service. Yep, LIFER!Thank you Kevin!!!!

I found this location randomly and was so happy with it. Thank you Princess nails for an amazing job. This place was super clean and well organized. They cleaned up everything after every customer. They also had a great collection of gel and polish colors to choose from. Their staffs were really nice. The lady worked on my nails was willing to try on any color until I got the one that I wanted. Their five stars service keep me coming back.

Awesome first experience! Couldnt believe how beautiful my pedicure was and how relaxing it was too!

Worst Mani pedi EVER. I literally had my feet soaking for 30 to 40 minutes before someone started on me. Next almost ever nail is uneven. Barley scrubbed my feet minimal cutical clean up. I really can describe how bad it was. Im not really pickyas long as the job is done at least 6 out 10 but this literally was a 0 out of 10. Really cant believe how bad. I would have complained but I was there for so long I just wanted to leave. I even went as far as to take pictures but I guess I cant post those. Horrible, dont go here. Seriously dont know how they get any good ratings.

Worst place ever ! Not only is it super small and unsanitary , the job they do is the worst. Now this review isn’t based off one time visit. Multiple visits and nothing’s chamged really. The guy (Kevin or Jason not sure what he calls himself. But he didn’t know how to do a pedicure or a full set of nails. Wow so many problems but it’s kind of pointless to go back and have him fix it. I did go back cause I thought he completely forgot a toe on my pedicure But after a few more days all the toenail polish completely came off all of my toes only after a week of having it done. Never once in all my years never seen such horrible work. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place !!!! You can see my pictures and review on yelp
