I was searching for a 2021 Ford F-150 with the features and options I wanted. After dealing with a local Ford dealership that was not able to assist me, I continued my search. Utilizing the Ford website, I located a F-150 with the options I wanted at Future Ford of Concord. Khalid was able to assist me via text to show me pictures of the F-150 and window sticker. He got me in touch with Ali and we made appointment to look at the F-150. I arrived at the dealership and spoke with Abdul. From the moment I arrriced, Ali and Abdul were professional, helpful, and most of all accommodating. I got a deal that I was pleased with and they made sure I was taken care of. I got the F-150 with the options I wanted. Thank Future Ford and thank you Khalid, Ali, and Abdul!

Linda was spectacular. I let her know I needed my recall fixed before this Friday as I am selling it to a dealership. She was able to accommodate and get me set up for Tuesday. Very nice and attentive. Randy was great as well, knowing this was an all day job, he reached out to me to let me know ETA as to when the job would be complete. I was lied to about not having a warranty plan, when I went in for new brakes in June and an oil changes. I was told start out that I dont have one and never had one. Not that it expired. The man told me I didnt have one at all and never had one. So I went and didnt everything else where. I went to All star ford today turns out I was shown on their system I did in fact have one for brakes and oil changes, but it is now expired. So now I am paying out of pocket. When I called Zack trying to say it had to be expired because we wouldnt say you didnt have one. It wasnt expired because I want other places and they have my mileage recorded and I wasnt over the allowed mileage for the plan. So I was lied to and told I was making accusations. When I have proof that my vechile wasnt over the milage and text messages I sent that day all proving my side. This isnt the first time they lied, they lied every time about the warranty. Also take forever to get you in and take forever for services. Over 4 hours for an oil change I scheduled. At All Star for all my brakes and everything that needs to be done with the recall and all. Is only gonna take 4 hours. I would never recommend this place to any of my fellow ford owners. I highly recommend you look else were. Ill never return here again and will gladly spend money else where. I would put 0 stars but you cant.

Jason took very good care of us explaining what the recall was all about and what exactly was going to be replaced…. etc. He also recommended that in the near future we should replace the brake pads and two of the tires. I’ve usually had decent service here, but today not so much. Today my oil change took nearly three hours, since it usually takes only one hour i’ll wait on location. I wish the man who helped me would have mentioned they were running behind, especially after I mentioned that I’d be waiting in the lobby. The lady at the payment desk was nice as always.

Weve gone to Future Ford for service for about 4 years, but will not be getting any more tires here. We recently had two flat tires (separate events, both caused by road debris) and each time we received new tires from Future Ford, they would end up leaking and flat within a week.

There’s no 4.5 rating so we round up. Today’s experience was improved from earlier visits, they communicated well, took a reasonable amount of time to do the routine servicing I was there for, and made sure I understood all charges.Puzzling: normally my car is brought out front for me after servicing but today I was just given my key, and had to find it somewhere in the customer parking lot. Luckily a nice employee noticed me waiting and directed me to the lot.Also puzzling: an employee took all the old showroom balloon decorations immediately outside the waiting room and proceeded to stab them rapidly, it was loud and sounded like gunfire. Was out of my sight line, but since Iwas sitting just on the inside of the door in the customer area, it was disturbing. Yes I spoke to him but he simply assured me he had a lot more to do and went on with it. Ok so I can move- but?Nice thing- car was washed without requesting it. I appreciate that.

Ill make this short and to the point. NEVER trust your vehicle with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT @ Future Ford. First it will take a week before they look at your vehicle and I know because this isnt the first time. Second Dont expect them to call you as YOU will have to follow up with them about your vehicle.. Oh and good luck reaching a service advisor they dont ever pick up their phone.. Please go the extra few miles to another local FORD DEALERSHIP If you take your vehicle to FUTURE FORD you will be disappointed

So, my initial experience was good however, when I asked if they would honor X-Plan (Ford Partner Recognition) pricing for an F-150, they said no, so I immediately ended my conversation drove straight over to Walnut Creek Ford where I placed an order for a 2021 F-150 Lariat with X-Plan pricing. It took 5 months to get my truck but I couldnt be happier with Walnut Creek Ford.

BEWARE. I chose to pay all cash for a new truck, and a lot of money given supply chain issues. The finance person tried to swindle me into choosing a lease for a month so I could get an 8 year service plan for $1200, then purchasing. I asked him seven ways to Sunday if there were any lease charges and he said no each time. When it came time to sign there was a $700 lease charge. I did not appreciate the outright lie and refused to sign unless all cash and no service plan. I thought it was extremely stupid of them to try this given the amount if money I paid for the truck and a bad business model.

That is the first thing that comes to my mind.By far the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with.Let me start by saying his professionalism and knowledge of performance vehicles is an asset to his dealership. Rude overly pushy sales staff.I went online just to explore what vehicles are available and of course we all will drool over that vehicle that may be a bit outside our price range. Just to see if it was possible I used their payment calculation features to see what I would have to bring to close combined with my positive equity trade in etc.At no time did a submit a request to be called yet a pushy sales rep calls me trying to push me to come down when I am not ready and clearly stated what I was looking for. This sales rep then proceeds to insult me and say I shouldnt be looking for vehicles in that price range.At no point did I ask them to call me or ask their opinion I was purely seeing was is available. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I was told a 2017 Ford Explorer was 4 wheel drive when I purchased it on 12/7/2020, but found out today (02/19/2021) it was only a 2 wheel drive. I spoke with the sales representative, and floor manager at the dealership who originally sold me the SUV. They told me they will try to fix the mistake by taking back the SUV as a trade in and getting me into a new 2021 4 wheel drive Ford Explorer. The floor manager stated that he would trade-in the purchase price of the Ford Explorer.But, the issue is that I will NOT get back the sales tax, and dealer fees which amount to roughly $3,453.11. Additionally, when comparing the sales price they provided for the new car and trade in, I am losing the $10k down payment I originally made on the purchase. Even though the floor manager stated I will not lose the down payment I had put down. Moreover, I do not want the extended warranty transferred over to the new vehicle and was told it would be refunded at a pro-rated charge. Which would be an additional loss to me.It appears to me that they are attempting to deceive me again. I only purchased the vehicle from them because I was told it was a 4 wheel drive. Now, to have the issue resolved they want me to lose out financially even though it was their mistake that they have owned up too.They have admitted to the mistake and tried to correct it, but only by having me lose approximately $13,453.11. I had full conversation with the sale representative about the benefits of a 4 wheel drive when I bought the Explorer. This was not just a small oversight in the sales. I believe he either fully lied about the details believing I would not find out or that he didn’t know and just believed that the Explorer was a 4 wheel drive.

Did not solve my issue. Basically gave up after running a few checks. Did not follow-up to see if I was still having a problem. This dealership is where I purchased my vehicle and thats why I returned for service. I will not be back for service. Theres another dealer a few miles away. I took my truck there for the same issue and they were able to solve it under warranty. Future Ford wasted my time during a pandemic.

They almost doubled the initial APR they offered after that to cash in on me. I would rather get run over by a Ford than buy another one here.

I had issues getting my car properly diagnosed at the Ford dealer in Pittsburg.The next closest was Concord. I called them and they were SO nice. They got me an appointment and when I brought it in, they actually had a technician drive with us in the car to get a feel for what it was doing. Randy in service was awesome!Linda, who works at the service desk was amazing too. I was having a horrible day when I made my appointment. I called to change it and then called again and asked for a reminder email. She was so nice and actually talked to me a few minutes and actually made me smile and feel better. I met her in person today and thanked her.Their sales team was awesome too, Hamid and Abdul helped us. We needed a 2nd car as 1 car between 2 people with jobs in different cities is tough. They really worked with us to make sure we got our 2nd vehicle.Editing to add that Mitch, Solomon and Pat from sales were awesome as well! My poor escape had something REALLY wrong with it and they helped us get into another car, thats actually much better for me as a commuter.Thank you Future Ford of Concord!

Update: This was my previous review, I had given them with only one star. I will leave it up so it’s not forgotten but I will change the ratings and want to also thank Joseph in the service department for owning up to mistakes made and taking care of me on the follow up visit.Well, where do I start. I took my 2017 Expedition to get the Works Service done last Friday for a 8am appointment, I had made the appointment two weeks ahead of time so it wouldn’t be an inconvenience for me and my family. I told them to check battery because it was leaking and was corroding the positive cable. Told them that they just fixed the telescoping steering when a few months ago and within two weeks it was doing her he same thing it when in for. So if they could please check it. Came back to pick it up after 4 because they hadn’t called me that it was done. They said they didn’t do the tire rotation because they couldn’t find the wheel lock(which was exactly where I told them it was going to be), they said I never told them about the battery, even thought it was on the service paper. I waited another 40 mins because the service guy said he would take care of it of battery just to tell me he didn’t want to do it because of the condition of the cable. I told him it was more of a hazard for me to be driving around with a vehicle that had a leaking battery. He said he couldn’t do anything other than order the cable. Bought a battery from dealer and put it in myself, without a problem. On the steering wheel issue they said I would have to make another appointment for that. I called him back to tell him how mad I was about the effort they put into working on my vehicle. So they kept my car all day and all they did was oil change and other little stuff that definitely does not take more than 2 hours for a professional mechanic to do. I have bought two cars here, and only dealt with Don (who retired) because the guy always took care of me, family, and vehicle. This dealer is convenient and have never had any issues with anything. I will hate to start looking for another dealer, but will of this is the kind of service I can expect from here on out.

I had a 10 am appointment for oil change. I didnt want to wait at the dealership, so I got a ride home. At 2:30pm I called to find out the status of my car. I was told it would be ready in less than an hour. I messaged at 3:15 and was told another 15 minutes. Oil change took almost 6 hours. Disappointed in their service. I have been there many times and usually 3-4 hours and would wash the car. After taking almost 6 hours, car was not washed.Disappointed in them.

Thus Far I love my Corsair.My only 2 issues are that it does not come with a Cargo Cover for the Back trunk space. Ridiculous to not have this available!Also to find out during financing that it was sold prior to me purchasing and the previous persons financing fell thru. Hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had and Ive been buying cars for 30 years.After scheduling a test drive online and getting a deal on the car I wanted to test drive emailed to me before going in, I went in today and met with Omed. He was super knowledgeable and had a great personality. I left without purchasing for a scheduled test drive at another dealership.Omed called me later in the day to see how my other test drive went and to see if I had any questions about the car I had driven with him. I decided to head back to Future Ford for another look.I shared with Omed that I wanted a few more options and he showed me an upgraded model. Thats the one I ended up buying today!The entire staff at Future was so welcoming, friendly and casual. ZERO pressure. Everyone I encountered had such a sincere interest in my experience. It felt less like they were making a sale and more like they were providing an experience. This is especially true of Omed. Moe, the finance guy, was awesome too!Omed said the sales process would take about an hour. He was right! The Concord Ford always takes care of me. I only buy from the seller Patrick. He is always chill and NEVER pressures you to buy or lease the vehicle. He will get you the absolute best deal possible. Leased 3 vehicles from him within the last 1.5yrs. He is always patient and understanding. I will always buy from him. My next vehicle Im going for that beautiful raptor and pat will be my go too seller. Incompetent.Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a recall. The person I spoke with made sure parts were in stock so service could be completed. When I arrived at the scheduled appointment on the following Saturday, was told parts were out of stock. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Returned a Lincoln lease car. Process was smooth and uncomplicated. Very satisfied.Bought a new Ford Edge. Likewise the process was very smooth and, for buying a new car, very fast and stress free.Only negative comment relates to a scratch on the drivers door jam that needed paint. We did not notice it until we were taking delivery of the car. We pointed in out to the salesperson. He contacted the manager and it was there that things went south. The managers response was to get a tube of touch up paint and give it to us for self repair. Granted, it was the end of the day and they had a party going on in the back room, but.... for a brand new car, under warranty , and not even delivered yet that seems a little cheesy to me. A minor issue I suppose but it did diminish my appreciation of all that happened before. Left me with a slightly bad taste in my mouth.It seems the proper response by management would have been to say, Oh we are very sorry this has happened. Could you bring the car on ... and we will fix it. Just too much trouble I guess.

I always take my vehicle to a Ford Dealership for service. They only work on Ford vehicles and I know the job will be done by certified and trained technicians. Don is my service adviser. My car was left overnight because they needed more time to investigate an electrical issue. I needed something out of the trunk for work the next day. I went there at 6:15am to wait until they opened so I could get the items I needed out of my trunk. To my surprise, Don was already at the office!! He walked me to my vehicle and I grabbed my stuff. The next day when my car was finished, Linda assisted me in paying for my service and we had a very pleasant conversation. All in all, my experience at Future Ford was GREAT!!! Thank you service staff!!!

Purchased a new 2020 Mustang from Future Ford in Sacramento but the closest dealer to me is the Concord location.Had an issue where the paint on the front bumper bubbled and flaked off wothin a few hundred miles so went in to get it looked at.Kevin P. Greeted me promptly and got the ball rolling on a warranty fix in a very short order. Within an hour he had the warranty work approved and scheduled me to drop the car off for repair.I had some other concerns as well and he addressed those too.Ive worked with Kevin multiple times now and each time is the same. Quick to greet me, responsive to my questions and always does his best to ensure things are taken care of regardless of how busy he is.I will 100% not go anywhere else for service as long as Kevin is around.

I wanted to share my exceptional experience at the Future Ford service department. Aaron Dixon went above and BEYOND from our first phone conversation. I am truly impressed with the care and service Aaron provides to his customers. Not only was my car fixed in a timely matter but he was able to work the repairs with my travel schedule. I dropped the car off and he ensured my transportation to the airport. Aaron checked in with me during my trip, assuring me that the repairs were all on time and confirmed our airport pickup. Since I was traveling with a 9 month old you can imagine the trust I put in this man to have a car ready to pick me up from he airport. Not only was the driver there to pick me up but he was early, pleasant and helped with luggage. My experience was top notch from beginning to end. I will never take my car to anyone else. Dropped car off at 10:45 am for oil change and wash was asked when I wanted it back I said when it was done. In no shape of form did I expect it to not be done till 5pm so now I know to say a time. Also was told there was a recall on my car and they said they would order part and call me next day to make appointment well its been a week and no phone call. Also they did a lousy job on washing my car too.

Just bought a brand new 2020 Aviator. Did all my research online. Got comparable bottom line pricing from 5 different dealerships from Roseville to Lancaster, pitted the dealerships against each other for the exact specs off the window sticker. Checked with Truecar and Kbb to see where I stood for a Great Deal, once I got it, I called Future Lincoln, luckily got hooked up with Ali, the best easy nice guy salesman. He is NO nonsense, I told him my best price was in Fresno, and asked if he would match the price...sure enough, THEY DID. Sent over all the docs,(credit app,license,insurance).Also did my homework on the warranty and service plans, they even met that price.My first contact was Friday, October 16th, after a short text and discussion on the phone. Saturday morning, Ali confirmed everything, and the car was going to be ready by 3pm for pick up. I told him I did not want to be sitting more than 30 minutes waiting to pay them over $50K.Got to the dealership, Ali greeted and took me to the brand new Aviator with only 14 miles on it. then I met Mo the high pressure finance guy, did the usual sales pitches, but my homework set the pace, and he leveled off, did exactly as I wanted. Bought the warranty and service plans at a better price than I could find independently. I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes.Best car purchase in my life!!! Online homework, pit dealerships against each other, the best one wins and so do you. These guys work with you and will do almost anything to win your business. They are also a very integrated diverse dealership if that is your thing, did not see any female salesperson on Saturday, but ask...As usual 24 hour remorse set in, I misread their finance forms and went off on Ali/Mo, but figured out the numbers after the fact, and they still had no bad feelings after my rant, and improved my post sale perks.Last word on dealing, go back to your other deals, see if they will improve their bottom line price...one did by $500, but that would mean 48 hours, a rental car, and a 6 hour drive before I could be in my new car.I would definitely buy my next car from Ali and Mo, those guys are great, just know your stuff, stand your ground, and youll drive away totally satisfied.

First time with Future Ford of Concord. Professional, easy in, easy out. Had recall work done, and decided to add a set of tires and brakes. Surprisingly, they only did what was necessary (the rear pads and rotors) as the front were not needed.
