I understand its beyond the hotels control, but it just feels like this hotel is so far behind recovering from COVID than any others that Ive stayed at. The Bistro is not open, even for a cup of tea, anytime after breakfast service. The toiletries are not the ones that are typically at Courtyard properties, but instead some weird off-brand type. My room still had shaving stubble on the counter when I checked in. You could just tell that when the front desk clerk was folding sheets when I checked in, that the hotel was definitely running as low expense as possible. Ive used this hotel a lot, but unfortunately experience wasnt up to par this time.

Before I booked a room I called and asked if the pool and hot tub were open, I was told they were. When I arrived I discovered neither were open considering they were drained. After I checked out I noticed they doubled charged me plus added $20 charge for whatever reason. When I called about it I was told Id get my $320 back in a few days to a week! We wont be going back there ever again!

It is quiet, set in a very convenient location, just off 93 and 393. And, even so close to the highway, you do not hear the noise of the traffic speeding by. To add to the ambiance, it is located next to a lake, within walking distance. Also convenient, is the attached convention center. And, it is 2 minutes drive from downtown boutiques and eating establishments, all quite affordable.In the main lobby the colors are muted Fall, in oranges, reds and browns, with amber lighting. It encourages quiet and relaxation. Its a pity there is no spa here, but less than a quarter mile away is a massage therapist, I believe on Constitution.The room is spacious, again quiet, and while not set aside officially for the physically disabled, the walkways/doorways are wide and flat. A walker, wheelchair or crutches would have no problem entering any room. Even the restroom. I would not bring a wide mechanical chair in though.Unusual for hotels, it has a rather large sofa (see pictures), perfect for a movie, a good book or working on a laptop, with your feet comfortably raised on a wide ottoman big enough for 2 people. It is so appealing, I wish I had my throw blanket and a very good book; at the very least a good cup of tea!The only con is, quite unfortunately, the reservation process. I requested to be very far from the elevators and instead I am only 3 rooms down. Perhaps I should have said close to the stairs, when making my reservation. I also stated which floor I preferred and it was ignored and I was bothered with more questions. I also checked in prior to my arrival, only to check-in again, when getting my keys. That noted, the desk agent was friendly, polite. Unfortunately, she also assumed I knew where I was going so I had to ask twice for directions. She is young so room for improvement.Overall, I think I will sleep quite well on the bed and shall enjoy my stay until the next opportunity.

The air condition unit in my room did not work. When I called front desk, I was told that they would call an engineer. After an hour, i had heard nothing. I called the front desk back and they said they would check in with engineer again. After fifteen minutes, I called back and was told that the engineer was talking to his manager about possible causes of the problem. I asked that the engineer come look at the unit. I was then told that the engineer lived 30 minutes away and was not available on a Saturday evening. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told that there was no manager on duty until 7am on Sunday, and that I should look for her at that time. The woman working at the front desk was perfectly lovely but completely unable to provide any help.The AC problems were compounded by the fact that the hotel was overrun by a noisy softball team, with kids running up and down the halls til late.

This place with a Marriott name for $200/night is definitely in need of some TLC. It is very outdated, old carpet, old everything. Not cleaned well. Smelled of stank cat urine upon entering. For a hotel that has a banquet room for high end gatherings and the price, definitely expected better. The bedspread was not cleaned, hair in the bathroom, bad smell is unacceptable. Only gave an extra star because the sliding door has a nice green outdoor patio. Otherwise would not recommend this place.

Enjoyed a night out at the Courtyard by Marriott, with Glenn, Paul & Diane Cantin, while eating a taco bowl with pleasant live music!

The handicapped room I stayed in didnt have a handicapped shower, my roomie whod had a hip placement recently couldnt get her foot over the very high sides of the tub. Also, due to covid there was no breakfast, food or bar service.

Certainly the fallout from Covid has impacted here. Im inclined to cut some slack given the situation. Overall some pluses and some minuses.On the plus when I needed room service (only on request now) and plumbing they were very quick. Everyone on staff was very nice.Biggest negative the internet is awful! Not bad awful!!! Its nice to offer Netflix but the first night no connection. Second connected after 3 tedious tries only to buffer every 5 minutes for 5 minutes. Had to watch cable!! Even email so slow. Finally used my phone as a hot spot to use my tablet.Also new employee thought I had no cc on file so needed cash for a snack. Next morning checked. Was on file but I booked with points so he needed another screen to see it.Restaurant only bfst and very limited. But they tried to accommodate my wife who does not eat meat.

Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the toilet and someone came up and fixed it right away. The only downside was the pool and spa werent filled and the bar was closed.

Made reservation online. Booked a king bedroom, not handicapped. With only 20 or so rooms occupied in the entire hotel for the night you think they would have a proper room available when you arrived. But no, only the handicapped room is open, or a room of lesser quality is available (at the same price no less!) In this age of computerized software, this type of bait and switch is no longer acceptable. To add insult to injury, once youre checked in do they inform you the hotel has no wi-fi!On the plus side, the room was very clean, the beds was comfortable, and the A/C worked reasonably well (a very hot and humid night).Covid has seriously affected the hotel. No bar, no evening dinners, breakfast limited to a copy of an egg mcmuffin, bagel, or muffin. Very disappointing. Hopefully they will return to more normal soon and stop their bait and switch room reservation tactics.

My husband and I stayed for just one night and every interaction we had with the employees was pleasant and professional. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Bistro food was very good! We werent planning to eat there, but after having a late dinner our first night there we decided to stay for breakfast the next morning...and then came back for dinner that night (after we had checked out but while we were still in the area before heading home). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this location.

When I originally looked at this hotel, it was to arrange a room block for my wedding in the area. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and told me they were very understanding with big groups and weddings, as in the celebrating after the event. Two days after I set up room block, I had my grandmother call to set up her room and she was told the block was already full, which is not possible since I just set it up two days prior. When I called they told me it was “glitch in the system” and gave me a specific room I wanted, for being so understanding. Throughout the time leading up to my wedding, certain guests were getting rooms and others were being told it was booked and my room block was full, but then another person would call and a room would be available. Very confusing and disorganized.When my check in day approached I showed up three minutes after my check in time and I was told my room wasn’t ready and they didn’t know when it would be but they would move me to another room, even though I was guaranteed a room with outdoor access, due to the confusion and “glitch” with room block. I had to wait for my room with my wedding dress and bags in the lobby.After our wedding, I brought people back to the hotel, where we were told it was now quiet hours, even though I was previously told that they were more understanding because weddings often come with celebrating. I had people in my room and outside in our patio area. We were spoken to three times, one time which we were screamed at by hotel management.All in all, I will NEVER book a room here again. If you are planning on having a room block for your wedding I would DEFINITELY NOT book it here.

The convenience, comfort and location make this the perfect hotel. So close to everything but just enough out of the way so you can pick up the turnpike easily, head into town to tour, or just grab a paper. Yet there is no noisy traffic.

Rooms are clean, modern, well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Gorgeous courtyard with fire pits and waterfall is super relaxing. Theres no complementary breakfast, and the Starbucks there is really EXPENSIVE AND SLOW (were talking $3.50 for a small muffin or one small chocolate chip cookie). They do offer frozen entrees and snacks at the front desk for your microwaving pleasure. Overall it was a really nice place to stay, but I wish they offered breakfast for the price they charge.

The folks at the Courtyard in Concord NH were so very instrumental to the success of my daughters wedding weekend. We used it as the host hotel for our guests. The facilities were perfect, from the Lobby Bistro to the spacious suite to the lovely outdoor patio and fire pits for the after party. The staff could not have been more attentive to our needs and everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel as a host hotel for your next gathering.

The Courtyard in Concord was very clean. The receptionists at both incoming and departure were very friendly and genuine. The maids were very helpful when we asked for additional coffee for our room. Good place to stay on the edge of town with easy access to highways, but youll need a map or navigation app to find it easily.

We had a very pleasant nights stay. The lobby/hallways/rooms were very clean with up-to-date decor. Everything in every corner of our room was well maintained, neat and clean. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. We were very comfortable.

We booked rooms in advance for family members as we were celebrating my fathers 80th and my nieces 21st. Your hotel was a perfect stopping point as we were making our way up to Norwich University in VT the next day to have my father share his Norwich experience 60 years ago with his grandchildren. Lauren helped us make the reservations and made everything so perfect and easy on us all. She did a fantastic job and it was just as we had hoped for when we arrived. Donna was there to assist and she quickly became part of the family! She was there to help my parents take their luggage out of their car. Helped them get drinks for happy hour. She was warm and friendly and it felt like we knew her forever. My parents and everyone in the family just loved her. She even took time to set up our cupcake celebration for our niece while we were out having a nice family dinner and got guests to sing for her as she entered the lobby. Our visit exceeded our expectations simply because of the awesome staff you have. Thank you Courtyard!

We were looking for a fairly priced place to stay for a few days since we had personal things to attend to. At first its a bit hard to fnd but once we got it down it was fine. Service was good and rooms good as well but could use a bit of updating. Nice size pool especially for my grandchildren. Breakfast is good but a bit confusing when ordering.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Concord for a long weekend (June 3 - 6). I have stayed in other hotels in the area, as I have family who live near downtown. However, I am happy to report that I have found my new go to hotel. The Marriott is newly renovated, beautiful, spotless, conveniently located, and has the friendliest and most professional staff I have ever encountered. The rooms are HUGE, and the fixtures are all very new and modern. They even provide French Vanilla coffee (along with standard options) for the rooms coffee maker. The lounge is airy and has great wine selections, and the Bistro provides a small but satisfying menu if you want to grab a snack or have a good breakfast in the morning. There is also a nice pool, and a fitness room. Everyone in that hotel must have been hand-picked for their positive attitudes and ability to provide top customer service. The front desk staff, bartender, Bistro staff, housekeepers, and everyone else could not have been warmer or more welcoming. This hotel is well worth the price. They really go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, and a top notch guest experience. I am a Director of Customer Service for a sports publication, so I know a few things about how to do things the right way, and the Marriott DOES. I highly recommend a stay here.

Super hotel with great amenities and very comfortable room and bedding. Bistro is convenient and offers lots of choices. The catered event I attended was just great with wonderful food and service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lobby is spacious with several seating areas to sit and enjoy a cocktail or fresh breakfast. Our room had a balcony and very comfortable bed.

They were very accommodating. Everyone was so friendly. I was able to make a last minute change to the amount of guest to my room at check in. They said it was absolutely no problem. We crashed in the room the next day as we waited for my best friends wedding. It was nice to work with the front desk when I asked for a trash bag as there was a little more than usual trash left in the room from 10 guys hanging out so the staff did not have to pick up after us. Check out was very easy and the staff brought a cart down for us as there were none up front. Thank you to all the staff we came in contact with. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and family for future stays.

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Concord, NH this weekend while we were helping our daughter find a place to live for her new job. Our impression of the property was very welcoming from the moment that we first walked in the door. Tim at the front desk had us checked in very quickly into a very comfortable room on the third floor. When we came back down to the Bistro for a drink before dinner, both he and Tyler from the Bistro spent time with us giving us recommendations of nice areas to search for apartments. They both spent time with us making us feel very welcome to the area. After having dinner in town, we relaxed using the workout room, pool and Jacuzzi. These were all kept very clean and well stocked with towels. Later in the evening, we returned to the bar to enjoy a drink. The bartender also spent time with us to help us out with suggestions for the area. In the morning, we enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the bistro. Cole, who was working behind the counter really deserves a lot of credit for turning around a large number of customers in a short period of time with a smile and great attitude. We will definitely return for future stays at this property as every member of the staff who we had contact with put out the extra effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

Hotel is dark in hallways and common areas. Fitness equipment features dont all work. Breakfast is pricey and quality is subpar at best with few options. Service is good and rooms are average. You can get more value elsewhere.

I travel nearly every week and stay at Marriott properties as frequent as possible, so when I had a business opportunity in my home state of New Hampshire the Marriott Courtyard in Concord was a great choice. Good location, close to Concords best eateries (though the Courtyard Bistro should not be overlooked), and a very good, clean, predictable Marriott experience. Very professional, engaging staff and the property (winter in NH) was in very clean and safe conditions. Hey, its a Marriott. This property is central to any travel you may need across New Hampshire and a good selection for your next stay.

This location is very isolate so if solitude is what you are looking for this is it. Food is sparse in the offering. No real night life. The room was lovely but the temperature is hard to control. The mini fridge is good as if you are on a special eating plan you would need to bring own food. It would be better if small microwave was available as the food selection is so minimal. The pool area was great but pool was very cold not sure if it was heated or not. Served the purpose for a convention center as it was easy access. It would have been better if we had a map of local eating places or attractions.

Really nice property. I stay in Courtyards alot, and this one is better than average for sure. Rooms appear to have been remodeled recently and are very nice. Bistro service was very quick - something that several other Courtyards need to work on a bit. I would stay here again.

Attended a meeting/ convention. Hotel staff was excellent taking care of our group. Our hotel room was just fine, though we had a hideaway bed which was not needed and was not much to sit on. Room really needed a second sitting chair for two guests. Housekeeping did a good job... room was clean and in order. Very few restaurants or other attractions close by (walking distance).

Clean comfy rooms, very convenient to conference center. Easy to find off highway. Staff resolves your issues professionally. Not many options for those with gluten intolerances in diet.Good WiFi coverage.

As an event location Concord Courtyard is very clean. The staff is very attentive to your needs. The foods they provide is very good. Theres plenty of parking for medium sized venue however I have been to a job fair here and the parking was not sufficient for the number of people. This is probably a special circumstance and is likely a rarity. Some of the rooms were a little chilly.

Myself and a friend stayed there for the night. We had a test to take at that same location the next day. The service was wonderful. The women working the front desk was very pleasant and friendly. She even showed us which way to go for the test at the convention center. The room was clean and beautiful. We had a patio with a view of the garden area which was also very beautiful and tranquil. We said as soon as we walked into the room that we would book down there again for a mini getaway soon.

My stay was for a simple overnighter until I could get to my summer island rental the next morning. Overall, the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the area. Great people to have a conversation with if you are traveling alone.

Check-in was pleasant. I think the girls name was Allie. The room was a typical room nothing special. The guy working 3rd shift last night was creepy; speaking to a girl (I think an employee) inappropriately. Maybe she was housekeeping or something. It was enough where I won’t be back. Use to enjoy during race weekend even though rates are high.

Great place. Has conference center attached to it so it was very convenient. The Bistro has good food and very reasonable. All in all, was a very nice stay.

We were looking for last minute lodging close to the ski slopes and stumbled across the Courtyard Concords ski and stay package for nearby Pats Peak. The Courtyard Concord was extremely affordable and conveniently located. We enjoyed an awesome dinner in downtown Concord, a comfortable and restful night sleep, followed by a great day on the slopes. Would definitely return to the Courtyard Concord!

All the amenities were excellent. Everything was well lit, clean, comfortable and in plain sight. All I needed was available and there was no clutter with anything unnecessary. Comfortable chairs and ottomans placed off to the side showed that the room could accommodate more than just my needs but all my needs were easily met. Great location, right off highway, yet still quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is clean, neat, and comfortable. The lobby is modern and beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is very good. The staff is what makes this a great place to stay. They are helpful, friendly, and attentive all the time. They really take the time to make sure you have what you need and are happy with your stay. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with them. I have never written a review, but I wanted to acknowledge this hotel and staff as excellent in every way!

Staying at this hotel was a great experience, from the front desk staff who kindly directed me in when my GPS was not working, to the well-appointed, clean room and super-comfortable bed. I had a very good nights sleep before a conference the next day! The front lobby was clean and up-to-date and it was so easy to get to the Grappone Center, just feet away.

I had a quick stay from driving my daughter to Boston. It was pleasant and nice. Very comfortable beds. I had to skip breakfast. There was only one person working and was too busy. I didnt want to wait and left it at that. Other than that it was very pleasant.

This location disappoints. I am a lifetime platinum member so have stayed at many properties. This was far from one of my favorite.

The staff at the Marriott Courtyard in Concord New Hampshire are the best in all hotels that i have stayed this past year. I travel each week and have logged over 170 nights of hotel stays. This team makes this hotel as my permanent choice when I visit Concord.

We went to spend the night before my daughters practical exam in cosmetology. With the test at 7:30am, and a 30+ minute drive, we felt it would be a better option, and keep her stress levels down. The first thing she did was relax at the pool, which was a huge plus. We later had excellent service and food at The Bistro, fairly late in the evening. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, convenient, and accommodating to our check-in and check-out requirement, as well as my accessibility needs.

Loved the Narriott Courtyard conveniently locatedand quiet spot. Great staff, and amenities. Love the food counter and comfortable dining tables great if your having a working or relaxing meal alone or with company. It is very separate from the loung area. Rooms are clean and well decorated the staff is friendly and accommodating. Never met a Marriott that I didnt e joy the experience. But I will keep trying

Room was ok bed was very comfortable. Food was awful. Starbucks coffee? Why we are in New England folks. West coast coffee west coast menu. Not impressed.

Overall, our stay was very nice. Location and property very good. Our room was very clean and comfortable except the location near the ice machine was a bit noisy. In addition, there were several parties on our floor -- finally at 1:30am I had to call the front desk. We are giving Courtyard another try tonight in Independence, Ohio. So far, it has been wonderful. Love the bistro in both locations.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Entire room was perfectly clean. Wifi was good, channel selection was good as well. The store within the hotel could use a few more options, very small and limited.

If you are in the Concord, NH area, do yourself a favor and stay at the Courtyard Marriott there. The hotel is terrific. They have a nice Bistro/Bar/Lounge area. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The wifi works great. Best of all, the staff will welcome you and really make you feel welcome.

Great updated room! WiFi worked well, and overall the staff were very welcoming and helpful.The only opportunity I could find is that there was no full length mirror in the room, and our friends room had a balcony attached and we did not (I do not believe there was a difference in cost for this, but we were not offer this as an option).I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.

Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was cool, clean and comfortable. After a long hot day it was such a relief to get there and have a super clean, already-air-conditioned room, fluffy towels, hot shower... beds were comfy, linens were crisp and clean. Starbucks/Bistro in lobby was fantastic. Well worth the money considering ESPECIALLY I stayed the night before at a Quality Inn in Merrimack,for the same price, and it was disgusting!

Stay at Courtyard Marriott for a convention where service was excellent as always. Checking in was a breeze and everyone everywhere was wonderful.

Our stay at the Courtyard Concord was easy, efficient, pleasant, and well-located. Just a few minutes from downtown Concord, and within a few miles of good restaurants, especially Cc Tomato for dinner and Veanos for breakfast. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. The venue is kept clean. Parking is plentiful. Rooms not overpriced.

We were invited to an event that was literally next door on NYE and so I chose this hotel. My husband and I travel often and this was a nice surprise! The bed was comfy and the decor unique. The staff was super friendly, too!

Front desk remembers your name and your business with smiles. Nice pool and hot tub. Awesome rooms. Starbucks is a bummer because well...its Starbucks. Overall a great hotel.

We have stayed at the Courtyard Concord four or five times this year to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We have always received top notch service and attention from the staff right from when we enter the property to every aspect of our stay. The staff is extremely well trained and is very friendly. The hotel is just the right size so you are not overwhelmed by a huge number of guests and the staff is very well cross trained to handle peak time volumes which will occur in different times of the day. During this visit, we received extra special attention from Natalie, Tyler and Cole who helped us with suggestions to plan our weekend activities in addition to their high level of service taking care of us. We look forward to returning again to the Courtyard Concord in the fall!

I was there for an event. Didnt see any of the rooms, just the function haul. However it was all nice and clean. The bathrooms were easy to find. No complaints here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference. I was happy with the cleanliness of the entire place and the room was very nice and comfortable. My only issue was the staff was a bit rude and not willingly to help. The bartender didnt know basic ingredients to drinks at the bar and couldnt really answer any questions about amenities at the hotel.

Service is friendly,courteous and helpful. The hotel room is clean,nicely decorated and has freah white linens which I really like. Hotel also has lovely little amenities like Paul Mitchell products ,a magnifying mirror and a balcony. We will definitely be back!

Room was nice however was not cleaned the second day I was there and garbage was filling up. Asked the next morning how often rooms are cleaned and was told daily. Explained that mine was not cleaned yesterday. Asked if I had do not disturb on my door-I did not. Next day garbages were cleaned out but nothing was replenished. No coffee for the next am. Called front desk at 530am and was told Starbucks did not open until 630am

The staff responded promptly to our requests, check-in and out was highly efficient, it was clean and quiet, loved having the Starbucks in the hotel. The only complaint is that the pool and Jacuzzi did not have water in them, not sure why when they were inside. Thanks for the great stay!!!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Concord and found the location was perfect for our needs. We were attending a wedding nearby and this hotel really fit the bill. It was priced right, clean, convenient and the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend this to other guests looking for a nice getaway.

Very nice staff, very clean. Loved the balcony as well. They also were very accommodating as I could not get a Hotel anywhere nearby because of my age.

This was a bright and clean Courtyard in a convenient location. What truly impressed my family and me was the friendliness of the staff. They were willing to make adjustments, deliver food to the room (even though there is no official room service). I actually felt guilty when I didnt use the food service! I recommend this property!

If you are staying in the Merrmack Valley region, definitely consider this hotel. In a quiet area of the extreme north end of Concord, its also a quick drive (or even pleasant walk) to the north end of downtown. Staff are great and stay was comfortable.

Great place to stay, very easy going with big groups. The only knock is that I was told there were no rooms when I called over the phone, so I booked my first night in town in the Holiday inn and my second night at the courtyard. We were there for a wedding and when we stopped by the courtyard to visit our friends, (about an hour after we tried to book a room) they said that there were plenty of rooms, and they tell everyone over the phone that there are no openings. Im not exactly sure why they have that operating procedure but long story short, maybe drop by in person if you can.

Few problems with my checkout but was a confusing situation on my part. The room was clean aside from the dirty towels in the closet and the bud light can in the curtains. One of the ladies at the front desk made it all worth it. Overall would recommend.

Modern room..very pretty. I am here 4 nights. Room is not cleaned the third day. Garbage was pretty filled. Went down to guest services and was asked if I had privacy request on my door. If I had, I wouldnt be down here asking if rooms are cleaned daily (it was 5pm when I returned, left 730am). Come back to the room today after training and nothing was replenished so no creamer or sugar for a coffee tomorrow am....o wait, no coffee either. The garbage however was empty. Not thrilled with customer service

As always the Marriotts in Concord are fantastic to stay at. I just wish this one had a continental breakfast like the others in the city for the price you pay. Overall, great place to stay.

Friendly staff and well trained. I was also able to check in early (on line) and had no problems throughout my stay.

After a long flight from Los Angeles I arrived at the Marriott at 1:00 in the morning but there was no one at the front desk or anywhere else for 45 minutes. I explained this to someone a few days later expecting for a manager to reach out to me but no one ever did. Very disappointing.

Our faimly gathered at the Courtyard from all over the country to celebrate a milestone birthday. The hotel provided a convenient location, roomy meeting rooms and marvelous ambiance. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff, from housekeeping through front desk staff, restaurant personnel and hotel management were EXTRAORDINARY in their commitment to service. They routinely went above and beyond to accomodate our party and ensure an enjoyable gathering. This was a great party at a great location!

Staff at the Courtyard in Concord were very friendly and helpful. Seemed delighted to be of assistance. The Pats Peak package was a great deal for us. It is a 35 minute ride to the mountain but easy drive.Breakfast was not included, but it was very good. Daughter loved the French Toast. Had some healthy options.

Had a great stay. Staff was great and our room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the Netflix kept cutting out and eventually just didnt want to load, which was annoying. Would stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. The bedrooms, exercise room, and pool room are very spacious and clean. There is a bistro on site where you can order good, reasonably priced food without having to leave the hotel. Will definatly stay here again when in the area.

OK place and good location from highway but thats about it. Expensive breakfast and only Starbucks coffee (at a cost) to get you going. Concord does have restaurants and coffee options on the way to/from where you need to be so overall it was OK place.

It is always very pleasant and quick to check in regardless of what is going on around us. The rooms are always comfortable and have very comfy beds. The staff is quick to smile and pleasant and attentive. The Marriott employees seem to be in a class by themselves with regard to demeanor. I have never had an unpleasant moment with any staff members at any of the Marriott hotels.

Wonderful hotel, the rooms were so cute, bed was comfortable. The lounge area was great and the cafe had just what we needed. The two ladies who took care of us in the Cafe were so helpful, nice and went over and above for us. Great hotel and staff. Thanks

This hotel has become my go-to when visiting family in Concord. The hotel has everything I need for a great stay. The rooms are decent sized and spotless (and modern), the fitness room and pool are great, the bistro serves breakfast and wine and light fare, and the entire staff couldnt be nicer.

I have asthma and allergies, and was grateful that this hotel has gone green-there were no chemical or fragrance smells in my room or on sheets. What a relief! Hotel was new, clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was quiet, dark, and the bed was awesome. I had the best sleep Ive had in a hotel in awhile!

Went to New Hampshire for a wedding, and stayed at the Marriott in Concord. Simple, Easy check-in, Suite was ready, Spacious, CLEAN. Nice Balcony! Did NOT use any other facilities other than having cocktails at bar, and grabbing coffee in the morning from the inhouse Starbucks. Would stay again!

The Courtyard by Marriott Concord is located right off of 93 South and near a outdoor plaza. We were coming back from Ice Castles and this was right on the way back home. We were all able to get some food from a nearby Chinese restaurant close to around 11pm. The room was more spacious than we had originally thought. The room TV had difficulties trying to connect to Netflix, so we hooked up a laptop instead. Bed and bathroom were you typical hotel quality.

Overall I was disappointed with hotel cleanliness and responsiveness of the staff I was there with a large group and overall everyone had the same opinion and we will not be staying there again. About 30 families in our group travel to this area for tournaments at least once a year and will not stay here again.as a matter of fact we Will be back down the fallowing weekend and if we had had a good experience we would have stayed again.
