After reading all the good reviews, we hired them for move-in cleaning. But our experience was horrible with them. The house is pretty clean and empty without furniture except dusty due to sanding of the hardwood floor. We communicated to them our need and also offered them cold water in the refrigerator. We left the two staff from Princess Maid Service for several hours to mop and dust the house. When we returned to the house, we found the house was as dusty as before and a winder frame was broken. We had to walk through the house and point out the issues and they did a quick spot cleaning then they left the house in a hurry and did not complete the job to a satisfactory level. After they left, we realized that they also took all the cold drinks from the refrigerator. When we provided our feedback to the manager, all he said was that we provided it too late for them to send the staff back to re-clean the house. We will never hire them again. It was the MOST horrible experience! We felt being cheated out of $360 + cold drinks + a broken window frame from them.
