The customer service could be better. This place has good business. You need to wait more than an hour and they dont have available restrooms.  Come on.

I have to ask three times to clean my truck. Plus they charge additional costs because the size 🙄. I think for $45.00 car wash has to be a better quality of work.

We just got our car and the trunk wasnt even looked at. Dirt and leaves were still in it. They did a very very poor job, my son and I had to go to the coin car wash and vacuum what they were supposed get, and clean what they were supposed to clean. Customer service was fine, but the cleaning was poor. I definitely will NOT NOT NOT suggested this place at all. THE CHEAPER THE CAR THE CRAPPIER THE SERVICE... and just think we were going to give them a tip because I saw the good job they were doing on those big ( more pricey) cars well Im glad we didnt. WROST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO.

Very friendly, this was my 1st time here. Very helpful in explaining what package came with. So impressive i dropped my car off at home and came back with my truck.

They do a good job. Today I brought in a really dirty truck and had to bring it back because they left some parts dirty. They did clean it. I would have given 4 stars but bc of this it went down.

Probably should not have gone first thing in the morning. Dash was not wiped down, water still dripping down side of truck, dirt spots everywhere.

Paid $69 for handwax and what a waste of money. they didnt bother opening the trunk and the car looked same as i drove in. the more cars they have the worse job they do. im surprised this business is still operating.

I have been getting my car swashed here for YEARS and today I had my car washed and had left something in the car as a test to see if it would disappear And when I went to go look for The item, it was gone. Also there were clearly visible spots that were still dirty on the hood of my white car as well as debris on the carpet that should have easily been picked up by the vacuum. I called to let them know that my item was missing which I was absolutely positive was there when I had let them take my car back to clean it and they offered no compensation for my missing property. I will not be going back or recommending this location.

Pretty good job. They missed some dog hair in the very back. My biggest issue was that it took an hour and 15 mins and the place wasnt even busy. That is unacceptable. Ill come back here, but make sure the place is empty.

I made a horrible mistake coming here. The car was kept for a simple seat and carpet cleaning (which took 9 hours) and it was returned with a battery disconnection error, an engine light on, and a LONG list of other things that I cannot mention here but are detailed in my police report. I had driven it directly from Jiffy Lube where all inspections were done and everything was fine so I have a crystal clear baseline. I have NEVER posted a review like this before but this experience was so utterly unbelievable that I still cant believe it happened.

I have had problems in the past at this location with windows that are smeared when they dry so I specifically asked if they could use a clean cloth for the windows. For the third time, I had to wipe the windows inside and out with my own cloth when I got home as I could barely see when the sun hit them on my way home. The vacuuming is also hit and miss - this time it was mostly miss. They are definitely getting worse in the years since they opened. The price is very reasonable but I go there so I dont have to take time to clean my own car

Ive been waiting for 40 minutes, and my car hasnt gone through the wash! The entire place is filthy, full of trash, and the office/waiting room is filthy. Nice employees, but WOEFULLY understaffed. Ill forego the bargain price next time, and go elsewhere.

This place is a den of thieves. I had my doubts at first but decided to test if its true. I left a few dollars in my sun visor and it disappeared. My $200 Ray Ban sunglasses went missing, and I was 100% positive that its always in my car. I confronted the management about it but they just covered up their theives. If you do decide to go to this place, make sure you dont leave anything valuable in your car.

The quality was worse than the basic service.They did not even bother to wipe the door runner board and tires rims and the floor was vacuumed badly. On pointing out the issue the staff gave lame excuses. They lied that they don’t cover the rims and runner boards they Have to charge me extra $20 more in their cleaning service. And it took 1 1/2 hoursA total indifference to client satisfaction even if they paid premium bucks for the premium service.Will never ever use this service again !!

Good service. My car is perfect clean when I Leave. They do a good job.

My car was not vacuumed properly and forgot to applied tire dressing and when I called to ask if I could bring car back I was told I could not bring it cus I had already drove off their premises. So if you go there be sure to be pickie before you go.

Beware of your belongings

Brothers car wash is a hand wash facility. Those car washes with the swirling brushes can leave swirling tiny scratches in your clear coat. Not good. Have brothers car wash because they are hand wash that wont happen.

This car was was so disappointing. I paid $40 for the VIP wash and when I got home there was still dirt all around my dash/ Im the pockets of my door and on my spoiler. Its like he just sprayed cleaner and freshener without actually putting time into my car. A few days later I noticed my back floor mat was missing. I proceeded to the wash to ask for my mat and they gave it to me all wet. They also offered to call me and rewash my car however I never recieved a call back. Never coming again.

Im never coming back to this place and if u have a big car dont recomento you to go there... they told me is 45 min an hour pass and they put 4 cars in front of my car and I went to look and they were just starting to wash my car 😡 if u go here be ready to spend your day there
