I love doctor p. He’s trustworthy and patient. Same with the dental assistant Emily. What I’m not fond on is the secretaries talking about my tattoos while I’m still in the room. At least wait until someone is completely out of your sight before stating your opinion. Other than that.. 10/10

I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful and made my transition into being a new patient so easy. I had an experience with another establishment that wasnt as nice. I would recomment this practice hands down!!!

Ive been a regular prophalaxis patient and an occasional surgery patient of Dr. Pershas for more than a decade. Would not consider going anywhere else for oral care, period.

I was in a lot of pain and needed emergency dental surgery. Gentle dental took great care of me got me on the same day made me feel so comfortable they are my dentist for life now!

Dr Persha and his staff are absolutely incredible, gentle and kind. Always honest with you and gives the best advice on what proper repairs need to be done and how to maintain the healthy ness of you’re teeth. Lifetime patient with them for sure!!

After calling the office with some dental pain, the hygienists and Dr. Persha were able to fit me in a whole week before my appointment! The staff are friendly and thorough and Dr. Persha always explains everything, making me feel much more comfortable about the care I’m receiving. They really put the gentle in Gentle Dental! Cheesy to say i know, but i have had so many traumatic experiences with dentists who were rude and money focused. This is the first time i ever felt human and well taken care of! They explained every detail of everything they had to do or planned on, only if i wanted, gave me estimates before we started major work so i wouldnt be surprised financially. Amazing bedside manner and care, the hygienist i had was the sweetest woman ever and took time and made sure to take breaks so i could deal with the pain. This is the best dentist i have ever been too and first one i trust. Im already planning on bringing my boyfriend and my roomates too!

Alokh Persha is an excellent dentist and it has been great to get to know him and benefit from his skill. I highly recommend him and his staff. Christie is my hygienist and she does a great job as well.

Dr. El-Sherif is one of the best dentists in this region. My former dentist said I needed a root canal and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I knew that Dr. El-Sherif was a leader in Dentistry so went to him for a second opinion. He told me not to take the antibiotics and that there was no need for a root canal. His diagnosis was correct! I have since switched dentists. I highly recommend Dr. Mostafa El-Sherif, DMD.

He did a masterful job after a tragic accident where I lost most of my bottom teeth, the work performed was flawless and it has been 16 years and everything still fine. Dr. El Sherif has been my dentist for almost 25 Years! This is the longest professional medical relationship I have had in my life what with changing insurance, employers, etc. That really says something these days. Everyone in the office is very professional but at the same time extremely pleasant. On at least two occasions we had to call him for dental emergencies on weekends and all he asked was how soon we could be at his office and he would meet us. You cant ask for better care than that.

I recently became a new patient at Gentle Dentle CH and was at first apprehensive because I had never heard good things about non privately owned offices. This office is great!! Everyone is very nice, considerate, and sympathetic to your pain. I needed to have a semi emergent procedure and they got me in the next day to evaluate the situation. I have since been going back for other things that need attention and every single time I have had a pleasant experience. Dr. Persha is so gentle, caring and describes what hes doing very well. Absolutely the most awesome dentist Ive ever been to in 59 years. The staff is amazing. Dr. Persha is fantastic. After several attempts to get a dentist in Concord to see me for an emergency extraction I found this office. Dr Elsherif should NOT be practicing and should have his license revoked! He has sent at least 2 patients that I know of to the ER with sepsis! I researched him after I had an appointment where he gave me so many shots to numb me I almost got nerve damage.Also Google his name and see the sexual harassment he setteled out of court.Concord monitor.Shame he is still practicing!

I should have read his other reviews 1st... Dont only check here, look elsewhere on-line and youll be shocked! I contacted this gentleman by email to ask a general question about cost of veneers/ crowns to make sure I could afford the work needed. His 1st response was evasive; then he tried to bully me into paying for an office visit, x-rays and consultation before even answering a simple question he obviously knows about a dental product! When I insisted on being educated on cost first, he became dismissive, penurious and down right insulting. He basically told me to get lost. If he acts this way before he even has me as a patient, I dont want to be helpless in the chair with this guy in control of my dental health, level of pain and appearance. Seems clear he is only interested in making money, not being a humane, caring dentist. Im looking elsewhere...

Highly recommend!! Overall wonderful experience everytime (even getting cavities... hard to believe). Dr. Persha really does amazing work and his attention to detail is beyond any other dentist I have seen. He has improved my smile exponentially. He cares about his patients, its not about the hard sell, its about what the patient needs and what will improve their smile. This really rings true of the whole staff, my dental hygienist has such beautiful attention to detail that after a cleaning my teeth look brand new. The whole staff is so incredibly pleasant and Jess at the front desk is truly irreplaceable. She is quick, remembers me everytime and makes sure Im getting the most from my dental plan. So impressed with everyone!!
