BUYERS BEWARE!!!Purchased kitchen cabinets and appliances from Lowe’s in February of 2021, told our project would be completed in May... miss measured kitchen cabinets, had to wait for a reorder that was wrong again! Our refrigerator does not fit!! We paid and were promised installation of sink, faucet, appliances - subcontractor stated only installs cabinets... we had to hire a plumber and electrician to install our appliances and kitchen and demo our island (in original install contract)The reordered cabinets came missing 3 doors, one cabinet was not even drilled for the doors, promised a month ago that the doors would arrive in 7 days... still waiting. Our refrigerator has been in our living room for 4 months!! Requested a meeting with the store manager and regional and no one got back to us!! We have to chase Lowe’s down... lengthy emails, pictures, paying since February and management could careless about their customers! We’ve spent thousands!! The department, store, business is horribly mismanaged! We will never shop at LOWE’S!! It’s been a stressful nightmare of total chaos!!

If you want incredibly low quality interior doors, Lowes is your store. 5 of the 7 doors required some type of repair before they could be installed or painted. The other 2 were too defective to be repaired and had to be returned. Our door installer said in 20 years of working with doors, hes never seen a batch of such poor quality doors. The door manufacture tried to hide some of the flaws by patching with putty before they left the factory, but putty didnt solve the misalignment. Keep in mind other doors may be more expensive, but by the time you get done paying your installer to fix the flaws, they will come out close to the same price.Other aspects of Lowes may be good, but they get 1 star for interior doors. These were custom sized doors otherwise we could have inspected them before we loaded them onto the cart.

Poor customer service! Really disorganized pro and pick up desk... they dont know where to find paperwork for rental blow in insulation machine. After 30 min they come up with a excuse that the manufacturer havent provide them with paper work to rent machine??? Really lazy and unprofessional excuse to they laziness😡

The sales rep had told us that our fridge would arrive the next day. The next day they were not only two and half hours late but they were rude and did not want to install our refrigerator. They saw our steps in the front of my house and rudely said Im not going to do this and break my back. They said they also couldnt hook it up because we had a copper valve not only were they unapologetic from how inconvenienced we were but they were very rude and helpless. They left without bringing up the fridge and hooking it up. I was talking to them and they ignored me and went in their truck and drove away. I was begging them to stay and help but they did not. They shipped it back to the store. The next two days they arrive again this time with more people cause apparently they needed help. They not only complained but refused to help with connecting the fridge with the copper valve. My son also begged for them to help. Thank god our neighbor who was a plumber was able to help us install it because the guys that deliver with Lowes were helpless and incompetent people that are lazy and do not care about customer satisfaction. When they delivered it they did not even take the tape off of inside and outside the refrigerator.They did not properly set anything up. I would never in a million years recommend you guys to anyone. I need to be compensated for this type of behavior and unprofessionalism. They gave us nothing but a headache and worries that last for about a week. Our groceries went bad because of this company. Never ever in my life will they get a single penny from me.

We purchased carpet on June 11. Our plan was to have it installed at the end of July or first week in August as we were preparing to sell our home. We waited for a call from the installers which came on July 29 to be installed on July 30. The installers arrived and to our surprise this was not the carpet we ordered. We had to cancel this order but did not have time to re-order the carpet we wanted as our home will be listed within a couple of weeks and we could not wait another month and a half for carpet. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. As my wife and I went back to Lowes to get our refund, that same morning another person had returned carpeting due to similar problem. I normally will shop at Lowes first after having re-modeled two different homes and would normally rate this a four or five stars, however, in this case I would rate them one star. They need to sort out with their suppliers to get orders correct, at least with carpet.

Probably the worst managed Lowes in the county. Its obvious their staff is there to do nothing. Recent visit for a custom window treatment, and nobody knew how to create an order in the system, including the store manager. Wow.The person assigned to window covering tried to get rid of us by falsely telling us we needed to make appointment to visit the window covering department, then changed his story that he didnt know how.Just a bunch of incompetent person here....Lowes corporate complaint in the works!

THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN APPLIANCES AS BRAND NEW THEN GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND WHEN YOU CALL THEM ABOUT IT.EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE LOOKS MISREBLE AND IT THEN CAUSES CUSTOMERS TO HAVE HORRIBLE EXPIRENCES AND RECIEVE BROKEN PRODUCTS BECASUE OF HOW CARELESS THEIR STAFF IS.PS WHEN YOU DO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM ON A FAULTY PRODUCT JUST CALL THEIR CORPTATE OFFICES AND GO ABOVE THEM. IT WILL SAVE YOU SO MUCH TIME AND A HEADACHE.

I actually like coming to Lowes to look through all the home goods and home improvements. These kinds of stores can be intimidating because they are so big. Lowes is so clean and labeled so neatly, that I feel that I do not get lost and do not need to ask for help finding anything.

The store was clean & organized. The folks working there were very helpful & friendly. Highly reccomend this over Home Depot which I go out of my way to avoid.

The hand sanitizer was empty at the entranced soonest I told one of the workers the Managers and security started following me because I was dressed on my working cloths but I did get great service from cashier Mr Deed

Terrible experience. Ordered online, paid $85 for delivery, waited for the entire delivery window and got nothing. Called the delivery company only to find out that Lowes Concord cancelled my delivery in the morning. No notification, no rescheduling, nothing. Had to call the store to reschedule. Been on the phone for 45 mins and still nobody to pick up the call. Thanks a lot

Great selection of products, if you can find them. If you cant, ask one of the crew. I had a specific need from the web, couldnt find it, and had a crew member find the right part, even though there was no marked space for it. Thats what great customer service is all about!

I like this Lowes, just the right amount of shoppers, great deals, helpful staff ... they have improved and stepped up. I widh they would have more staff over the weekend.

This Lowes has more styles to choose from than home Depot and osh; we dont have a dairy fancy house but we are in a mid/ high end home and Lowes allows us to start in budget but friendly in style.

The Representatives that helped me today need to be commended. William, Adolfo, AL and Deysi. They are awesome people and I was so very glad for their help. Especially William in bath and shower dept. He went the extra mile. They all did but especially William. Also, shout out to the 2 gentlemen that loaded my car, did not get their names. Thank you!

Great products and service. Came here for some parts and repair supplies. One of the items we wanted was displayed as in-stock online but its place was empty on the shelf. It took a little bit because staff was busy, but someone came to refresh the shelf stock for us. They were very courteous and friendly. Good selection of plants and seeds in the garden center, but the houseplants almost all have fungus gnats youll need to deal with.

Just have trouble I’m this store to find what I’m looking for. I guess if a better high tech way of knowing where to find items were available then maybe I’d be able to find my necessary items.

Good store could use more workers..

Called for availability of fencing product. They stated they had it in stock. Drove 30 miles and waited an hour. Did not have fence boards. Inventory floor personnel acted like they didnt care. They supposedly found it but they were labeled wrong. Great way to pay my contractor for 4 hours of wasted time! Not my usual experience with Lowes, but dont trust their computer inventory. Do it yourself store if you have the time only to find DYI things.

Zero stars. No department answers their phone. I was trying to check inventory for a last minute wedding emergency and these people didnt bother to answer the phone in any area of the store. Dont bother giving business to people that can only serve in person.

Beautiful garden center! Help is a little sparse but warm day and lots of shoppers. Bit of a jaunt for me but well worth it!

Checkout is a nightmare when 8 people waiting to use self check and no help on the way to shorten line = Bad customer service. Those trying to use self scanners were struggling as codes were not coming up.

They were out of sod when I went last. Otherwise I would have given a 5.

It is very close to my house and they have a great inventory of items in stock.

This store is clean and well organized. They staff is also friendly and willing to help out and answer questions to help you make an informed decision.

I need a jump starter for my car so I looked online and Lowes had the best price. So I climbed in my vehicle and decided to head on over that way The website said that they had 16 in stock, and were on Aisle 17 Bay 1.Once I got to the store thats where I headed. I looked in the supposed location and saw many other products similar to the one I needed however I didnt see the one that was online. I asked a guy in the nearest red vest, and once he was done with the customer he was helping he headed over to the aisle to help me. He checked the inventory on his computer, which showed that they had 18 actually. However, he didnt know where they were. So we headed to the front of the store to look in locked cage where the valuable merchandise is kept.Once we look through there, there was three employees now aiding me and locating my purchase. Unfortunately, they all said the same thing, It shows we have 18 in stock, but I dont know where they are. At that point I accepted this as their final response and left the store empty handed.Now my grief isnt with the employees there by any means. They went out of their way to help me locate what I wish to purchase. However, apparently none of them were privy to the stock on hand or where it might be located. So I made the trip down there for nothing. It makes one wonder what exactly is the use of the website or app as regards to current available stock.

Found everything we needed. Things are fully stocked and store was clean. The only downside was long checkout lines.

Massive inventory and organizational issues at this store. I have been shopping here for a while so this is not just off one visit. They never seem to know where stuff is. Today I put in an online order, they say its fulfilled, then they switch it to canceled. I call, no one answers their customer service line. I call curbside pickup, finally get someone. They tell me that the item is probably in the store but the person looking for it couldnt find it. Another example is calling curbside pickup, 45 minutes later, call again, they are having trouble locating the order that is marked ready for pickup. I really want Lowes to be better than Home Depot because the company has so much better policies but the massive amount of disorganization in this store makes like pulling teeth to shop there.

The custmoer service here is horrible! Especially for retuns and online order pick ups. Everytime Ive been to the store to return or pick an order the lines are always long and only 1 person working the returns and pick counter despite the all the employees hanging out in the area one 1 is actually working.

The customer service is very bad. Weve tried to call the store 100 times to speak to an associates and the phone keeps ringing and nobody answers. The ones who answers, doesnt really have much information and keep transferring us to the right department, which then is never available. Due to the pandemic you would think that they will pay extra attentions to phone enquiries as most folks are avoiding to go in person. Very disappointed.

While I will say this is the friendliest visit Ive ever had at this location. But that said, as nice as the staff was, in my over 2.5 hours spent seeking a part for my sink- quite standard- the area was in such unorganized disarray it made the search impossible. Where this went neg for me is in the time I was there, not ONE employee responded or came to assist when requested. The response I got was that the staff who knew these things all retired recently. And that was that. But it cost me $80 of buying more than I needed for trial and error at home, and this was no necessary. Reason being, I dont feel like their lack of incompetent skills should cost me my time and gas to return the unneeded products. Buyer beware, either go without questions or Dont go. Simple as that. I will close with saying Raeanna was the most patient sweetest soul of a cashier whom stood as pleasant as one could be while my confusion at the register of what to do carried us over her shift time- again as I tried to ask if I could get help or clarity on simple plumbing hook ups. No one responded again... But her patience and kindness never once faultered to a level of any disregard towards me or the confusion causing her a delay in leaving for the evening. This was pure bliss all things considered. The girl had manners and respect. Not many do nowadays... A good face for the brand no doubt. The type they should notice and curate for growth. Time will tell...

Horrid experience, pickup order was missing an item, which apparently is not stocked but still sold on Lowes website. Could not refund me until an hour later due to system issue. Waited over an hour left without resolution. Still has not gotten a refund for the item 2 weeks later. Wont visit again or order for pickup at Lowes.

Great store. Love the discount plants! The only problem is Home Depot has better carts. Back in the day, they had the same problem over there, where you’d have trouble finding a cart or you’d get a wonky one. They fixed it. Now Home Depot has plenty of carts and they’re in good condition. Lowe’s, it’s time for you to catch up! No more uneven carts and you need to get a bunch so people don’t have to go looking for them.

This store has nearly everything, including BOTH Halloween AND Christmas decorations on display. They dont have enough people answering calls, sadly, which makes it difficult to know whether to make the trip for something that may not be in stock. Still, once youre there, its pretty amazing and easy to get lost in all the possible upgrades available. JimBob gives it 2 thumbs up. Check it out.

Like Lowes a lot more than Home Depot but they insist my dog be on leash when hes trained to be off leash. Home Depot never says anything about my dog. Its also a lot further away than Home Depot.

Called ahead looking for propane, asking customer service if they had 5 lb tanks in stock, they said yes without checking. None on the floor after a 20 minute drive to get there.Thats a big no for me.

Its a big store with lots of stuff like home depot. But unlike HD, you dont feel like you will be run over by someone with 436 pounds of lumber, cement or chicken wire. Its a nice balance. Prices are not exceptional, but the lighting and overall state of facility feels fresh and clean. If youve been to HD lately you know? The flow of parking is very well thought out. One doesnt have to brave trucks loading or being speared by 2x4s when entering. Where they can improve is the number of cashiers. They rarely have cashiers and guide you to self check. This means you cannot use military or other discounts, as these require someone to key in your info. On the floor, I can usually have someone help me. In last few months I have built a fence, installed a new toilet, installed pavers, built a shed. All materials from there. When I built a pergola, I found the quality of the redwood not the best and often picked through. I went to a lumber yard for the good wood. But dont we all?

Helpful staff! But evidently things like water heaters that are show on the web site are not actually available and even tho you can place the order they will eventually cancel it on you. Over and over. It seems they are just trying to get you to come into the store to buy the more expensive units. So dont depend on the online only units to actually show up. If you need it by a certain time just find one in stock somewhere and get that.

They are generally very helpful at this store; more so than another big box retailer. The store is very clean. As I said, people are helpful and knowledgeable, when you can find them. I recently had to do tile work, which I had never done before. A genteman in the flooring area basically lead me to everything that I needed and told me what I needed to do at each step. Awesome guy. Job done.

Terrible customer service. Whenever I call for an order or whatever; I can never get through. Instead I have to waste my time and drive there like a rube.
