This is a nice family owned gym, the owner is a professional bodybuilder and has been his dream of owning a gym. Being family owned the equipment is second-hand and a little beatup but for the most part all the equipment is working properly which is better than most gyms. This place is a little on the expensive for the short term memberships but if you go for the longer ones its very affordable.

This place has everything we need, nice and safe and clean. Plus Kim (co owner) is the sweetest. 24/7 access is a bonus.

Freddie and Kim run an awesome facility here. Always friendly, very clean, and an awesome place to workout.They offer private Training as well thatll help you get to the next level.Cant recommend them enough.

Best local gym my wife and I have found in the Concord area. Has all the equipment and free weights you ever need to accomplish your goals, and the owners are extremely friendly and personable. I dont see myself going to any other gym so long as we remain in the Concord area.

Wife and I joined a few weeks back, and are loving it. Of all the gyms we visited in the Concord area, this one is the best; they have all the equipment and free weights you need to accomish whatever goals you have in mind. The owners are very friendly and approachable too. Will recommend to anyone in the Concord area for sure.

An average gym with machines, weights, massage and tanning. Not too expensive. Nice place to avoid the crowd.

Jacob Crihfield, I believe youve written this review on the wrong gym. This facility doesnt have tanning or massages. This is 24/7 Total Fitness on Trinity Church Rd.Andres Carmona, I believe you have also written this review on the wrong 24/7 gym. We have never charged $1 for enrollment and have never charged $20 card fee because we dont use cards we use electronic key pad. Also our yearly maintenance fee has never been $39 it has always been $20 for 12 months and $10 for 6 months.

What they don’t tell you,let me break down the fees they say $1.00 enrollment fee that’s a lie they charge $20 card fee plus the $19 first month plus the $1.00 enrollment fee so $40 do today and $19 a month and a month later you get charge with $39 for the yearly fee and for all those hidden fees I didn’t joint it I hate sneaky business

Awesome gym, only 24 hour around with anything u need, planet fitness has got nothing on this place, also expert trainers... Really know their stuff
