A place where you can get an amazing workout! They have everything you need to be successful, clean environment, trending classes, soulful yoga, extensive equipment. The staff is helpful and will help you on your way!

Place has extremely rude staff, overpriced. Threaten to tow Emts and paramedics from across the street when they use the gyms parking lot Because the EMS crews parking spots are all full even though they never fill all their own spots, probably because the rude and unpleasant service. They don’t help people get in shape and don’t help people in general especially our heros during the Covid 19 crisis.

A great gym that offers a variety of classes, personal training, and a wide variety of cardio, weight Machines, and free weights. A great and encouraging atmosphere that will help motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Im very satisfied with my progress so far.

I love the amazing instructors and the variety of classes at 53 Degrees North! There is such an up beat atmosphere there. Plus this gym is so clean !

SO much space... I like classes and usually I have to go to the gym at ungodly hours of the day for the classes I like. 43 has the space for 4 or 5 classes at the same time and you are not shoved in a tiny little room.

Great upscale gym. Would reccomend it to anyone serious about working out!

I teach hip hop dance classes and of course all the classes are awesome.
