Not a good experience buying a car. I bought my used car from their lot. The finance manger was very rude to me. He kept saying, Pull more out of your savings and laughing at me as if I have tons of money and made my experience feel like a joke. I found that very rude. And the lady who helped me find the car was friendly when we got there but once I came pay to fill out the paperwork, it felt as if me being there was a major hassle for her. They also refused to replace the windshield wipers and brakes so now when I use my brakes, my wheel shakes. After 3 days of buying it!! Awful customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Customer Service was amazing, but being able to obtain answer to make the jump from my jeep to an EV was the best part. The team involved on my transaction was knowledgeable, friendly and always attentive. They made the work so easy and they really listened to our needs and wants, finding the best match for us. Mother in law drove 45 minutes to go look at a telluride and test drive it in concord. Was told she couldn’t test drive it until after she gave a $2,000 non refundable deposit prior to test driving. Non refundable……..who would buy a car without driving it. She asked if the sales person could drive her then so she can see how it rides and they said no. Don’t buy a car here unless if you just want a Kia for what ever reason. 10k mark up too and proud to let you know that. When this market corrects…everyone that bought here is upside down in their cars.

On Sunday afternoon May 2nd I was there with my daughter to purchase a car we pulled up to the front door, we got out walked around and no one would even give us the time of day. The people inside looked right at us and didnt come outside. A man walked past us and we said hello he kept walking. Needless to say we got in our car and went to Antioch Toyota where they were more than happy to sell me a car.

Just because new cars and used cars are in demand he was like we are selling cars at 4-5k above msrp and was quoting lease at ridiculous price (4K down and 700 per month for a Sorento) just to discourage Me for taking a test drive. I couldn’t give a negative star rating!

I was searching for a new car and had a less than stellar experience at this dealer. First, on a weekday, there was no where for customers to park. Once we found street parking, we walked into dealer showroom and one employee approached us. We told him what we were looking for and he pointed outside to 3 cars that fit the prerequisites. Didnt even open them up for us to look inside or give us any other info, except to peer through the dirty windows. When asked if we could test drive one that felt like the best fit, we were told we could only do via an appointment. So: apparently you cant even see a car nor drive one at this dealer. This would be fine of this had been communicated on their website etc but it wasnt and we wasted a trip, but ultimately since they werent helpful at all I decided this is not a car company I want to deal with in future.

You get what you get at this place. Dont expect any extra nice treatment. Their website is always down, but dont worry, it looks like it works, they just wont tell you that your appt didnt go through. When I bought a new car here the paint had a chip and the process to get it fixed required me to take time off work, i couldnt even get it done. The first time i got an oil change I was told had to use synthetic oil and that was a lie confirmed by their head mechanic there. Oh and my warranty option was explained incorrectly at purchase. This place just screams smarmy car dealer.

The few times I have taken my car here, was not a good experience. First time for a recall, left when completed, driving home on the freeway and notice my hood on one side was not closed all the way. The reason was because they left a wrench in there. Now made an appointment for another recall to get there and tell me they called me and changed the date. Which never happened!!! Going to try another Kia location. Customer Service sucks!

They did deliver our new car quickly, But AFTER wed inspected it, the salesperson took it to get the customary free tank of gas. In doing so he nicked the car with the gas nozzle creating a small dent. Of course, he didnt say a word, leaving us to discover it after we had driven off the lot. If Id known he was going to be negligent like that Id have bought my own tank of gas!

I had a wonderful experience with Kia, there sales rep Mike Jones made me feel comfortable in my own skin. He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way. He was good at reading my likes and dislikes with cars. Also when it was time for me to do the financing he stayed with me through it all and helped me figure it all out with there kind Finance guru Trey. I will definitely be recommending Kia of Concord to friends and family.

I was returning a 3-year lease of a 2015 Kia Soul EV and looking to replace it with a nearly identical 2017 model. I sent out requests for quotes to more than half a dozen different Bay Area Kia dealers. Anthony, the Sales Manager at Concord Kia, was the only one to reply with a clear, legit quote -- every other dealer who got back to me either wouldnt give me a quote, instead pressuring me to come in and take a no pressure test drive of a car Id been driving for 3 years, or played bait-and-switch games.Even though it was quite a trek from South San Jose up to Concord, it was totally worth the trip. The figures and vehicle wed discussed via email were ready and waiting when I arrived. No tricks or games or high-pressure up-sell. Jaime, the salesman, took care of the paperwork with me while the car was being detailed and charged up. Johnny, the floor manager, made sure the car was ready to go and that I had what I needed. And Rosetta, the finance person, made what is often the most unpleasant part of any car purchase, i.e., actually paying and signing contracts, into something simple and easy.As angry as I was three years ago with my experience with my first Kia Soul EV lease at a South Bay Kia dealer, Im feeling completely the opposite this time. Concord Kia really did right by me! I just wish they were closer so I could give them repeat business.

Wasted my time and money. Said they didnt sell just the top part of my Kia Hybrid that someone hit off my drivers side mirror, so was just able to buy the mirror. Come to find out I looked online and found the exact part I needed out of TX through Houston Kia. Have now spent 3xs the money in shipping costs because they didnt feel like doing their work. Never going there for service! I would rather drive to San Leandro or Fremont!

I recently had my vehicle serviced here they were the fastest at completing the job.I just have one issue which was the fact that my service voucher stated that tire rotation was included with the oil change. The individual that wrote the service ticket informed me that he would have to get an approval to rotate the tires which at the other two dealerships didnt have to get an extra approval. Also no courtesy exterior wash.

This place is adding a $4000 to an MSRP for no reason just because. Not for added options or added anything, They marked up the price by $4000 just because people like the car. I have to say I liked the car but I also left it sitting in their parking lot. I called another Kia dealership and they had zero mark up, so see ya Concord Kia.

I worked with Erica who was great and very helpful. She spent a lot of time with me to be sure that I was knowledgable about the features of the car. The gals in finance were also very accommodating. There was a slight mix-up in my check, but finance worked with me to make it a smooth experience. I would recommend to friends and relatives to shop at Concord Kia. I went to the location on a weekend and the traffic on the surrounding streets was perfect for test drives.

The only service Ive had done here is for recall notices on my Kia. Last time they worked on it they lost my keys temporarily, and then mysteriously found them! Dealerships traditionally charge too much for unnecessary services.

Horrible experience after bringing my car to this dealership for the past year. Brought my car in for an oil change. Very simple. 3 hours later, I then went up to the desk and inquired when I should be expecting my car to be finished. They then told me that they decided to do some of the recall parts. WITH OUT my knowledge. They made me one hour late to work with no idea when my car would be finished. They did provide me with a rental. Days later then inform me that some of the parts that were on recall were effecting my transmission. (My car is a brand new Kia 2017 sport). Obviously I need my car fixed so I let them fix it. 3 weeks later, I receive a phone call saying my car is finished BUT I know how a cracked radiator.. I came in with a perfect car. Left with a dent in the front of my car looking like someone either backed into my car or they hit something then pulling my front bumper off and disconnecting the grip area. They automatically told me I should take it to a DIFFERENT body shop and get this fixed and my insurance will cover it. Brought my husband in to see what was going on because obviously this has now turned into a situation. They didn’t offer ANY solution. I will never bring my car back to concord Kia and this now makes me suspecious of any Kia dealership.

The sales rep who showed me the car was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Price is negotiated with the sales manager and the two sales managers I bargained with on two successive days were a pleasure to work with due to their frankness. Although I haggled tenaciously, they never manipulated the numbers in any questionable way. In the end, I purchased my vehicle from them and shall return if I want another Kia.

We had a very good experience at Concord Kia. John McBride was very helpful. He listened to our concerns and found a way to meet our needs, then to guide us through the rest of the process. Rosetta Baker, our Finance Manager, was willing, and able to find us discounts we didnt know existed. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything during the process. Afterward, we have been called by the owner of the dealership, as well as the service manager. We would return to Concord Kia to purchase another car in the future.

Well, I went there to reset my tire pressure sensor. They were trying to charge me 75 dollars for that, while its only been 3 months that I purchased this Kia and I have warranties from factory and I have extra protection plan that they sold me while buying the car, on all of the sensors repair and labor, I don understand why they were trying to charge me that amount. They have also told me that its not covered under warranties that I have, so why the hell you sold me the warranties on the first time.So I left the service center without fixing it. And the funny thing is the tire pressure sign went off after I left the service center.They didnt even saw or touched my car, but they started talking money thats the part I didnt like. I know thats their business and there to make money, but they dont take care of you, there is no customer service.Simple stuff like this could be fixed in 2 mins, but instead they want money and want you to wait all day.Well heres what you get for not taking care of your customers, bad reviews...I hope this will help some people to save some money by not going there.Stay away from there, they will rip you off.

My husband has been a huge Kia fan and currently owns his second Kia. I spent some time online and picked out exactly what I wanted- a black Kia Sportage. Thats not what I got. They did not have the color car I wanted but had a blue one. I felt manipulated, rushed and pressured and never should have signed the contract. My intuition was telling me not to do it but I was talked into it. They were happy to take my minivan as a trade in with low miles in which they will turn around and make money on. When I said I should leave and get home to take my son to his homecoming dance, they went into warp speed, messed up the paperwork and didn not allow me to take my old car back. The financing they got me is higher than I was quoted at my bank, the car had a large scratch and was dirty inside. Didnt take a good look until I got it home. I have HUGE buyers remorse. I will never step foot in this dealership. NEVER will I buy a car from them again.

I went in to window shop and ended up getting great numbers and finding the perfect car (Sportage Sx with turbo) and it was personally delivered to me within a week. Excellent Service. All the problems that my car had were dealt with care and all of them have been resolved.I worked with both Rick and Kevin and their approach is very professional and I have absolutely no complaints against any part of their service. I went there for my car service twice even though it is 45 miles away from my home. Travelling 45 miles to this place is totally worth.They have very good knowledge about most common problems and they fix it in minutes. They guide extremely well about maintenance schedules and how to correctly do the maintenance. Unlike others, they do not perform all unnecessary things on the car and charge a huge amount. I totally likes their service and will go back again.
