Tammy S. and Elizabeth do a wonderful job cleaning our home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with their efficient and thorough cleaning. There have been times I have asked for a bit more attention to an area I didn’t get to, aka a greasy stove top or my granddaughter’s glitter spill, and they are happy to help.We have been pleased with deep cleaning and a moving clean, as well. Also Tammy works with us when we need to change a date. Maid for You NH is professional in every regard.

Our cleaner did the most thorough standard clean we have experienced since moving to NH last year. She was pleasant to have around and followed the MaidForYou checklist, which she left at the end of her visit. We have requested her as our permanent cleaning person. My husband contacted Tammy as a surprise for me to have the deep cleaning done to our home last year and this was the first time I had someone come to clean my home. I was happy but a little nervous as well. Tammy came to our house to provide a quote for the deep cleaning and go over everything that would be done. She was extremely friendly, professional and loved our two shih tzu’s. For all the work her employees did the price was well worth every penny. We were so happy with the service that we decided to have them come once a month for maintenance cleaning. I had only one regret that I didn’t do this a long time ago. I am very happy with my first cleaning. Tammy was kind enough to arrange for two cleaners instead of the typical single cleaner so that the big job could be wrapped up in time for my kiddos nap time.

Tammy arrived at my house 30 minutes before our scheduled walk-through/quote. She was pleasant. I was requesting a quote for a deep clean of our house but she said that they dont do some of the tasks I was requesting due to liability such as cleaning walls or under/behind furniture. This was frustrating, but not a deal breaker. I provided Tammy with a written list of the items we discussed being included in the cleaning as well as what I didnt need cleaned. When I received the quote by email it clearly was a generic quote as it did not include items from our conversation (that were provided in writing) and included items I specifically said I didnt need cleaned. The price was also very high considering I would have to go back through and clean the areas they wouldnt. I have no confidence that they would clean what was requested if the quote was not even done correctly. It seems if you need a generic basic cleaning theyd be okay, but not if you want a cleaning tailored to meet your needs.

It was great for us to get a recommendation from a friend for Maid for Yous service. My elderly parents were living alone and my mother was growing very weak with terminal illness. Maid for You took a huge weight off overall household maintenance. It has continued to be a good service, overall, although there were times I wished the cleaner would put more elbow grease into her once-every-four-week cleaning. Because I wasnt home when she arrived, I left her a couple notes that I hoped would be specific and friendly. After this last cleaning, I walked in after work and everything looked sparkly. It smelled fresh the way I like in a newly cleaned home. I could see that she had done what I asked in terms of moving items and furniture (within reason) in order to get dust and cobwebs that build up over time. We will continue to employ Maid for You, and I have recommended to other friends i our group.

Poor management, poor communication and unprofessional. I had received a visit from Tammy a month ago. She gave me a reasonable quote and I booked three months of weekly cleanings. The first cleaning was yesterday. Tammy confirmed a 1pm appointment the day before. Nobody showed, so I called and Tammy said they had booked a last-minute cleaning before mine and the girl was “on her way” I would have expected a courtesy call as we had a 1pm appointment. Well, 2 hours later, still no show. No communication. Tammy never even called to apologize or reschedule. I called her today and told her it was not a good fit. No respect for other people’s time!!

Buyer beware. I hired this company to deep clean my 2-story house. They did an initial walk-thru quote and we went over what was needed and scheduled a date for them to come clean. She sent two employees to clean the house and unfortunately after the end result, I truly believe they were not trained to do a deep clean, which is poor management and training on the owners part. They both spent 90% of the day on the upstairs which has two bathrooms and three rooms. The owner came by at 3pm to “catch them up” and she rushed them to finish and she rushed through cleaning the entire downstairs. They simply didn’t clean many of the things we agreed on during the quote. They also broke a glass vase and did not tell me until they were leaving. Little did they know it was actually an heirloom from my grandmother, and they only compensated me with a gift card to TJ Maxx. After discussing with the owner that many things were missed and it was not a deep clean, but a surface clean, she did offer to come back but with a condescending tone. I did not have immediate availability and the more I conversed with her I became more uncomfortable with letting her back in my home and declined. I asked for 20% of my money back and she declined, basically blaming me for saying the job was bigger than expected and threatened me with a fake cc’d email to her lawyer. Clearly as a business owner she doesn’t know how to handle an unhappy customer in a professional manner. Therefore I will say she is unprofessional and has never trained her employees on a deep clean, or showed them how to manage their tasks or time. I would not recommend this company to clean your house. There were MANY surfaces left with streaks and so many things missed. If you have a small apartment or office, they may be good for that, or if you only need a surface cleaning. If you have an average sized house, buyer beware, do not hire them to do any sort of cleaning.
