We had mirrors installed at our martial arts school and absolutely love them! The team who came to do this installation did a great job. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They got the mirrors installed much faster than I thought it would take. We were actually able to open the school back up that same day! Our students are so happy with our new look! Randy was prompt to come out and take measurements and offer suggestions on what would be best for new shower doors. Jessica was great with communication, invoicing and payments. The install team knocked it out of the park for both a threshold install followed by our door install. They were professional in my home and respectful while I worked remotely while they were managing the install. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again for other glass and mirror needs.

We found some old screen doors in our basement, Infinity Glass installed some heavy duty glass where screens used to be. The glass is so strong when my husband used a nailgun to nail trim around the glass, a nail hit the glass and it bent the nail, glass was unharmed! ;-) These glass doors are my favorite part of our house. The ladies that helped me at Infinity were also great! I highly recommend this place and will 100% be using them again!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. I remodeled my shower myself, when the time came around for glass I called few companies to get an estimate, Infinity Glass actually gave me the highest price out of 3 but after some negotiations they matched it. The reason I went with them is because they had an office/showroom. A lot of other companies just work out of their trucks. I felt like if there was something wrong with the installation it would be easier for me to go to an actual office than track someone down working out of their truck. Installers showed up on time, were polite, I went over the details with them and let them do their job. Install didn’t take long, they said they were done. I went to take a look and was very disappointed, the gap between shower door and wall was 1/2” on top and almost nothing at the bottom, the granite half wall cap was notched too wide for glass to slide into (1/2” too wide), silicone work was sloppy. When I told installers that I won’t accept this kind of work they laughed at me and said noone ever complained about these things, which could be true and disappointing in itself. Anyhow, they took the door back and said they’ll be in touch. The owner himself came out on a Saturday, to inspect, he agreed the work was sloppy and took everything back and said they will make it right no matter what (that’s a good customer service). Here is the tricky part, I had to remove the granite top the they notched too wide which ended up being a nightmare, removing it compromised waterproofing (RedGard) and one row of tile. The next 3 weekends I spent on my knees fixing their mistake. After I was gone with everything owner came out, again on a Saturday, to remeasure. I wanted to know if this time they can wrap the glass around the granite wall cap instead of notching the granite again. He said he would find out Monday. Nothing happened Monday and I think I waited a week before contacting owner to see how much longer I had to wait for a simple answer. I do understand that I’m not the only customer but it took 2 weeks for me to get that answer. At that point response time on getting answers was not acceptable. Anyway, I finally got my answer, we got on the same page about measurements and instruction details and he put in the order for new glass. But before he ordered he wanted to discuss how much he owes me for redoing granite top they messed up because at this point I only gave them 50% deposit. They said how does $150, 200 sound, I said it doesn’t sound very good since the materials along were $250 plus 16 hours on my knees, I documented everything while redoing so I had all this written down. After some negotiations we were $225 apart and I asked if a good review was worth $225 to them and I was told they are not going down anymore so here we are. On a side note, if I hired someone to redo what I did myself they would have had to pay a lot more, what they don’t understand is building a shower is not like installing glass and is a lot more labor intensive and time consuming. After new glass was made (this time it took a while, don’t think it was a priority at this point), I wasn’t in a hurry so didn’t bother me much. For second install they came out on a Saturday again, but this time after some negotiations. The second install went a lot better, don’t think they wanted to come out the third time. I still think they need to spend more time practicing notching the granite and practice silicone clean up more. Am I too picky, maybe, you be the judge, are you going to get better results with a different company, I don’t know, my final thoughts are - if you’re detail oriented be very specific about what you want and what kind of work you will accept. Also, everything I wrote here I can back up with pictures and text messages so please don’t respond to my review saying I made this up.Update: was contacted by the owner and informed that my warranty has been voided due to my review, so, yea..

Infinity Glass installed a very nice looking shower stall for me.Although I’m very happy with the end product the install process was a little rough as it took multiple trips to true up the door and prevent leaks. Ultimately they ordered a replacement door as the first one was not a perfect fit. They stood by the quality they promised, which is rare these days.Kudos to the install team and Jessica for taking the time to explain to me what was going on and what was being done to fix things. They where very professional and friendly.I recommend them to others and believe I got a great product for a fair price.

The time stated for order to be processed was exact! The guys came on time and went right to work. They put blankets on the floor to protect it, and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and also provided instructions per use, and also directed me to a website for warranty. I highly recommend these folks for you glass and mirror needs

They came out within a day or two to measure and quote my shower enclosure replacement. They were professional and very accommodating of my schedule. After I signed off on the invoice I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the glass and framing to come in but was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to only be about a week and a half. The install was a breeze and the work was done with great care to the integrity of our existing shower. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was given clear instructions on how to register my glass protection warranty. A+ and would recommend!

I was very pleased with Randy and his staff. Both Randy and Matt who measured my shower for the new doors and Matt were on time,friendly and professional. Matt installed the doors within an hour and cleaned up whatever he used so I only had to put back my bathroom rug. My shower looks great. I was also impressed with Michelle from the offic she called me when Randy was running late and was helpful setting up the installation time and then followed up when the job was completed. Infinity did a shower door for a bathroom remodel 5 years ago, and it looks and functions great. I recently had to replace a torn seal for another bathroom, and they had exactly what I needed. Friendly, attentive service and I highly recommend.

Infinity Glass and Mirror met all my needs with excellent service. I needed a specific size of tempered glass with buffed edges for an old outdoor table. They have several options for bathroom shower glass and doors as well.

My husband and I did a complete renovation of our master bathroom, which included increasing the size of the shower quite a lot. Infinity Glass and Mirror was recommended by our contractor Julian Casanova for the shower glass in our just completed remodeled master bathroom. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment for measuring and quoting the job. Once the glass was ready they were also prompt installing the glass. A minor hiccup after the glass was installed occurred, but Infinity professionally addressed and corrected it. Installation went great once our glass finally came in. Our installer was very professional and did a fantastic job and our shower door looks amazing ! I was however a little disappointed in the companies Communication skills. We were quoted 3 weeks and on week 4 I sent multiple emails to our sale rep trying to find out when our glass would be arriving and our emails to my questions regarding glass, install dates and time were never returned. I always had to call the office to have my question answered.

I had a mixed experience with Infinity. They installed a new shower door which was of good quality. They arrived on time and completely the job quickly. However the finished result in my bathroom is not what I expected. Because my old door was wider than my new door there is a big gouge in the wall where the old one was. They did not offer any solution to fix this or cover it up. They just said thats what happens. I wasnt warned of this ahead of time and may have chosen a different solution if I had known. If that always happens you would think they would have a solution for it, perhaps another piece of the metal they already are using to just cover it up.

He was very precise and took note of so many factors specific to our install. Then as promised a week or so later the installers put in the door. They were very professional and considerate during the entire install. They were finished very quickly and cleaned up as if they were never there. We LOVE our glass shower door!!

Save yourself the brian damage and go with a different company. Now I understand why they asked to be paid in cash. The work was left incomplete, the room was left a mess, the installer was spitting sunflower seeds shells all over my house. Ridiculous. It wasn’t until I left the first bad review, that they were interested in contacting me or fixing it. Their feelings were hurt. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Message me for photos.

I was given a ballpark quote of in the 60 dollar range for a 40 x 20 oval clear glass 1/4 thick in clear glass with polished edge by the woman answering the telephone. Meanwhile I get an email from the owner who quotes 240.00 for 1/4 clear glass oval with polished edge. He said its 40.00 per corner to do an oval. However, I got it done at Kannapolis Glass & Glazing for 66.00 plus tax. I consider Infinity a rip off.

We had a glass shower door installed at our house and were very pleased with the results.The only problem was that the door was not cut correctly and had to be reordered. It only took 2 days to get the right door and get it installed.

These have always been my go-to guys for glass and shower doors. Honest advise and great service. When I build a custom home I tell Randy to measure and get it on the schedule because the price will be reasonable and in-line.

After reviewing other companies and comments from other customers I chose infinity to install a 7 foot tall shower door glass in our shower. Randy arrived on time for the initial appintment and pointed out an potential issue with the base our new custom shower which would have caused water issues for us. Took a few days to get the cost for he glass but they didnt take any money up front only at the time installation which was fantastic. Glass was installed around a week or so later. We had an issue with the glass not closing but they came back and corrected the issue with no hassles. Glass enclosures are pricey no matter who you do I recommend hiring someone who will respond to your issues and who stand behind their work. I highly recommend Infinity Glass and Mirror.

I called into their office to schedule an appt to get an estimate on a new frameless shower enclosure. Not only were they courteous on the phone they were prompt in getting the sales mgr out to our house for measuring. We got our quote by the NEXT day. Once we received the quote we were pleasantly surprised...the quote was better than the others we had gotten. We ordered our enclosure and by the middle of the next week they were calling to schedule the installation. The installers came out (on time, which was nice) and installed the glass within a timely manner AND they cleaned up after themselves. Needless to say we are very happy with our experience with Infinity Glass and Mirror. Top notch service from the first time we called their office. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Moved into a new house, and our glass shower door was leaking. I called this past Friday (7/31) to schedule an appointment for the door to be repaired/adjusted for the following Monday. Appointment window of time comes and goes, and when I call and ask the location and ETA of the technician, there was a scheduling error and I would have to reschedule. I reschedule for Friday 8/7 from 3-5pm, and I get a call on Thursday saying I would have to take a 1pm appointment on Friday, or my rescheduled time would be cancelled. Very frustrating, and find it absurd that they do not want my business!
