The wash is what you would expect. The employees are always acting like it is the end of the world they have to come out of the ac. The vending machine for towels needs an upgrade. It does not dispense the items half of the time. The price isnt to bad, competitive with others in the area. For a no fuss wash they are average.

The car wash is wonderful. At $19.99 a month, unlimited wash on command . have a clean car ride monthly.

They clean your car well compared to other chain car washes. They even have bushes to let you scrub your car before entering the wash. Their monthly subscription is cheaper than the other guys add well. Been going to this car wash for over a year and never had a disappointing car wash. They have vacuums for both sides of the car as well and play good music. Straight 5 stars.

I am done with this car wash! they use tire shine and it it horrible. Tire shine oil all over the rims. What a mess! They also used cheap wash & wax solution! My car tells the complete story! Vacuums cannot pick up a lint ball!Good Luck! I will start using Sams Express today (next door), they are much better. In fact I am getting dressed to go there now!

I like this car wash. I usually get a basic wash. Its easy to access from US-29 and there are plenty of vacuum stations. I like the ability to scrub your wheels and car before entering the wash.

Didnt completely get the bird poo of my cars hood. May need to try the next wash up from what we got. The guy at the beginning of the wash did scrub it really well.

Typical self & automatic car wash. They always seem to need a bit more repairs or upkeep but very workable. No matter how quickly and efficiently I work, it always shuts off just before the last 2 feet of soap is rinsed off. There must be a sensor that shuts it off when it detects you are almost done so they get you to pump in another batch of quarters. It is a plot I tell you!

You are in and out in a hurry, then you get a free vacuum. You can clean all parts of your car. You also can pay 4.00 (only a one time ch. For life) and everytime you go through you can tell them you need a towel and you can use it to wipe down the inside of your car. It is sparkling clean!

Husband got the monthly deal. He goes three times a week. Never takes longer than 3 minutes in the wash. We use the free vacuums and they also have the floor mat washers. The people who work there are super friendly.

You cant beat the Managers Special. Especially if its a household of 2. Quality wash for the price. I just wish the vacuums had better suction!! Enhancing them would be a great business move for more reasons than one.

Tried to cancel a monthly membership as I have sold that vehicle. Manager cant find ANY record of my membership. Looked up by CC, name, business etc...nothing. Wash wasnt very good anyway. Going elsewhere. I will have to dispute recurring charges with my CC. Unbelievable.

An employee went way above and beyond my expectations today. I was using the mat cleaner in hopes of improving a melted candle stain... I had no hope of actually removing it. The employee saw me running the mat through a few times and then took over with a spray bottle and brush. He completely removed the stain and cleaned my other mats. Incredible service. They practically sparkle.

Both front hood and roof were practically untouched by wash. I understand roof as I had a rack that may have partially blocked, but front hood?? May be best for users who just pay for the basic wash and only after scrubbing it at the bug scrub area manually.

I used to come here all the time , about a month ago my SUV’s back windshield arm got bent,going through the car wash. It was not the wiper blade it was the arm and not only that it broke off the cover. I told a worker there what had happened and told me he would tell the owner and have it fixed for free. He gave me the owners phone number I called several times left a message, now it’s been a month and no call back, now I have to order the part for my car. I’m never coming here again. I rather go down the street to Sam’s Xpress, I’ve never had a problem there.

I go here pretty often. I like the fact that if you go early enough on some days you can get $4 washes and I like that they have tubs of soapy water with brushes so your car can be prewahsed in certain troubled areas before going through the wash. Just get there early if you want to use the brushes because they dont change out the water. Customer service is pretty average. Vacs sometimes are weak but they have plenty to choose from and typically one on either side of your car. And the vacs are free so thats a plus. The vending machine for extras, (towels, wipes etc), only takes cash. So you can pay for your wash with a card but not for the extras.

Around 1pm today I was waiting in a long line to get my car washed because there was only 1 man out there. While waiting I could see 2 other people inside the office doing nothing while this young man had to do it all by himself. While waiting I asked him what his name was, Daniel shouldnt have to be put in that situation. If this is they way they treat employees then theres the reason they are accepting applications.

Never coming back here. If you care about your car and keep it in one piece DO NOT bring it here. I just bought a new 2018 accord and Ive been bringing it here since November. Free vacuums are great, and your car DOES come out clean. BUT taking my car through the wash yesterday somehow while I was going through I guess one of the brushes or the track pulled my passenger side bumper off my car! I noticed while vacuuming, went to the office and asked if it was like that when I pulled in, gentlemen said oh yeah it was like that when you pulled up. Said he couldnt do much else for me except try to pop it back on. My car was not like that when I arrived because I havnt been anywhere else that day except the atm and straight there from my home, and I park in a garage. Ive heard countless horror stories from these automated car washes and never again will I use one!

I give it a 5 for thr wash and the staff, but a 1 for vacuums..for an average of 3. The wash does amazing on my truck, the staff is helpful and friendly. BUT the vacuums suck- NO! not really, they dont suck at all. Come on guys, yall have to wash your personal cars there too😏.. Busted a side mirror on my Pick-up which I did not notice. While vacuuming it, an employee walked up and told me. He inspected the other side view mirror and that was also just holding on. He immediately gave me a referral card for a Body Shop where both mirrors were replaced.Customer service doesnt get any better than that. It will always be my place to wash car and truck.
