The rear view mirror in my Audi unglued and broke. I got a replacement mirror from eBay and Adam installed it for me. All sensors worked. Very knowledgeable and professional. Service was provided free of charge. I am extremely happy! 👍

I called around trying to find a reputable place that does the job professionally and quickly, 50/50 is an auto glass specialized business that only does glass, and also very affordable. Adam was very helpful and friendly. He called and ordered a new window after our phone conversation and guaranteed the job will be done the same day even if I called in the afternoon. But once in the garage he realized that the problem was the modulator/motor, he went ahead and ordered the correct parts and fixed the door the same day as promised. I would recommend Adam for for fixing you auto glass needs.

Excellent Customer Service. Great workmanship. Install a side quarter window on my Tacoma truck. They cleaned up all of the broken glass installed new window. The cost was a great value but most of all the job was done on time and excellent workmanship.

When you walk in, you think you are at a high end spa. Beautiful interior waiting room like a lobby of a 4 star hotel complete with gorgeous plants etc. Then you look into their garage and realize its probably cleaner than the dinner plates in your cabinet. Ive never seen a cleaner automotive garage. Go look. And yes, they do a fantastic job repairing or replacding your windshield. This is based off of customer service through phone. Called and spoke to a woman who gave me a quote & then appointment 3 days after the call. A guy calls me an hour before my appointment to give me a story about why my appointment is cancelled, something that has to do with product arriving damaged and hell call back within a few minutes to give me another date . Never called back so went for another provider did it the next day.

I was able to make an apt for the next day and they did a beautiful job filling the chip in my windshield. They were prompt, professional and explained everything to me. I had an extremely positive experience with this company today. I showed up with what I thought was a minor gap/issue with the adhesive on my windshield. Turns out it was completely loose and I shouldn’t have been driving it at all- I had told my dealership about the issue but they negligently did not tell me there was a recall issue with my car.This company did! The owner was super super nice and even drove me back home in the middle of his busy day so I wouldn’t have to call an Uber.The work was quoted in advance, prices were fair, staff were prompt communicative and professional, and texted me with updates. They even took vids and gave me all the info I needed to get reimbursed because of the recall issue.Not only that, they washed my car and vacuumed it. Seriously- best auto glass place ever. This place is amazing. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. My wife and i recently bought a car from a used car dealer. It had a crack in the windshield and the dealer had their normal place put in a new windshield. They screwed it up. The next morning the windshield was lifting from the car. We took it to 50/50 and they took their time to look it over and see what happened. Come to find out they installed the wrong glass and installed it wrong. Had my wife or I got into an accident we could have been serious hurt. 50/50 got us squared away and installed the right glass. We will definitely be giving them all our future business.

I just had a window replaced here and they cleaned up all the broken glass too and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Their prices are really good. No issues of any kind whatsoever.

The staff is quite friendly and professional. My window was installed much quicker than expected. I was also pleasantly surprised as to how well they cleaned the inside of my car and the windows. For anyone anyone who chooses to wait in the building, they have a clean waiting room with sanitizer available.

I needed a windshield replacement for a brand new Mercedes. I brought it to 50/50 and had it replaced in a couple of hours. The only problem, the auto-wiper sensor wasnt working after. I brought it back in, and they gave me a loaner vehicle for the day. Excellent customer service. The owner knows how to treat his customers. Highly recommended.

Great shop. I brought in a F250 with a driver side window that wasnt working right. And an explorer with a broken driver wi dow. They were very honest and upfront with prices. Did clean work and even showed me the broken parts from the F250. They got the work done immediately and got me back on the road as fast as they could. Will definately be recommending them to others and be bringing my expedition in for other work. Great job 50/50!

I got 2 chips repaired and got home and had a huge 10 inch crack in a completely different spot. I know its always possible for this to happen but the spot where the crack started, it just doesnt make sense.

Did an amazing job replacing a previously botched windshield elsewhere. This is my new goto shop for window replacement. Used angle grinder to remove rust, primered, and did everything proper, thats a big deal for Sprinter vans. Very happy, and they are accommodating and friendly. Also a clean waiting room. Happy.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service provided by this business. They offered the best deal in town ( I had called 5 other locations in the area) and were able to get me in the very next day. I really enjoyed the fact that they have designated parking spaces for their customers, they share a parking lot with other businesses so I was able to park as soon as I pulled into the lot. When I walked in I was greeted right away by the owner, he seemed in very good spirits and made me feel welcomed. They have a very nice and modern interior design with a waiting room that has a flat screen t.v. and A.C. along other things. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to replace a window. The owner really cares about his customers and providing them with the best service. He personally replaced my window, vacuumed my whole car interior without asking and washed all my windows. This type of customer service is not very common now and days, he went above and beyond. He was very clear when giving instructions on what to do after my window was replaced and even recommended a place to get my window tinted (all my windows are tinted except that one now). Extremely happy with my results! Will definitely go back they offer smog checks also 👌

A little more expensive than the price quotes I received elsewhere, but the work was fast and professional. They also have a nice big waiting area, and a mall nearby you can walk to. Perfect for dropping the car off to grab a lunch and come back.

Getting glass replaced in your car always comes at an inconvenient time. My car was broken into and the window was completely smashed. I called this shop after closing time to try to set an appointment. To my surprise, they called me back a little later to set up an appointment for the next day. Very accommodating and professional. Had them put new windshield into an old 330ci. They did a great job not only preserving the old cracking rubber trim around my windshield, but did some extra gluing of A-pillar trim that was coming off. Good shop, definitely recommended!

Oh My God, was my first word when I received my car. I just got a miserable situation of window broken by someone, and my friend recommended me here to fix by his strong commend to this shop. When I got in the shop with anxiousness, the cashier was so friendly and told kindly, feel relieve. Finally, when I got my car back, they have fixed the window very well; in addition, they also cleaned all the slices of broken glass in my car, washing, vacuuming, and wiping every corner of my car. I cant believe they did that they werent necessary to do. they just simply made my day.

Really good and I got a free glass cleaner.

Went to extreme to get my sun roof checked out because it had a small leak on the passenger side. I was told they would need to remove the glass from my sun roof to make all necessary repairs. I sat in Mr. Pickles which is directly across the street from the company and watched them make the so called repairs. They were finished with my car less than 10 minutes and charged me $120. No glass was removed. Total rip off!

My car rear passenger window (side panel) was broken when I went into SF thursday night. i was very frazzled and upset. Went to my toyota dealership and they quoted me $320 for 2 hours of labor +$45 for glass which would take a day or two to arrive. I have a deductible for $250 from geico which isnt cheap. Luckily I called 50/50 xtreme and they quoted me $175 over phone and they said they would have it done within a couple hours. They did as promised. I had to pay out of pocket unfortunately because of my crappy deductible but would have had to pay more out of pocket if i went with toyota dealership.
